The process by which Superia lived her life couldn't be defined easily. From place to place Superia traveled in search of new materials and information from ancient scrolls that might help aid her in her goals. For someone like herself logic surpassed brutality however recent events with Seran and other races worried Superia. Without proper training then Superia couldn't deal with stronger foes in case she herself needed to face them in combat. While she preferred remaining out of fights, as they were not her thing, she decided on combat training. Hopefully things would end up well by the end of it because Superia wasn't planning on stopping until she reached a new level of power. Logically she also thought about a possibility, from weeks ago when she first donned her Sanrei Glove, an increase in power might be possible with a strong enough spirit and body but there was more to that than simple training and mediation.
Odd as it may sound Superia wasn't someone should be wielding a hammer. This was her preferred weapon for reasons of simply smashing things that irritated her. the idea was simple, if she didn't like it she hit it. Barbaric as it sounded Superia enjoyed hitting things over and over again until they couldn't move. Perhaps she was somewhat a sadist but there were few emotions inside Superia's heart and mind.Setting aside nonsensical thoughts Superia readied herself with hammer in hand. There wasn’t much left Superia could do in order to improve it. Superia's weapon could be classified as a war hammer mounted onto a pole. They were meant to damage without penetrating the armour. In particular, her hammer transmitted the impact through even a thick suit of armour she set up crafted from Soul Synthesized Silver. Even though the armor did not get punctured she looked at her singular strike and noted how the thick armor would have vibrations send through and caused a mighty concussive force on impact. This force was transmitted throughout the dented armor which would've broken several ribs due to blunt force trauma.

Pound for pound bounce for bounce, Superia tried balancing her weapon in both hands while spirit particles slid her with extreme speeds. Feet moved keeping an eye out from Point A to Point B. Utilizing this technique wasn’t easy but she was far from a novice Quincy. Then again calling her a novice wasn’t really an insult depending how you looked at her capabilities. She was an alchemist not a fighter. No matter how many times Superia told that to herself she knew she needed to get stronger. Even though she didn’t get a gut feeling like others or have honed battle instincts she knew something was coming, something big. How did she know? Simply put, it was her own devices that would bring about a massive change in herself so she needed a strong body else she might explode from having her soul refined once she eventually got the formulas down correctly. Superia continued but with each time she tripped and fell. She rolled and crashed into several trees. Superia focused spiritual particles into her blood veins and tried keeping an intense focus on Blut, with increased focused she could protect herself more but several splinters ended up getting stuck inside her skin.

Using Blut she shoved them out and tried standing back up. Her body wasn’t very suited for taking damage but she used her her hammer to stand up using it as a crutch. SHe panted with blood pouring down her legs and arms. They were only small cuts but she could use her Blut to stop the blood flow. SHe hated that her clothes had gotten dirty. Despite someone who dealt with all kinds of soil and getting dirty this was different. She groaned in pain and focused reishi to her feet once again, utilizing Flash Step and landed atop a tree branch. Trying for balance Superia leapt from branch to branch trying to keep her balance. She wasn’t totally sure which ones would keep her weight supported with the hammer and some snapped under her feet. She landed with to much force so she had to adjust herself with correct speed and balance so she would not end up falling, which she just did. She fell face first down three stories. The fall didn’t hurt nor was her pride. Superia was more annoyed than anything as she was naturally mostly emotionally still. Emotions were something she learned to control through meditation thus her reason.

Superia kept herself moving even after falling. She used a burst of reishi from her feet to rocket forwards and upwards, smashing her hammer into a tree and began spinning round and round. For one of the few times she just let herself take over, her mind dictating to her body what she wanted and not what her instincts determined. She was forcing herself to move despite muscles burning and blood feeling as though it was boiling. She threw up into her mouth and let it go. Her throat burned and arms weak, the hammer felt heavy. But how could SUperia keep going on like this? How could she? Pulled muscles and burning, they quivered without her being able to move much. Was this what people in training went through every day they did? THis was a part of meditation in one way. THe ability to block out mental pain. AH, a good idea. SHe could modify her Alchemy Seal and end up null out all pain. Maybe something dealing with regeneration too but that was a bit difficult. She’ll do something about that later too. However how was she to deal with this aching pain?
Blah, she could just do something later. For now, more training.[/font]

