In the midst of his normal place in the thicker parts of the park, He sat on the bank of a lake. His back rested well up against the trunk of a thick tree. There was something in the trees, and it was bothering him. He could feel it rampaging as the ground shook. He was out here today to work on some new techniques he was developing. ”Guess trial by fire” He muttered to himself as he rose up from the ground. His eyes closed as a his hand came out with a single finger extended. It quickly fell as though he was flicking at a string. 'Soul sight' A wave of his reiatsu merged with the souls around him, pulling on the world in a manner as everything began to reverb on him. Everything told him where they were. He could see the worms in the dirt, and the birds stuck in mid flight having just taken off from the ground. He explored the image, examining the little creatures who were running towards him from something large. He could see something moving his way, and it was looking rather fun. Quiet a beast.
He focused on the beast, the image becoming for clear. It was a lizard like creature once more. A hollow, it’s flattened mask like head gave away that. It’s body was large, and gorging like horns like that of a triceratops caused him to shiver. One wrong move, and it was over for him. It was actually quite thrilling. Unconsciously his tongue darted from his mouth, and wet his lips. Part of him that he refused to acknowledge was ready for this, and lusted for the fight.
