Secondly, I see you using your decidedly non-healing ability to do healing here. That is denied, and you're getting a polite warning not to pull that again or else you'll get the tech pulled. Having a non-healing anti-poison tech is iffy under new healing rules as is, even if it's release. Recall also that you can't heal while masked either.

I'm just not seeing a huge amount of direct manipulation of your reiatsu. To go from Advanced to Mastered requires dedicated training. This could be used as one of multiple threads to count towards it but on its own is not sufficient. Same for stepping, you do step a couple of times but they don't seem to be particularly challenging steps, you're not surpassing your boundaries in stepping. Again if you have a couple of threads this could be one of them.

You can have fighting and other stuff count towards gaining masteries, but you have to actually do some of the work you'd have to do during training to emphasize your improvements and gradually getting better etc.
