Before I Approve this you can request a rank up in other Masteries too. Based off what I read you could improve your Reiatsu Control, Stepping, and Hand to Hand too. You've a lot of effort here and I don't want you to get jipped on how much effort you have.

~` I'd like to adjust all of those, however I have reached the cap of Above Average in both Stepping and Reiatsu Control.
~` In order to upgrade them further, I'd have to be ML. Currently, I am only LL-A.
I have altered what I could for the sake of current utilization...

Edit: Sufficed Hand to Hand, in place of other masteries
