Okay so Jade accidentally approved some techs I'm not menna have. Blod is max tier III Rei Techs so she is not menna have Reject, Fire of Purity, or Show Your Colours (on her profile).
But if I buy all of the techs in this thread and also, Mist said that since Reject and Fire of Purity are variable-tier, I could pay tier III in points for each of them. In total that puts me up to 4 tier IIIs and a tier II, so 14 tech points, thus putting me at Above Average. I can then pay to buy Reject and Fire of purity once more as tier IVs which along with Show Your Colours (which I am now allowed to have due to being AA) puts me at Advanced (where I am capped). Thus I can own Reject and Fire of Purity which I already purchased at tier VI.
So in the thread I am buying
2 tier III rei techs (120 points)
1 tier II rei tech (40 points)
1 tier VI H2H tech (180 points)
1 tier VII kido (220 points)
Which is 560 points total. Buying a tier III version of Reject and Fire of Purity is an additional 120 points.
Show Your Colours then becomes available, but I already bought it (it's on her profile). This puts me at 18 tech points. I would like then to pay in points for a tier IV version of Reject and Fire of Purity. As well as that can I also buy "Strike" from victoria ? I have Khal's permission. This puts me up at 29 tech points.

Now I can own all the techs I have bought. Yaaay! It costs a total of 780 points to do this.
Also the rules have changed so I need to cap a mastery to have mastered healing. Can I cap weapon skill and get the 300 points back since the rules changed on me? (meaning that this improv. costs 480).
In addition, can you change my Item Creation mastery to Healing Items and put it at beginner please? tyty.
