Joining the Gotie

I'll split this is half for Gotei/ Wandenreich:

Gotei:

- Upon joining (That is once your name is added to the list of non-shinigami Gotei members) you should do a profile mod asking for your Gotei affiliated status to be added. Along with this your racial mastery will have "/Kidou" added to it and you'll be able to learn kidou.

- For squad you can have this added to your profile with a profile mod as well, though it does not have to be right away if you haven't decided.

- For sub-shini, its left vague for now. You'll need to be active in some gotei related threads before this power is given out. Some of these can be solo if you wish but I'd encourage you to thread with Gotei OCs and canons if they're available. Once you have some threads under your belt you can apply for sub-shini in improvement board much like you would with training and mods will judge whether you've done enough for the powers to be awarded.

- For canon positions the requirements in the guide are for shinigami already associated with the Gotei. For non-shinigami the requirements will be more hefty and decided on a case by base basis, though you'd likely be accepted for seats 3-5 once you've done enough to get Sub-shini.


Wandenreich:

- Once you've joined and had your name added to the list, post a profile mod asking to have your Wanden affiliated status added to your profile. This profile mod should also include a description of your spirit weapon and your racial mastery will be altered to include Variant Quincy Style.

- Once you are HL, you can do an improvement to have vollstandig added to your profile.
