Description: This ability will breakdown and alter any substance, changing it into an emerald-white flickering dust. The dust is conceptually different as the very nature of reality is altered. It is a material found on primordial earth that, despite being extremely cold, is attracted towards heat. As it comes in contact with heat it saps heat away. This dust can be controlled at will if she so choose, moving at maximum speeds of Cero at all Tiers. At Tier II, it can cause a painful sting when dust comes in contact at Equal Advantages. At Tier III, it causes first degree frostbite. At Tier IV it causes third degree, and Tier V forth degree. While can be used on other people directly, as in trying to turn parts of their body into this dust, she may but has to have physical contact and invade them with reiatsu which can be expelled with a simple burst.
