APPEARANCE
Standing at 6'01 [1.85m] height, weighing 198lbs [90kg]; in youth a beast to reckon with, specially on top of a warhorse, old age sucked away the muscle mass leaving him only with a wired and scarred body figure covered in lightly tanned skin. His hair once a vibrant silver is now but dull grey and the scar tissue in front of his eyes hides the earthly brown beneath.
PERSONALITY
Stern and literal, Hariku is not very apt at abstract thought outside of military strategy. His social skills are subpar, and the lack of possibility for eye contact doesn't help either. He lives with an underlying layer of anger within him which he uses as needed to have things happen his way, be it to take over command when command is inept, or to strike withour mercy at his enemies. Else wise he comes off as a very stoic character, not fond of sharing his feelings or indulge in small talk.
A part of him yearns for meaning, remnant of his life. He does not know he had a family and children, but he still bears the feeling of a need to protect and live for something. This feeling is projected onto the Seireitei, and to every one of it's inhabitants. The strong sense of duty towards humanity itself keeps his blade sharp and his mind sharper, and has kept him alive against a deep sense of displacement and possible inner terror.
He enjoys the small pleasures, such as sake, fighting, tea and laying under a tree's cool shade in sunny days. For some reason, he yearns for the touch of a woman, but no woman has ever looked or felt the same as the one his skin desires. Celibacy has kept him away from the drama and pleasures of the flesh, and in doing so, allowed him to differentiate himself among his peers as a devoted Soul Reaper.
HISTORY
Haruki never knew the name he was born with; he was given the name by the household maids of the royal family he grew up with. When he was old enough to hold a stick he was trained in the ways of the blade and bow. With age he became better until he was noticed by the patriarch of the family, who assigned him to his personal guard due to how out-landish he looked. Being part of the household guard he was trained further, with all his young adult life revolving around how to kill, how to serve, and proper etiquete around the royal family.
As an adult, his life was to give his own for the royal family. He loved the royal daughter, but knew he would never be able to marry her. Instead he focused on learning more so he could protect her, and in due time would prove himself. Along a few feuds, Hariku would stand guard next to the patriarch and leader of the army, and engage only in the final thrusts of battle. Eventually he earned the right to lead a flanking horseback unit, which brought upon him honor when he was able to break a standoff and cut away reinforcements.
Hariku eventually was honored with the possibility of marrying and owning land, which he took by investing all his money onto a flock of sheep which he would sheppard. He would still attend the service of the royal family as a military commander if called upon. In dealing with the town people, he fell in love with a baker's daughter and took her for wife, taking in their name as well to keep their bloodline in favor of his nonexistant one.
In his lifetime, he was called three more times, always coming back alive to his wife and two sons. The eldest son he taught how to sheppard, so that he could have a job, and be fierceless out in the fields. The youngest one he taught alongside and brought him to the household of the family to serve as a guard as well. He was raised to a general and when his eldest was able to take the sheppard duty he took a role as head of guard for the royal family.
Tragedy would stike in his late age. Charged with keeping a keep atop a hill with a small force, Hariku welcomed the invading force with open arms. Atop the hill with a strength of 25 men, they defended against two battelions for hours while the courier sent a message that the keep would likely fall. With spear in hand he took down men half his age, many who reminded him of his sons back home. Finally struck by an arrow and dealth a death blow, he died without regret, knowing his children were well on their way, and he laid in the red grass smiling at the peaked sun.
Almost immediately he entered into the spirit realm. There, he learned the hunger he felt was not necessarily the consequence of his last fight, and that he might have "the power" to become a shinigami. Once he learned of the Shinigami, he decided to join. Incredible with the blade, he was not so good with magic. Moreover his aging appearance made him feel slightly allianeted from the other prospecting students.
Once accepted, he joined the 11th Squad, where physical prowess was admired. He was able to prove himself among his colleges. In the many missions he was sent foward, he had no qualms in following the orders and commands of Reapers younger than him, but had no qualms either in defying those commands and shouting others when he saw the foolishness of their decisions. Much like in life, his expertise was noted and he advanced in renown. The second tragedy of his existance struck.
While on a mission, he heard his zanpakotou calling out. It seemed to vibrate slightly in his hand, warning of the impending danger. Through the fight, it vibrated and called, making the fights harder. Eventually, in a fit of rage, Hariku called out to it, desperate as the enemy closed in. The katana shone brightly, shapeshifting and slicing into his face twice before expanding around; the opposition was crushed, and Hariku collapsed against he building. He would wake up weeks later, completely blinded but lucky to be alive.
It took a lot of time to get used to being blind; in this time he fell from grace with the 11th squad, due to the survivors tales of "magic" from the old man. In this time, he searched for an alternative, eventually being moved to the 2nd Squad due to his expertise. While there, he ambiented himself to being blind, and performed quite well in every mission. Talking with his zanpakotou, he came to realize his power: the capacity to illuminate, to trap heat and light away and destroy hope in his enemy, to pierce the heart of darkness with the light of a thousand suns. Never one to fall for dishonesty, he relieved himself of duty with the 2nd Squad, and moved onto the 9th Squad, where he could still use his expertise in security detail.
Time advanced. The silver turned grey. The wrinkles deepened onto his skin. He shows the scar on his face without shame, head held high same as in life.
Eishōhaki (詠唱破棄, "Incantation Abandonment"): is the skill in which a Kidō practitioner skips using a spoken incantation completely, but it drastically weakens the spell. This is applied as a 1-2 tier drop in the spells power depending on ones Kidou mastery, 2 for Beginner up to Advanced, and 1 for Mastered and above. However this also lowers the spells cooldown to match the lowered tier, to a minimum of Tier I.e.g A Tier IV Kidou be cast with Eishohaki as a tier II, its cooldown will also be the same at 0 posts.