Pound for pound and inch for inch, Superia continued pushing herself. The abilities of Quincy were astounding however they were also dangerous. Her own race disrupted the balance between all three worlds and if she were to solve that issue then she needed to obtain greater power. This problem was not something where they could sit down to talk. Quincy and Shinigami did that two hundred years ago and even hundreds of years before that. Superia needed an answer to the question but how could the Quincy’s powers purify rather than destroy. That was what they were good for, not purification or even reversing something. Still, despite her problems she was not desperate for an answer yet. Superia still needed to first obtain power by forging her body to be stronger than what she cared for. If she were to ever unleash the true power of a Quincy then her body needed to be strong enough to handle the Quincy’s Final Form whenever she decided to release the Sanrei Glove’s .
Truly an issue but with each swing of her hammer and her quivering hands and aching muscles Superia kept herself moving. Her clothes from hat to gloves and bra shoes socks and panties were all soaking wet. She hated it but using alchemy right now wouldn’t solve her issue much besides drying out her clothes. Which she did quickly. At least by meeting Gage she could quickly access rapid manipulation of the elements and combat Gage on an equal playing field if time ever came, however, she needed something more from Gage. If Souls were present in everything then SUperia could enhance those souls, but how? It was simple: Every fiber of Superia’s being must go through an ascension like turning lead to gold. It was a simple principle used by alchemists in ages long pass.

The female who stood against many odds had not yet proven herself as a worthy inheritor to her family’s name. Still, her pride did not rest where other warriors or Quincy’s pride did. Her family prided themselves in their alchemy and how they stuck to tradition and adapted their own skills over the centuries. The mighty blow of her hammer proved that, signifying Superia being like a blacksmith hammering down each of the hot iron bulks in a bar of iron that needed to be flattened out. Blow for blow Superia lifted up the heavy hammer despite how much her muscles screamed for her to stop. SHe reached a point where she could no longer move but somehow did. DId she hear a bone snap? Certainly she was in pain but it was nothing she could not handle so long she believed in herself. For a brief moment Superia smirked. Was that a hint of pride behind her skill at being able to continue moving? Ha, she would chuckle if she had any breath in lungs. Extra that is that was already being used to kept keep her conscious and body moving.
Her body stepped forwards to face an enemy that did not exist. The arms were raised of the blakened beast. THis was redicuous, SUperia wasn’t someone who acted like this but at least she could put up with it for a few moments longer. The hammer was swung and blocked the large beast’s none existent weapon. It was a large clawmore that her own hammer could deflect. SHe braceed herself for impact, then used her Flash Step to fly backwards. Her legs buckled and she rolled through dozens of trees for no telling how many meters. Irritated but not angry, logic overcame surprise and she just simply used her entire body to compensate for the loss of strength in all limbs. Even if she couldn’t properly wield the hammer the reishi busrsts behind her hammer would help her keep movig, just like the Flash Steps used by Quincy from years ago.

Joints creek with bones snapping, is this what true pain felt like? Superia herself felt what this was like in times before but never like this. The pain of having potions explode in her face wasn't horrible but that was something else entirely different from what she was experiencing now. Superia was facing what some would consider insanity considering she was willingly allowing herself to go through such immense pain. The hammer was swung with extreme force, her Stepping was made with precise movements while her Blut kept her from ripping her muscles apart. Well, that was already past what she should be. She would need several days of recovering until she could continue doing anything. A visit to the hospital wouldn't do, she could just take some good precautions at her own private abode.
Weight to heels, hands on the shaft, Superia spun her body using the reishi burst to spin her around quickly. Unlike before when she used her reishi bursts to increase the speed and force of a swing, this time she utilized the bursts at all points of the hammer. In this way Superia could more easily direct the swing of her hammer. And also so she could more easily stop in her swing. Dangerous, yet effective given if she did this in the correct way.

Crack. Creak. Did a bone just break? Great, Superia's Blut pumped harder to keep her bone in place. Maybe it was just her imagination but pivoting her body with the reishi bursts wasn't easy. Controlling the correct force and direction, in this way she could more easily allow the reishi bursts to deal with her lack of raw physical strength but in the end she herself would be dealing with more issues than cared for right now. She panted, covered in sweat until finally coming to a complete stop. Superia allowed her hammer to desolve into spirit particles and fall onto her back. Well, lots of wonton destruction was around her. The armors and trees she made for the area in her training hall had been completely destroyed.
Maybe just laying here for several hours would be good enough. Soon enough she would be strong enough to take Seran on in head on combat but she wasn't planning on fighting Seran. Liam was a different story though she wanted to ignore that as a possibility. In case things went south at least Superia could defend herself. But fore now rest was an importing thing she coudl not ignore. For now, sleep.
