Bleach was created by Tite Kubo. All site systems were created by current and former staff members of BSRP to enhance the roleplay experience. -KIND-HEARTED- Ansem is a kind hearted man, wanting to do the right thing. He is generous, kind and caring and will usually always put the whole before his own needs. He is always willing to do whatever he can to benefit others.
-SENSE OF JUSTICE- Ansem is a just man, wanting to do what he feels is right over what is suppose to be right. He believes in personal justice and moral justice over societal justice. As such he holds alliance to the path he believes to be just and not to the laws.
-INTELLIGENT- Ansem is smart, he is not a fool. He thinks things through and he knows when the right time to lie, the right time to tell the truth, and so forth. Ansem is a wise man and likes to think the situation through. Despite his want to read into things, he also has other character flaws that cause him to be rash and rush head-first into a situation. He was a silent kid whom tried to seem cool but was usually top of his classes.
-HOT-HEADED- To say Ansem was calm and level headed would be partial, as he has a very short temper, and as such can lose control of his own head many times. He gets angry and violent and will go into "moods"
-IMPULSIVE, RASH & RECKLESS- This trait of Ansem's personality is a trait characterized by the inclination Ansem to initiate behavior without adequate forethought as to the consequences of his actions, acting on the spur of the moment. Ansem often makes bad judgment calls and decisions; He is very irresponsible at times, only rivaled and succeeded by his impulsive nature. Ansem does not think things through as he will act rash, and irrational to anything he finds appealing to himself. A major flaw to Ansem's personality is that he does not think of the consequences of others or even himself.
-EMOTIONAL- Ansem has very little control over his emotions and as such, when something makes him angry, sad, or so forth, it can be hard for him to stay calm and rational. He is highly reactive to perceived insults and slights, and is notorious to throw tantrums over trivialities. His tantrums though,are often short-lived, and they can revert to a perfectly calm state moments later. Although his aggression is poorly inhibited, it is generally not uncontrolled.At least 200 words or a list of 5 positives/negatives and 5 likes/dislikes.
Name: Hirenkyaku (Flying Screen/God Step) Class: Stepping Tier: I Range: N/A Description: Analogous to the Shinigami Shunpo or Arrancar Sonido, the Quincy Hirenkyaku allows the user to move quickly over short distances; according to Ishida Uryû it is faster than flash steps, though Kurotsuchi Mayuri's superior speed suggests that this is just a generalization. To perform the technique, the user gathers spiritual particles under their feet and rides them to the desired location. Like the air-walking skill displayed by most Arrancar and Shinigami, it can also be used to hover or fly for long distances. Kurotsuchi Mayuri compliments Ishida Uryû on being able to use this technique at such a young age, suggesting that it's difficult to master.
Name: Sogekihei (Irises of Far Seeing) ** Class: Reishi Technique Type: Supplementary Tier: III Range: 100 Radial Meters Description: The user gathers spirit particles into their eyes, and their field of vision is increased by a phenomenal rate. With this, the user can see up to three times as far as their normal vision and have incredible detail; depth perception, allowing them to have superior sniper skills that lasts for five posts.
Name: Ginkō Harikō (Silver Manuscript, Glass Manuscript) *** Class: Item Creation Type: Items Tier: N/A Range: N/A Description: This technique allows especially adept Quincy to manufacture Soul-Synthesized Silver and Soul-Synthesized Glass using the Reishi in the air alone. It is a very difficult technique that takes a long time to master.
Name: Tsurutama (Crane Shot) ** Class: Reishi Technique Type: Offensive Tier: VI Range: 100 Meters Description: Gathering a large amount of Reishi from their immediate surroundings, the user prepares the focal point of this ability (either a bow, weapon or hand) as it begins to glow with reishi. A massive, cero speed projectile (an arrow for quincy, a blast of reishi for mod soul or bount) is shot out that takes the form of a flying crane. The user can slightly control the trajectory of the crane for a limited amount of time, but cannot make anything higher than a ninety degree turn in any direction from its original orientation.
Name: Doppel (Double) *** Type: Offense Range: 50 Meters Tier: V Description: By charging a burst of reishi into a bolt, or arrow for quincy, the user can launch it at cero speeds capable of piercing through armor like skin depending on mastery level and advantages.
Name: Festnahme (Capture) ** Class: Reishi Technique Type: Binding Tier: III Range: 25 Meters Description: A blast of half bala speed reishi fired off at an opponent that binds them instead of dealing damage.
Name: Tachiban (Sentinel) ** Class: Reishi Technique Type: Offensive Tier: III Range: 50 Meters Description: The user can create orbs of reishi and spread them around him. At will, the orbs can launch, at half bala speeds, directly toward the opponent. The user can create up to five of these orbs at a time.
