Strange beings continued trespassing on sacred ground. Cults popped up all over with varying beliefs and supposed avatars with underground networks that synced together. Long had these otherworldly creatures been praised although Sumire hadn't remained unimpressed. Contrary to normal supernatural circumstances their networks blended together nicely although hardly any match for someone who ran into these monster's daily. Ashes to ashes and dust to dust; their very existence became extent when Sumire got involved. A simple vacation for new herbs and spices ended in a mess but Sumire had her fun. The recent months as a simple baker didn't give her the same thrill she received when researching.
Given proper supplies were given Sumire could've just happily left without following up on her old ways. Years before Sumire often traveled when forced out by her mother, but she didn't complain about that anymore baring being tossed out when she was still in her antisocial stage. Still not a people pleaser nor good with conversation she had became what some would consider a nearly, completely, different person. The lovely maiden dressed herself in preferred attire. Fine satin fabric acted as a scarlet colored coat, not unlike a thick shirt. Ebony outlined every rim, including the central portion with buttons remaining nigh completely hidden. A three leaf bronze colored pattern was at the end of each sleeve, no larger than a nickel coin. Barely underneath the bottom a portion of her black skirt could be seen, with black, knee high, socks and dark brown penny loafers.
The wonton destruction remained with Sumire walking away from a forest gave. Underneath the dense pine tree forest earth still rumbled yet Sumire paid no heed. If anything, fingers curled into a half-fist comfortably. Nails dug into skin slightly with a faint smirk forming. The exellerating sound of screams blood frost and fire excited her. Maybe, just maybe, she could do something more with herself than being a simple baker these days.

Mother Nature remained lush despite an abnormal aura pulsating throughout her body. Deep inside earthen soil a dark force stagnated all life where it neither withered nor grew. Chilly days like this shouldn't have such fine greenery although those cultists thought otherwise. Somehow their methods involved redirecting nature's energy through what Sumire called lay lines, blood vessels of the planet where energy was thick. Everything had a 'soul' of sorts, a natural essence about it that showed life, however, Sumire's senses through Soul Commutation told her otherwise when trying to previously manipulate when walking around previously. But even then, anybody who's third eye was partly open could tell something was wrong. That or through commonsense.
Whatever their goal it was over. All that remained was tainted land that prevented any animals from living here. "This is a problem." Sumire's left hand rested on her hip pivoted leftward. Right arm hung downwards with fingers curled. Sigh sighed annoyingly brushing aside some hair then placed with several tassels between thumb and pointer fingers. It calmed her, but days when Mother brushed her hair were long gone. Sumire was on her own now. "Even breathing, the air is thick here." How these plants continued conducting photosynthesis wasn't something Sumire planned on finding out. Eyes closed with shoulders momentarily drooping. "Cannot be helped, suppose. Might as well recycle everything. Been awhile since I last let loose."

An internal darkness that spanned over burning skies. The blazing inferno contorted logic itself, defying to the end. Winds scratched across space with rippling sounds as if a black hole itself could speak, expelling a terrifying cosmic song. No life existed within this sky, it was impossible. The sky's image burned into Sumire's mind remained suppressed for some time now. Stomach acid bubbling upwards through her throat with hands gripping painfully. Nails dug into cloth and flesh with her upper body leaning forwards. Onto knees Sumire fell with her mental vision lowering below. A hellish landscape where no water existed and crimson seas spanned throughout the entire surface. In this world 'Gaia' had yet to be born. For it was a world ruled by primordial fire ice and darkness.
With but one blood drop from her right thumb black particles formed. They surrounded Sumire however they were not her primary focus. She painfully gripped with pain coursing throughout her body, like fire and ice mixing together as she tried holding in portions of her power while only letting loose another. She held her breath, letting her own body supply itself with what it needed to thrive off her own spiritual energy. The area around seemed attracted yet scared, as she held her breath she let out a terrifying scream focusing her presence all around. Dust underneath and trees, soil and grass alike started vibrating; Listening to her torment as the cursed energy the cultists had flowing through the land feared what she might do. Plants moved, vines trying to approach her however as they drew within one inch of her they popped, turning into an abnormal substance.

Giving herself breathing room Sumire's energy spread out, further destroying matter while rewriting reality. Her own vision started coming alive with particles related to that very vision, however, this entire forest would soon become a desolate wasteland. Even though that'll happen Sumire could revitalize soil by taking and altering minerals but, for now, focusing purely on her training sufficed. Space itself contorted with conceptuality altering reality's nature. Gaia hadn't experienced such phenomena since her birth, when land sea and sky mixed with fire and ice; If one could even call them that back then. Sumire's dust particles began slowly absorbing surrounding here, thereby quickly freezing the entire area around her.
This was an issue but one she could remedy. Focusing her will over the particles she moved them away from her, keeping what little warmth she had left. Even though she could see her breath if she opened her eyes, Sumire's body still felt like icy hot needles were dominating to pierce through tender, succulent, flesh. She couldn't allow herself to be overtaken by her own power. She was the one who controlled this vision, her instincts towards destruction and havoc wouldn't let her. Even though she shivered Sumire's mind grasped tightly around herself as he brain felt as though blood vessels popped. Fragments of memories faded and passed on, never to return again. Whatever, they were most likely useless anyway.
Stomach acid came up in the form of thickened spiritual energy that liquefied. The mass was very dense, but that too was fine. Bringing her vision up with one barely opened eye, Sumire mentally screamed out to her own dust saying You will not have me, I will have you! The dust then faded, finding itself lowering down to the now completely frozen wasteland around her.
