APPEARANCE
Ichiru stands at a height of 5 feet, five inches (168 cm) and although he looks like a teenager, he actually passed on to the Soul Society 103 years ago, which is still considerably young. He has a slim muscular build as well as black pointy hair. His soul reaper outfit is somewhat customly made, making the outer layer (the Shihakusho) look like a black sleevless coat. He removes his Shihakusho when fighting a very dangerous opponent, tossing it aside, but keeps it on if he can quickly dispatch the enemy. The Shitagi, or underclothing is also black and his sash is purple and looks like rope rather then a regular sash.
PERSONALITY
Ichiru is the kind of person who is serious when dealing with his duties as a soul reaper, whether its something simple as deliveries to other squads, or a serious mission such as killing a Hollow in the World of The Living. He doesn't like it when someone is carefree in a serious situation. It makes him frustrated, making him unable to focus, which leads to his short temper.
When in battle, he's extremely calm and focused on only one thing only - defeating the enemy. Those who truly do know how Ichiru can be when fighting, know he never asks for help, even if the odds seem against him. The reason why that is, is because Ichiru is very determined on gaining some form of recognition.
Other then fighting, even though Ichiru comes off as a rather serious person, he is also very kind and caring to fellow Soul Reapers, however he also isn't the kind of person to take 'smack' (backtalk, sass, etc.) He above all else, shows respect to all Captains or Leuiteinents who are near, hoping one day to be in either position and take it with honor.
HISTORY
When he was Human:
Ichiru was born in Tokyo Japan in the year 1914 in the middle of July. It was a rather hot summer day and Ichiru was walking home from training at the dojo all day. In his Human life, he was born into a rather well-known family. However being a part of a well-known family didn't just come with perks. In fact, it had a lot of downsides, especially for Ichiru. He was bullied and beat up by people who wanted to steal his money.
The day he walked home fom the Dojo, turned from good to very bad shortly after he left. The same group of people who would attack him each and every day cornered him and one of them pinned him in the alleyway. They mercilessly beat him up, breaking his ribs and other parts of his body. Ichiru didn't know how to defend himself, and thus got pummeled, having his money and other important items taken from him.
He had died shortly after he was attacked, due to the fact that one of his broken ribs had punctured his lungs, making him unable to breathe as well as bleeding internally.
A week later after dying, his spirit roamed the alleyway he died in, afraid to leave the area. a Soul Reaper who was in roaming Tokyo, came across Ichiru who was distraught at the fact he had died. The Shinigami eased Ichiru's suffering by performing a Soul Cleansing (Or Konso), sending him to the Soul Society.
A Second Life:
Ichiru had quickly adjusted to being in Soul Society, carrying about a new demeanor for himself. He was very helpful to those who were in dire need. Not only that, but every night, he had a dream of him being in the middle of a lightning storm hearing a voice inside his head in the dream.
The voice said to him, "You have great potential..." and with that as a lightning bolt came crashing down on him, Ichiru startled himself awake from the dream, not knowing who the voice he heard in his dream belonged to, but he knew one thing - It felt so real to him. The next day, he had decided to attend the Soul Reaper Academy in order to become a Soul Reaper, not wanting be a spineless weakling, yet keep his kind-hearted nature as well.
The first week of attending the Academy, even though he didn't make much friends, he was still admired at how fast he was adapting to his new life. He didn't make perfect scores, but they were still very good, especially in Hoho and Kido.
A month later, He had graduated from the Academy, however his placement in a squad was very controversial due to his very nature of his Zanpaktou. The officials kept debating on whether Ichiru should be placed in the Stealth Force of Squad 2, or Squad 10. As the final conclusion, Ichiru was placed in Squad 10.
Ever since his placement, Ichiru has been doing very well with his duties as a Soul Reaper, as well as training to better himself. After countless days of training with his blade in hand and while on the battlefield, fighting hollows, He had gained the first release of his Zanpaktou - his Shikai, Rairo No Ago.
He his hoping one day to be recognized as a great soul reaper, for his bravery and his need to help those who need it, whomever they may be, and when that time comes, he will accept it with Honor.

Description: The caster gather high-density reiryoku, which they discharge with both hands, Alternatively, they point their an index finger at their target and generate a concentrated bolt of lightning towards them. It's speed is 1.5x faster than a Bala, unique to it.