Name: Danze (Dance) ** Class: Reishi Technique Type: Supplementary Tier: II Range: 25 Radial Meters Description: Blanketing the area with reishi, the user can alter the density of the air, changing how anybody, caught within the range of the technique, moves. The user can make the reishi cooperate in a sense with the opponent, forcing their movements to become imbalanced, or force the opponent to put more effort into simple movements such as dodging or walking.
Name: Festhalten (Grip) Class: Reishi Technique Type: Supplementary Tier: II Range: 30 Meters Description: By tampering with the Reishi around an object, one can hold a telekinetic-like control over it; allowing them to use multiple weapons at the same time without hampering their prowess as a weapon wielder. Objects are tossed at bala speeds.

GINTO TECHNIQUES

Name: Reichweite (Grasp) *** Class: Ginto Tube Technique Type: Offensive Tier: VII Range: <5 Meters Incantation: Tighten the seal containing the accursed Wraith - Reichweite! Description: This technique uses eight to nine silver tubes and can be quite stressful for those with low tolerance to pain. The user holds each silver tube in the gaps between their fingers, then crushes their fists and cracks the tubes open. The spiritual energy coats the user's (presumably bloody) hand and becomes hypersensitive to contact. Whatever the user's hands come into contact with next will trigger a large torrent of energy that can rend foes apart . A more defensive application for Reichweite is to slam the coated hands into an incoming attack. The resulting explosion acts as a buffer to partially negate the attack, or consumes the attack altogether and goes on to blast the enemy
Name: Notstand (Calamity) *** Class: Ginto Tube Technique Type: Offensive Tier: VII Range: 100 Meters Incantation: None Description: Using a total of Six ginto tubes, the user removes a seele schneider and uses it to cut through the tubes, absorbing all the liquid reishi within them. Then quickly fires the Seele with his bow, propelled at Cero speeds, only for it to come 10 meters short of the opponent and release the reishi in an orb of pure, white destruction. The reishi actively spins at such a rate, that it tears apart anyone caught within the 50 Radial Meter dome.

QUINCY WEAPON
ENERGY WHIP - a simple,elegant family engraved whip handle with the quincy cross engraved within.It should be a bow if you pick Archery Style, and something else if you pick Variant Style. Don't embed images, provide links and a description instead.
QUINCY CROSS
A triangle with a single line through the center that extends an inch further at the top and bottom, held by a simple chain around his wrist.Don't embed images, provide links and a description instead.
QUINCY ITEMS
Quincy Cross Standard equipment for any Quincy, the Quincy Cross acts as the focus for a Quincy bow. The cross need not necessarily be in a cross shape, as Ryūken's cross is a pentacle.
Hollow Bait This item is a small, coin-shaped disk that attracts hollows when crushed.
Silver Tubes Silver tubes are small, liquid-filled capsules that store spiritual energy, and are used by Quincy for spellcasting in the same way that Shinigami use Kidō. Like Kidō, they are activated by calling out various commands, but do not require any of the user's energy to activate.
Seele Dolch A weak, short, but capable close combat dagger alloyed out of Soul Silver that should only be used in desperate times when a Quincy is forced into a range where they cannot function. The dagger is as sharp as a sealed Zanpakutou of a single rank below, and clashing twice or thrice with a Zanpakutou or Shikai is enough to break it. However, the sudden pull of this weapon has saved many Quincy.
Silberdraht A supportive item that can also be used in combat. The wire is spiritually manipulable, and can be used to trap enemies in a tight spot, the true boon of this wire is it's sharpness, that of a sealed Zanpakutou. While a move of the arm can break the wire without too much effort; it will most definitely harm them.
Seher [Oracle] A visor made of Soul-synthesized Glass that can lock onto a reiryoku signature if a sample of that reiryoku is placed on the side of the glasses. This sample is usually blood or skin tissue from the person in question but can be small samples of hair and other such substances. The glasses have the same range as Bakudo #58 Kakushitsuijaku and has a tier IV cost initially locate the target.
Spatz [Sparrow] A set of six dagger-type weapons designed to be perfect for throwing, made of Soul-synthesized Silver and worn on a small belt. These daggers, while they are considered very controversial in a Quincy's arsenal due to their policy of no bladed weapons, it is a set of very useful items to have, able to catch a target of guard and strike with the sharpness of a sealed Zanpakuto. However, they do not have the durability of a sealed Zanpakuto and can be easily broken by anyone of HL or above with a simple swing.
