Are characters that are lets say advanced or mastered allowed to create their own styles where H2H and weapon skill are involved, or do they have to be spec? I mean it's basically the same as a technique right, can they develop their own personal style that has to be learned from them in order to gain it and it's techniques?

I say yes. A style is simply a group of techniques that have the drawback of ' you have to know this particular technique before you can learn any of these'.

Just so you know though, the creation of a specialized style that has its own cool down falls under one of the perks for hand-to-hand. Eventually, if you specialize in hand-to-hand techniques you can upgrade this particular style to your unique perk Style.
