Name: Explosion punch Class: Reiryoku Techniques Tier: II Type: Offensive Range: Personal Description: Duration of two posts, the user's fists and legs become coated in reiryoku, through which it gains explosive properties. This gives a tier II damage up to punches and kicks, with neat explosive effects and sounds. Suffers no cooldown since tier II. Name: Flashbang Class: Reiryoku Techniques Tier: II Type: Binding Range: 20 meter radius Description: As the title may deduce, this technique causes the user's reiatsu to collide with itself to cause a massive flash of light and a sharp sound that could make one ear's rings. Above the aethetics that it might give to someone being blinded or deafened since this is an aestethic, flashbang also causes disorientation. This basically is a flavour technique and I need the mastery points. Name: Reiryoku mark Class: Reiryoku Techniques Tier: III Type: Augmentative Range: Personal / 100 meters Description: By touching a surface, Raiden can leave an imprint of reiatsu that lasts for two posts. These remain within 100 meters of him. While it's obvious these marks don't carry the same amount of energy he does, it might throw one off. These imprints are usable in tandem with his human stepping technique, body fling. Tier III suffers no cooldown. Name: Earthern shield Class: Reiryoku Techniques Tier: III Type: Defense Range: Personal Description: A wall, or a personal cocoon, of concrete, earth or whatever the user is standing on, slides upwards from the ground and shields from tier III physical or energy. An aestethic stomp on the ground is required. Name: Barrier break Class: Reiryoku Techniques Tier: IV Type: Offensive Range: 10 meters Description: Used on any defensive technique, barrier break attempts to overpower any techniques that create physical barriers and proceeds to shatter them. Ofcourse, considering the advantage table and such. Tier IV instant activation and has one cd. Name: Spirit frag Class: Reiryoku Techniques Tier: IV Type: Offensive Range: 25 meters range, 10 meters AoE explosive Description: Lobbing a ball of spiritual energy, over a range of 25 meters, it explodes with shrapnel at the point of impact over ten meters. Tier IV activated has one cd. Tier IV activated suffers no cooldown. For future reference, my own, these techs all cost together 440 pp and give me 18 mastery points, allowing for an AA Reiryoku techniques.
