Reason: Plot Points spending, and since it is more of a passive technique it'll be like a Tier 1 Passive Technique I'm assuming. (100 PP). The main reason this is up is because Aien was trained in this before, but since he took up the philosophy of not touching a sword no matter if its wooden unless he's ready to hurt someone. Same way as someone picking up a gun. |