KIDOU SPECIALISATIONS Eishōhaki (詠唱破棄, "Incantation Abandonment"): is the skill in which a Kidō practitioner skips using a spoken incantation completely, but it drastically weakens the spell. This is applied as a 1-2 tier drop in the spells power depending on ones Kidou mastery, 2 for Beginner up to Advanced, and 1 for Mastered and above. However this also lowers the spells cooldown to match the lowered tier, to a minimum of Tier I.e.g A Tier IV Kidou be cast with Eishohaki as a tier II, its cooldown will also be the same at 0 posts. BATTLE SKILLS Name: Shunpo (Flash Step) Class: Stepping Type: Stepping Range: N/A Tier: I Description: A movement technique that allows the user to move extremely quickly over short distances. The focal point that determines the basis of this technique is speed. It is a standard ordinary katana with a guard that is the shape of a cloud - The symbol of Rairo no Ago, and the hilt is all white.
SPIRIT APPEARANCE
Rairo no Ago appears as a male with a lightning bolt tattoo on his forhead facing sideways, as well as other black markings that look like tattoos on his arms, and the visible parts of his back which is where they start.  He wheres a white male kimono and has blue sapphire eyes and blonde hair. SPIRIT PERSONALITY Rairo no Ago is very calm and collected as an individual. It's ettiqitte in battle is outstanding as well. The spirit of this Zanpaktou can also be serious at times which works very well with Ichiru since he is the same way.  INNER WORLD
A clearing of a meadow surrounded by storm clouds with thunder erupting from above and visible bolts of lightning running across the storm clouds.

Description: Ichiru throws his zanpaktou at the enemy, but before he throws it, he puts some of his spiritual pressure and Reiatsu into his sword, so when thrown, It becomes a destructive lighting bolt. Any Kido based attack that is ranked 75 or lower is not powerful enough to deflect or stop the attack. Also, Ichiru uses his Shunpo to make a second swift attack, just in case if it missed.

Description: Ichiru is able to summon forth Lightning Bolts from the sky by pointing his blade up at it, targeting his enemy without mercy in the form of his Reiatsu. The leftover Reiatsu emmitting from the blade after the lightning bolts stop can be absorbed by Ichiru, making him much faster then he usually is, however the speed he gains is only temporary, but if he were to master this technique in his Shikai form, not only could he increase the power of this attack, but also increase the duration of his newly acquired speed. Using this technique, he can also hurl lightning bolts at his enemies, however using this attack this way is weaker then summoning the lightning bolts and doesn't use a lot of Ichiru's spiritual pressure.

Range: 65m
Description: The name of this technique means "Lightning step". Its sort of like Shunpo, however it has a greater significance in strength, speed, and usage of stamina, not to mention this technique can only be used in his Zanpaktou's Shikai state. Ichiru sends spiritual pressure to the heel of his feet, allowing him to move faster then an Arrancar's Bala. Ichiru mostly uses this ability for Assanations. If Ichiru uses this technique more then 2 times, his stamina will deterierate, which is why this is also a last resort effort to quickly kill his enemy or greatly injure them with an attack at a close range (i.e. Kido, shikai attacks, etc.)

HOLD IT!! YOU'RE NOT DONE YET!
Overall, not a terrible profile, but there's a few things we need to address! ♥- The first and second post need to be separated, so please take the contents of the profile beginning with the Kidou and going downward and post that in a reply to this post!
- We don't use Kidou numbers anymore, so please remove mention of Kidou in your first Shikai ability! As well, remove the part about a second swift attack using Shunpou since we don't allow attacks to be made while using Shunpou!
- You can't have any custom Stepping techniques to start, so please remove Kaminaru Suteppu or make it to where it's not a Stepping technique! You are free to learn this custom Step ICly, however you must have Mastered Stepping Mastery before you will be able to do so as noted in the Shinigami Guide.
- You do not gain an Above Average Mastery for putting Zanpakutou Mastery to Below Average due to it being a Release Mastery, so you'll have to modify your Masteries around a bit. As well, due to having four techniques in your Shikai your Zanpakutou Spirit would be Average instead of Below Average!
And that should cover everything! I mean it when I say this is a fairly decent first attempt. You appear to have a decent grasp of our systems and profile coding, it'll just take a bit to iron out the kinks. Once you're done making these edits, post in the Notification Thread again instead of replying to this thread. The only time you should reply to this thread is when you separate out the coding.