Locken [Lure] A short rod of Soul-synthesized Glass, this device has the ability to almost perfectly emulate the reiryoku signature of anything, as long as a sample of the required reiryoku is placed within the tube. The tube can be loaded with the sample then thrown in an area in order to lure a tracker to that area or confuse pursuers.
Seele Schneider The Seele Schneider is a thin, sword-shaped arrow. It's much longer than a standard arrow and functions something like a chainsaw: the spirit particles of its blade vibrate at ultra-high frequencies, loosening the molecular bonds between any spirit matter it cuts so that the Quincy user may easily absorb the freed spirit particles. The Seele Schneiders Ishida Uryū uses are stolen from a secret storage room under Karakura hospital.
Glazen Grund Utmost refined Soul Silver; by covering an area in these chaff-like shards, a non-Quincy's stepping techniques become impossible, lest they be stronger than the Quincy, which would result in their prowess dropping a rank. Covering an opponent in this also has the curious effect of making it more difficult for them to focus spiritual attacks, making them charge just a bit slower.
BATTLE SKILLS
Name: Taekwondo
Class: Fighting Style Type: Supplementary Range: Self. Tier: N/A Description: Taekwondo is the art of self-defense, and is one of the most common martial arts in the world. Taekwondo's main aspect is the emphasis on it's high kicks, which it is renowned for, a master of Taekwondo capable of hitting incredibly high axe kicks and breaking concrete on the bottom of their heel. Taekwondo, outside of it's high-kicks, acts as much more of a sport or fitness martial art, it's emphasis on the ability to stretch, flexibility, and physical form acts as much more of a sport rather then a full-fledged brutal style. Not to say it's weak, it's moreso that it's used mostly for athletic purposes.
The common practice for Taekwondo is to train in groups of ten to twenty, and is not that hard to find a dojo for. Often times, rather then physical punching, users of Taekwondo will focus on keeping a leg skywards, or kicking skywards, for prolonged periods of time. Sparring is common, but is much more focused around kicks against pads. Punching, in Taekwondo, isn't common, but is still touched upon, but not to much of an extent, and isn't often used in tournaments.
Name: Deonjigi [Throw] Class: Hand to Hand Technique Type: Offensive. Range: Self. Tier: III Description: Deonjigi is the use of throwing an opponent in Taekwondo. While this is an easier said then done trait, the use of it in a core aspect is a powerful movement in which the user of Taekwondo has the option of grasping ahold of a falling enemy and utilizing this ability to force them even further into the ground, causing damage on top of however hard they fell.
Name: Hosinsool [Self Defense] Class: Hand to Hand Technique Type: Defensive. Range: Self. Tier: III Description: Hosinsool is the base of all self defense abilities for a taekwondo user. Most of these include blocks, disarms, and trips, but the core value is how to block onself from an oncoming ability. By taking up stance, a user of Taekwondo can block spiritual and physical abilities up to Tier III with their bare hands, which they proceed to break it apart with the flat of their palm in a thrust.
Name: Hyeong [Form] Class: Hand to Hand Technique Type: Offensive. Range: Self. Tier: III Description: Hyeong is the form that a Taekwondo user takes up when he is utilizing his martial arts. The use of it as an ability is simple, and that is to charge any physical attack that would come out from the body (a kick, punch, jab, you name it) with power, causing extra damage.
A few things actually. 1) We currently don't have any guides or guidelines for actual Sternritter starting right now. 2) Transferring characters at above base class is only open for those who have either posted and absence thread forgoing the last character check, or had participated in the last character check. Sorry for the inconvenience.
A lot of old members are coming back and transferring characters, such as Blackmagic, Karina, Koz/Greek.
Kaz spoke to me and said I was actually allowed to transfer my characters, and I had told the former staff of BSRP that I was taking a hiatus from BSRP and they said I was welcome to return, characters and all, from there.
This is literally the only transfer I am doing, I can remove the Sternritter part, but I used boxes (I had boxes so should be able to use my characters if I was able to use my boxes) for the others instead of transferring as a way to edit and modify the characters themselves.
So if you could please check, because I was told I could transfer this character and my others (opted for this sole one however).
You will not be able to bring back your character at full strength. I do apologize, but it is part of the rules we set forth for the transfer. If however you have a box you can recreate your character using those at the allowed level of the box. Although it won't be the same as the level you started at most likely it will at least give you something. As for starting as a sternritter that will be a no go for now since we have no guides are rulings on how they are going to work with the new site plot.
Like I said if you have a box (If you want I have an HL regular box you can trade for) or can get a box from someone you can restart your character at the level the box permits, other than that it will need to start at base level. If you want to discuss this further please feel free to send me a PM and we can discuss it.
