Reason (Training): I am learning the three techniques to up Weapon Variant to Specialized. Blut will be unspecced and be Mastered. Hand To Hand is now Advanced and Capped. Reiatsu Control, due to this, goes up to Mastered.

Speeds are maximum as Guide stats. Also, Julia does not have to focus on a target as the attack tracks what she specfified or wht area she specified. Lasts long as Guide stats for attacks that affect over multiple posts, however, can be lowered if desired.

Description: Whatever Julia's weapon hits will cause it to be surrounded in a blue light, this light will bind the target in place; She could also spread this to other objects, such as from sword to person wielding, to halt said person with spreading speed being maximum for tier allowed. Lasts long as maximum posts allow for the tier or altered to be lowere if wanted.
