Evolving Items/Weapons

Just wondering if it would be possible to get items that evolve and grow stronger as the user gets stronger as well. Like you go from lets say LL-A to ML your item would go up a tier or gain some extra ability or something along those lines. It would be similar to a Fullbring in the way it works. Clearly this would be something that could only be made by an item specialist.
