By pushing Reiryoku out of his body in a manner that is rather unrefined, he releases a pulse of energy from his body in every direction. While not doing much damage, it’s designed to deliver a weak knockback. Name: Puls Ramme (Trans; Pulse Strike) Class: Reiryoku/Hand to hand Tier: II Type: Offensive Range: 2m Description: A rather painful thing. Using a concept somewhat similar to Pulse Kuppel, he takes that outward force with the energy, and focuses purely on his fist. The energy that would be released like a dome is outwardly focused upon making contact with a persons body. Should advantages be in his favor, a weak knockback will be delivered.

As long as you are aware that having a technique as two classes burdens it to both classes of cooldowns. So if you have a cooldown ongoing in hand to hand, or Reiryoku tech's, you won't be able to use Puls Ramme. With that being said,
