Reason: Buying the tech with 220 plot points. Blodeuwen is Kido Soshi and as such is allowed to learn Forbidden Kido, but she was also granted permission to know and use forbidden kido during the Holer plot. GENERAL IMPROVEMENT

Reason: I would argue that it just makes sense for Blodeuwen to "have this technique" as it is more of a technique representation of passive plot powers that she has as a result of being a strong kido user who holds a canon position as "the person who makes the kido shit work in SS". It just saves me having to register new techs every time I wanted to do something already mandated by the plot. GENERAL IMPROVEMENT

Before this is approved are we on the same page that you still have to buy Maho? You have the costs for the other two techs but not Maho and I didn't want to make you pay if you dont think that you need to. On that note, you need to pay for Maho if you want it added to your profile.

I genuinely believe that every thread Blod has been in is justification for "knowing" that technique. I could link you every thread she has been in? As it's a completely plot based technique it seems dumb to buy it if that isn't enough for you I'll just continue to do what I have been doing- using the effects without a technique because it makes complete narrative sense for me to be able to use those effects.
