Cyrell sat in the park, in a meditative position. Her silky dress was somewhat ragged at its ends, and her pale skin glowed in the moonlight. This was the perfect environment for what she wanted to do; hunt. For that reason, she was back in Karakura town for the first time in many months. It would not be long, she wagered, before a spiritual being came her way. The best thing that Cyrell found about this was that she could act as her own bait. As long as nothing too arduous came her way, she appeared to be both an innocent girl in need of help, and a tasty snack. What she needed was cyrelicium, and it didn't matter what its source was. She had been sat here a little while now. The cold didn't bother her. At least there was no snow here unlike her home up in Hokkaido. Still, Sapporo was pretty in the snow even if the south coast was a touch bleak. Hopefully she would be able to garganta her way out of whatever situation she was about to get herself into. The mission was simple; attack, provoke a response, generate some cyrelicium, and run the hell away.
Finally some time off, Gage had spent the last four or five weeks fighting tooth and nail to get his side of the town cleaned up, the influx of Hollows in the area having spiked since the attack on Karakuratown by the Olympus group. Some type of organized Arrancar group that felt that they had more right to hunt in the human world than the humans did to live in it. It was not their goal but it certainly did leave a bad taste in his mouth, the Arrancar all making him feel nothing but more set in his goal. The spiritual beings out there needed to stay in their worlds, leave the fighting in the realms that they come from and leave the human world alone. Humans as a whole have a hard enough time surviving with the evil people out there much less with a secret underworld war that they cannot see happening around them quickly rushing them to their graves.
Gage was alone, the slowly falling snow calming his nerves as he listens to the soft crunch of the thin layer under foot. Ahead of him he spots a lone girl, the snow over head having given her a light layer making her seem like she had been there for a while. Hmmmm, odd. "Hello? Are you alright?" Gage closed the distance, it was odd for a single woman to be out in the weather by herself like this but it was even more odd that she had not moved enough for snow to have built a light layer on her.
Cyrell continued to wait. The clouds began to release their icy flakes- so much for no snow in K-town. She didn't move, still not especially bothered by the cold. When you could survive a hit from some crazy idiot's powers, what was a little dusting of snow going to do? She felt her hair freeze into spiked tendrils that clung to her face but still she sat, monk-like in her contemplation. Soon enough someone appeared. She recognised that reiatsu! This was the human-hollow that had been through that strange hole when she had dropped through. Interesting...
"I need your help." she told him, not untruthfully. He began to close the distance. Like shooting fish in a barrel. When he was scarcely a few meters away, she struck. Her zanpakuto was hidden within the folds of her dress, a single finger pressed to its blade. "Bleed, Espantajo." she murmured, as he drew himself to be all but next to him. Her mask was hidden from him as she kept her head down, her hair obscuring it from view. As soon as she uttered those words, however she erupted upwards into a monster easily eight or nine feet tall. Her mask covered her face, giving her empty, dead eyes. Lank, thick, greasy hair erupted all over her body and her hands became crooked and gnarled. An aura of dread and darkness surrounded her, and she let out a pulse of dread reiatsu.
{Spoiler}Name: Terror Class: Resurrección Tier: II/IV Type: Passive/Offensive Range: 20m Description: Anyone who gets close to Cyrell is struck by a deep, metaphysical horror. In resurrection, she is the embodiment of fear. Opponents within 20m are stunned (according to the stun rules in the technique guide) and also experience a passive 1.5x debuff to both Strength and Speed. This effect cannot be reflected onto Cyrell due to the fact that her presence cannot terrify herself. By focusing her reiatsu on increasing the aura of fear, she can increase the potency of the stun.