Name: Muay Thai
Class: Hand to Hand Style

Description: Muay Thai, or Thai Kickboxing, is an incredibly brutal style of martial arts that utilizes not only the hands and legs, but the elbows and knees. Because of it's brutal style, Muay Thai is a very enclosed and standalone fighting style, as most other sport fighting martial arts don't allow the use of knees and elbows, as they could be lethal, but Muay Thai tends to focus on them. Because of it's brutal nature, the secondary nature of Muay Thai is on dodging and avoiding, rather then blocking, because when within a one on one Muay Thai fight if you get hit you're usually the first one down.
Muay Thai's main source of damage is through it's brute force. While Karate can focus on singular strikes, Muay Thai walks straight through warmups and simply focuses on putting the most pressure in a snapping motion. It's stance is highly dependent on such snapping motion, and all punches, elbows, and knee attacks rely on the quick sharp movement, similar to shattering a bottle against a table. Most attacks with Muay Thai will crush bones if it hits in the correct place, and if somebody was to take a full-forced elbow to the face it would be fair to say that they would lack the nose to smell their own blood that would run down from the hit.
Lastly, the kicks with Muay Thai are probably the most renown. By using the snapping motion coupled with incredibly refined muscles in the lower hips, the users of Muay Thai have been noted to be capable of snapping anything from concrete to bones off their feet without a repercussion on their part. This is because they take the entire shock of the kick with their entire leg, rather then the flat of their foot, even if it is the piercing point. This movement of the hips and the body isn't just around kicks, either, this use of the entire body applies to all hits, which give all of the hits that sort of power that makes most power weak in comparison.

Description: A proficient user of Muay Thai has been known to easily link together attacks with his arms, legs, and knees, and with each hit being incredibly painful or deadly, it is questionable if overkill could really label how much damage one can inflict. Someone with spiritual energy, after becoming proficient enough with Muay Thai, can tap into their spiritual pressure without a Tier and coat their knee in power, causing each hit with their knee to deal greater inflicted damage, equal to a small bala upon impact.

Description: Muay Thai is not called Thai Kickboxing without reason. Muay Thai is not only awarded gold for it's brutal style, but much rather it's quick pace and intense jabs and punches that come with fighting with this style. Chok is a simple use, in which the Muay Thai user enhances his own physical abilities and rather then increase the strength, increase the speed of all of his punches to a blurring speed that is hard to track even in slow motion. Each of these punches are charged, dealing extra damage, but moving at the jarring speed of a bala. The only thing is, is that the punch hurts not only the person the Muay Thai user is hitting, but the user himself unless they're wearing protective handgear.

Description: With the final use of Elbows into the equation, a Muay Thai user becomes an eight-handed monster with enough training. From an early state in training, Muay Thai users are taught to catch their opponents off guard with sudden attacks with their elbows, which can break bones, shatter teeth, and black eyes. A spiritual Muay Thai user can tap further into this ideal by increasing the amount of power that they pump out and coat their elbow with it, making it capable of actually cutting into someone.

