Two post duration If all knives aren't destroyed, allows for the technique to be re-cast. And create a second set of wings of ten. Up to a maximum of thirty knives. Yet with a snap of the fingers, all daggers turn inwards and collapse into the target, the wire around them constantly tightening, dealing tier III damage as an instant technique without duration.
