What I'm trying to do here is edit my approved Reiatsu passive into a more refined, upgraded version. The old version isn't very well written anyway.

Tier: Tier II
Type: Passive/Supplementary
Range: Self-100 meters
Description: To put it simply, this ability is specifically designated to smother other passives that have the possibility of hindering Satoshi's ability in combat, Tier 2 or below. In this way, it can be switched from passive to activation in order to adapt to defend against different passives. Naturally, this smothers passives that give heightened awareness or buffs of Tier 2 or below as well. IE, someone has a passive that allows them to dodge physical attacks would ne nullified if it was Tier 2 or below and the advantages were equal or below. Or an ability that allows them to sense reiatsu, sense presence through air/smell/ect. It is a smothering technique that allows Satoshi to fight on fair terms.

Descriptions: Satoshi's mind is able to paint a mental picture within 80 meters of himself, the space around him becomine in-tune with his reiatsu, and thus with the space is one with his mind. The area around becomes a picture of different fibrations and frequences, movement and objects changing and disrupting this flow in different patterns.