Description: Muay Thai is renown for it's powerful kicks, almost even more so then Taekwondo. By utilizing the entire body in every kick, Muay Thai users can literally shatter bones with a single low sweep of their leg (Te Kot) or break a joint with a high-jump kick (Te Tat). With a little bit of spiritual pressure added into the already deadly power of a Muay Thai user's kick, one can increase it's speed to that of a blinding cero and increase it's damage.

Description: A movement technique that allows the user to move extremely quickly over short distances. The focal point that determines the basis of this technique is speed. Therefore what determines the level of skill in a user for Shunpo is best characterized by how fast one can get from A to B in the least amount of steps.
ITEMS
Basic shinigami clothing, few pieces of armor without which he felt uncomfortably naked; remnants of life.
REIATSU FEATURES
Though barely able to effectively manifest it, the reiatsu will warm his body and shine lightly, as though a single person in the dark suddenly struck by a beam of light.
ZANPAKUTOU
Senshi Kōjiku

SEALED FORM
The sealed form of Senshi Kōjiku is a basic katana, not much different from the original form of the received zanpakotō. Indeed, the only change it received upon transforming was that the hilt guard is now a disk with eight points, resembling a symbolic sun.
SPIRIT APPEARANCE
She is average heigh, fair skinned and with long nails. She will usually sit with her legs crossed, and her eight arms in various stages of meditative posing. Her entire body is covered by shining linens that reflect the light of the skies. Her hair is a lushous flowing blonde. Though her eyes are closed almost all the time, the irises are blue.
Perhaps one of the greatest tragidies to befall Haruki, he has never been able to see her.
SPIRIT PERSONALITY
The first thing Haruki learned of Senshi Kōjiku is she has a very short temperament; though her appearance is that of meditation, it is only one of the many aspects. She is also caring, though she keeps it hidden beneath a controlled demeaner. She will mostly appeal to Haruki's paternal instincts to get her points accross.
INNER WORLD
Senshi Kōjiku sits peacefully on a tower top, surrounded by clouds. The clouds themselves extend as far as the eyes can see. Above the sky is amixutre of pink, orange and purple. The tower is 20m around, made of stone, with catwalk around piercing just above the clouds. There is a small platform where she sits, among colored pillows.
SHIKAI
SHIKAI APPEARANCE
A long, spender shaft of a spear coated in gold. It reflects light just as well. On the butt of the weapon is a pommel of the same material as the shaft, clean of detail. The blade of the spear has two phases; the regular in which it's a forward double edged blade with an interior curvature before the tip, dark in color, and a forward version when he activates the power, where the blade melts and becomes a slender dagger like blade with two additional blades to the side as in a winged spear, golden as the rest of the shaft.
SHIKAI ABILITIES

Range: Long (20m)
Description: Senshi Kōjuki absorbs the light and residual warmth within the area into the blade of the spear. When all light has been absorbed, Haruki will slam the butt of the spear onto the ground, realising violently all absorbed light and heat outward. The heat itself should not do much damage, but the light explosion is likely to temporarily blind.
[Important to notice, this ability will only work where there is light (so caves for instance would not work, or absolute darkness), and as well, due to the rule of nature, it can only manipulate light and heat made of reiatsu, so it will not work with the living world rules).

Range: Medium
Description: Same as above technique, however, instead of hitting the spear against the ground, it will focus the energy onto the tip of the spear and it can be projected forward; the projected beam is very short, less than a meter in front of the thrust although the condensed light and warmth cause serious damage at point blank, with the added possibility of getting stabbed.
Firstly, the martial arts style doesn't count as a technique in and of itself, so you can have another Muay Thai technique.
Secondly, since your Zanpakuto Spirit mastery is set at "Average" which technically means that your release is locked and you can't edit it. If you want to add more techniques later, set your zanpakuto spirit mastery to "Below Average".
For your other masteries, you are allowed to raise 2 more of your "average" masteries to "above average" and should do so if you want to be ML.
Mini-profile etc. is fine, so just those things and you're good to go!
Utsubyō - offensive techs cannot be illusion at the same time. I would just leave this at offensive as this is a light gathering and bending tech as opposed to a mind affecting tech, not illusion.
Shussei - whats the range in meters and both techs need a speed.
