I understand that BSRP wants to be faithful to the Canon characters and story plot as much as possible, but is there any chance of the Canon character possessing custom abilities (depending on who's using them at the time, of course)? |

All canon character players tend to pick up non-canon techniques because it wouldn't make sense to not have them in some cases thanks to not being shown often (Like, Tessai would naturally know a lot more than just tier 6-7 kido which is all he's ever been seen using). As long as it fits the character (Soifon, an assassin would not bother learning hado #88 even though she can, it's just nothing useful for assassination).