Gage stopped when she spoke, the words not being normal in any way. It was actually kinda surprising, was she injured or lost? What could he have done? Then she did it, there was little out there that was able to upset him or run him off as he tended to think himself invulnerable but this was just startling. She grew, so fast that Gage did not even react, just watching in horror as she erupted upwards. On her face was a Hollows mask, now covering what feminine features that there were. The eyes, dead and hollow just stared at him. "Oh my god..." She was an Arrancar, the welling wall of energy flowing past him hollow and oddly familiar. Darting backwards in ten foot steps he zig zags away, his heart rising up into his chest but he swallows it down, the adrenaline of the surprise making him deaf to everything around him except for this nightmare of a monster. Thick hair coated the entirety of the body with her hands becoming long and gnarled like a witches while wall after wall of dead musky energy washed over him.
"Fine," rolling over backwards Gage pulls up a layer of earth underneath him, coating his body in a wall of protective rock, concrete if there was any and just dirt. Standing upright he looks entirely different, looking like a large earth elemental, big round fists with jutting rocks out of the knuckle area. Standing eight and a half feet tall Gage starts forward, each step rumbling the ground beneath his feet with the increase in weight. At a dead run Gage leaps, one fist drawn, ready to throw a punch as soon as the hollow is close enough.
{Spoiler} Also your stun has no effect as no advantages so it does not effect him aside from being creepy as hell.
Name: Soul Communication Style: Support Class: Soul Communication Tier: II-IV Type: Support Range: 100m Description: With combat being so unstable the requirements on a Fullbringer can be harsh, demanding more and more of their body than they are always able to put out. By coating a body with a variety of elements the user is able to increase their strength and speed by varying amounts up to a maximum of x3. While the appearance of this technique can be different with each use its effects must follow the same rules. Tier IV gives a x3 to both. Tier IV's duration cannot extend beyond three posts, the cool down being double the duration of the technique. This ability can be used on a nearby ally should they be willing to accept the boost to power.
He had chosen to retreat somewhat to regroup. Okay. She felt the rush of reiatsu as he gathered earth from around him, and she saw him stand up, becoming some kind of golem creature. He was a little smaller than her but that meant very little. She could feel each step with absolute clarity, as the human-hollow began running at her. She didn't even wait to see what he was going to do. Instead she immediately sliced her own ulnar artery, spraying corrosive blood straight at the human's face and torso. She could feel the generation of additional blood in her body to replace that lost, and a few moments before the punch engaged, she congealed the gallons of blood that were erupting from her arm. As she did so she braced herself, holding a shaggy arm up to catch the punch, which would undoubtedly be weakened by her congealed blood. She also charged a cero such that as the punch broke through her shield and she felt it engage with her arm, she was able to release a bright red beam of concussive energy. Hopefully he would retreat to regroup once he had discovered that his offensive had not been quite as easy as he might have envisioned; Cyrell's arm twinged with pain and she suspected that perhaps it might even have been broken.
{Techs}Name: Corrosion Class: Resurrección Tier: II/IV Type: Passive/Poison Range: 100m Description: Cyrell's blood is incredibly corrosive to other beings and coming into contact with it does corrosive damage over time, burning opponents chemically. This inflicts tiered chemical burn damage to wherever her blood touches her opponent which at equal advantages immediately burns skin, burns muscle after two posts and after four posts burns nerves, causing extreme pain. She can temporarily increase the tier (to gain more advantages) to tier IV, though the technique is subject to a cooldown of double the duration.
Name: Congealment Class: Resurrección Tier: IV Type: Defensive/Supplementary Range: 50m Description: Cyrell is able to congeal any of her blood outside her body to act as a shield, as a standard defensive tech. When she does this, the blood hardens and absorbs the reiatsu of the attack.
Name: Cero (Hollow Flash) Class: Cero/Bala Type: Offensive Range: 100 Meters Tier: IV Description: Are high-powered energy blasts that can be fired from various places on the body. Only Menos, Arrancar, and Vizard have so far been shown to use Cero attacks, and it appears that stronger entities can use it more efficiently.
