Description: The focal ability of "Sharpshooter," this technique first begins by having Saito take aim at a target and "scanning" them. This scans the target's spiritual energy and records it. While a target is scanned, every shot that Hagiri makes will direct itself to said target's location like a heat-seeking missile. This allows him to effectively shoot targets without needing to aim. These shots cannot be "dodged" through simple means and will continue its path until finally connecting with another object that can stop the bullet's momentum. This scan effects a total of fifteen bullets before going on a two post cooldown.

Description: As a gun, "Sharpshooter" is capable of firing bullets in a similar capacity to how a Quincy fires arrows. As long as he has the energy to do so, the man is able to shoot projectiles that travel at Bala speeds and in volleys up to twenty-five at a time. These typically possess Tier II strength. Should he wish to, Saito may charge up his gun to launch a single Tier III projectile that travels at Half-Bala speeds.
