APPEARANCE

Catherine has a fit build and a chiseled body. Broad shoulders, though not too much taking away from her actual feminity. In public, she's almost always seen wearing a red baret, one she recieved after succesfully succeeding for the paracommando training program.

PERSONALITY

Catherine is warm, and welcoming. However, her demeanor may be rugged and agressive at first. This is partly to blame on her harsh training from the age of sixteen and her even harsher training that started at the age of eight as a quincy.

She signed up for military school at the age of sixteen. Aiming to become one of Belgium's prestigious paracommandos. Hating sitting just in a private boarding school and be taught. Begrudgingly, her mother finally caved in and sent the youngest of her sweet daughters to military school. Where she enrolled and came out pretty damn good in the process. Her initiation happened at the youngest age possible, eighteen years of old. And now she's part of the belgian military.

In the squad, Cathy was always the person people turned to. She was warm, even maternal at times. Though she knew how to joke around and at one point, wrote a homo-erotic tidbit of fanfiction during a stake-out about two of her closer squadmates.

At times, Cathy can be a tad paranoid, given with the current national safety levels. More than often sent out on patrols and home being. This has her not carrying only her combat knife, but her quincy weaponry wherever she goes. However, her appearance in Japan and other foreign lands is not nescessarily extraordinary. More than often sent as a guard to many embassies around the world.

HISTORY

The Primevère bloodline dates back a long time ago. Each of them were raised as strong and capable warriors, both with the bow and given variant styles. And each of them married out to other families. And almost all of them were killed during combat. Catherine's mother was not content with that and fled, along with most of her household. Operating in secrecy. Yet, as a noble, she still had a flair for aristocracy. And failed to lay down a life of luxury and decadence. Her daughters raised and taught in a private boarding school, a large mansion and loads of money by stepping into the jewelry trade.

Catherine was planned originally to be an archer. However, her choice in weaponry soon became clear when herself and her elder sister were under attack by a stray hollow at the age of eight. While this was a test, Catherine grabbed a plaque of wood and held it up infront of the hollow, pushing forth against it and protecting her elder sister.

Battered, bruised and cut. Yet it was obvious Catherine wasn't made for archery. She was made for melee combat.

When turning sixteen, Catherine decided to enroll in the army. Or at least try to convince her mother to have her enroll in military school. She hated the theoretical lessons she was recieving. Found them more than often boring and dreadful. Combat training was more her style. However, what she subconciously missed was other people, a bond of brotherhood and camaraderie. Though her intelligence was a tad above the general. She was proven to be a quick thinker. And engaging in combat training from a young age, the practical tests were less of a challenge. And she became initiated as a recruit for the red-baret paracommandos. When she graduated military school with honours, Catherine was never truly dispatched to warzones, but more to guard duty of high profile targets, emissaries in foreign countries and such. Though she was content, she was a proper soldier now.
