I have a question to go along with this. Would it be possible for an OC character to create their own faction within the Gotei, or separate of the gotei rather. Ex. Kidosu, Stealth Force etc. Like a Commando Squad or something.

I don't necessarily agree with Core difficulty but I agree that people should be able to challenge captains for their roles. Absolutely people shouldn't be able to just sit on the role. But if you want the role you need to be in a position to challenge for it.
I also think that you shouldn't be able to turn down threads (within reason).

If no one is running the squad the 3rd-5th seats are open to whoever. Once you have a captain or lieutenant running the squad they assign those seals. We don't have the canon 13 seats atm but they may be added if the site population goes up. As for the 20th seat, canonly I don't thinks thats an actual thing. There are 13 seats for the strongest members of a division and the rest are just generic members. |
