Description: Fristad, rather than a single, simple item, it is a mechanism with a small array of central functions. It is a network of interconnecting components that automatically communicate with each other to execute functions to keep its software in running order and to suit the needs of its users. One Fristad network is installed at any Orsaken "haven", and thus this item is not held in the possession of any one character, but rather available and immovable at the site of installation for use by anyone with access to its consoles. Any or all of the Fristad's functions may be enabled and disabled, individually or as a whole, at any of its terminals throughout the "haven" it is installed at. Control functions for the Fristad are only accessible through access terminals throughout the "haven" it is installed in, and can only be utilized after a Reiatsu/Reishi signature verification as an individual labeled as "Staff" class by the Identitet function.

Description: One of the most important functions of the Fristad is to be able to scan and label any and all Reiatsu or Reishi signatures within a 100-meter radius of the network's core. The network constantly scans the area around the Haven, and even within, for Reiatsu signatures greater than an average human's. This information is transferred to all terminals within the haven, appearing on each screen as a radar with dots or outlined ranges showing the location and proximity of the spiritual activity. Users may organize and color code Rei* signatures by race, but the system must have scanned each race before it is able to identify them freely. Otherwise, unregistered races appear as a general "unclassified" signature. Due to the nature of Bounts, they cannot be identified or labeled by this system. Individual signatures can also be labeled for individuals well known to frequent the area or the haven itself. Additionally, the network automatically sends an notification via a visual alert and an audio clip of the user's choosing to each terminal when an unlabeled, unclassified, or [Hostile] class Rei* signature gets within 50 meters of the Fristad's core.

Techniques, of any sort or spiritual form, are automatically designated as [Hostile] class signatures.

Description: This function is the primary active function of the Fristad. This function creates and maintains a barrier of Reishi around the haven, a wall of spiritual energy near-invisible to all but the most proficient in sensory abilities [Mastered Reiatsu Control or Reishi Manipulation see very faint, translucent blue walls coating the exterior of the building; Specialized see the walls more clearly] that coats each of the external walls of the building, as well as the walls and floor of the basement levels. Passively, this barrier does nothing; only when in close proximity to [Hostile] class signatures is the shell "agitated", functioning similarly to a Seele Schneider to such signatures. Any [Hostile] class signatures (entities marked by Identitat or techniques from any source) that attempt to pass through the barriers created by this function will instantly unravel into loose Reishi at any and all points of contact, and thus be near immediately absorbed by the Anda Tomhet function. This effect does not spread, so retreating from contact with the barrier prevents any further immediate injury.

Description: One of the baseline functions of the Fristad, this function uses underground machinery to absorb Reishi within a 25-meter radius of its core to fuel the spiritual end of the Fristad's functions. Doing so ensures that the network will always be able to perform its duties. In addition, the absorption of Reishi makes the use of basic Reiatsu tricks like standing/walking on air, etc. impossible. This does not seal any masteries or full-fledged techniques, only basic manipulations of the Reishi in the air. This function also disguises any Reiatsu signatures within the barrier created by the Skydda function as regular, SL-rank humans. Anyone outside the barrier will sense them as such, and any spikes in Reiatsu due to techniques or Reiatsu bursts are dampened to unrecognizable levels to outside sensory abilities. Note that this function only affects inactive Reishi/Reiatsu and cannot absorb Reishi or Reiryoku from techniques above Tier I.

Description: A mechanism near the core of the Fristad, kept in the lowest level of a haven, that opens a portal to one of two pocket dimensions, both equal to each other in size at 200 meters in spherical diameter with a 'flat' floor about 50 meters from the bottom of the sphere. This world can be molded into the form of anything the user that opens the portal can conjure from memory or imagination, and anything generated for this world will emulate the physical properties of the 'real' material. These worlds cannot, however, emulate other living or spiritual beings. While primarily these pocket dimensions are to be used as training areas, where the user can develop their abilities without fear of causing damage to property or harm to others, they can be used for virtually any purpose, including sparring, overseeing trials, meetings, relaxation, being used as a prison cell, etc.

To access these pocket dimensions, a user registered as [Staff] or [Resident] class may use a terminal near the Fristad's core that will open common doorway-sized portals to both pocket dimensions. Inside the dimensions, the doorways will appear in the middle of the flat floor or, if another user is already inside and has generated uneven terrain, it will appear at the lowest appropriate location vertically from the center of the flat floor. Only Reishi may pass through these portals, so human races must be properly prepared to enter these pocket dimensions, and spiritual races must leave their Gigai behind. The portals close at the end of the post the user entered the dimension in and can be opened again to leave at will. Once inside the user simply releases their Reiatsu and focuses on the terrain they want to work in, and the pocket dimension will conform to the user's will.

These pocket dimensions reset to their 'empty' forms when there are no beings detected inside. [The 'empty' form appears as a void of dark purple and blue smoke, with the workable area of the dimension appearing as a giant glass sphere with a glass flat floor.]
