Reason: Since the character, when accepted, actually did not have high enough a mastery for the kidou she started out with, I worked a bit backwards with this to give her the abilities required for her to start out at below average (three tier II), skipped over the two tier IIIs needed for her to reach average since she already has those, and gave her extra to get her up to above average. The kidou being purchased are in the spoiler tag below, but it is three tier II, and two tier IV, adding up to a total of 120 (three tier II) + 160 (two tier IV) = 280 points. The character should now have 360 - 280 = 80 points left

Without chanting the incantation, the flash of light becomes bearable to closed eyes, and the lightning bolt loses its silent properties.

The stored reiatsu in the petals is released in the form of weight, and the feather-like petals now exert 100 kilograms of pressure each. They blanket over the target, crushing them with their combined mass.