Default ability for Arrancar and Adjuchas/Gillian Hollow
The spray was wide and covered the air like a mist, hitting everything that was exposed with its corrosive properties. Making solid contact with the catching arm of the hollow Gage feels his fist snap something, him unable to visibly make out what it was that he struck that snapped. With one arm out stretched for the punch Gage's other arm is raised covering his burning eyes, the sensation of pain quickly replaced with the sudden impact of force in front of him. He was unable to see it but a Cero, nearly perfectly placed had impacted him in his torso, the stone and earth making a weak and feeble shield as the blast blew him away.
The force was placed nearly square in the center of his chest, the blast detonating with the force of a grenade, sending all his stone armor away like shrapnel. Landing on both feet nearly fifteen meters away Gage is riddled with cuts from the explosion. His torso is covered with a massive black and blue bruise that is quickly letting small droplets of blood to the surface as sand like particles of stone had pierced into his chest. Grinding his teeth Gage does what he can to get his bearings, the pain in his eyes almost invisible to the sudden ache from all over his body. Gage had to fight the panic back as the pain of his eyes set in and turned quickly to blindness, making him face what he knew as a hollow but even worse, one that he would have to fight without eyes.
Opening his eyes Gage feels his energy swell into his eyes, green energy flickering up to light the back of his bleeding eyes so that they put off an eerie glow, the world coming back into view as something entirely different. He was using his Soul Communication to 'see' the souls around him, the spiritual energy of the hollow standing in front of him washing off waves of energy, residual from releasing the Cero into him.
"Fine," Gagetook a step forward, green energy ripping litterally from everything withing 100 meters of him and where he stands. I cut you slack last time, you walked away and managed to survive but a hollow is a hollow. You burn here. Arching through the air it forms into a massive ball at his hand which he has to hold above his head. Swelling the orb grows and grows until it reaches a size extending out to nearly ten meters across. Leaping upwards and backwards Gage see's the world underneath him, the snow melted, trees and bugs all dead. All their energy was stored, fit into the center of this massive bomb of energy.
Hurling it down at the hollow he wondered what kind of fall out there would be. The intensity of the blast normally matched the strength of the spiritual energy stored in the bomb but he did not really look around to gauge the strength of the area.
Name: Bringers Sight Class: Reiryoku Technique Tier: II-III Type: Supplementary Range: 100m Description: This is the generic ability for Full bringers to draw on their own bodies, amplifying their eyesight to extreme levels. This allows eagle like vision, vision comparable to having a x40 magnifying glass and finally the ability to see spiritual energy in anything around them. This vision is as if everything were made of energy, hot spots showing more vibrantly in color and weak energy showing as more grey.
Name: Soul Bomb Class: Soul Communication Tier: VII Tier V Type: Offensive Range: 75m Description: Gage has mastered Soul Communication, becoming the pinnacle of the skill as a whole. Drawing on the souls of every living thing within 100 meters Gage is able to use that Reiatsu and condense it into a 10 meter wide glowing green ball of spiritual energy. This orb is too wide to hold out in front of himself at ground level so he generally holds it above his head, hurling it down upon what ever target he see's fit. The orb has an outer shell that is Tier III strong and will not rupture to detonate unless this shell is broken or the post ends. When the Orb detonates it detonates with the force of a Tier VII over a Radius of 25 meters. AoE rules apply to this attack and both the throw and the detonation move at Cero speeds.
Drawback: Soul Communication cannot be used in that 100meter area again for a minimum of 10 posts as the spiritual energies must recover from being drawn out in such large amounts.
Cyrell was emenently surprised. Despite the broken arm, everything had gone exactly according to plan for her. Her shield had shattered into many many shards, which was exactly what she wanted. Pain lanced through her arm. But She could tell from the way he moved that the fullbringer was blinded, at least temporarily. She used the opportunity wisely; quickly transforming back from her monstrous ressurectión form, she nimbly picked up the shards of what was now Cyrelicium. She had bled a fair amount; there had been a couple of litres and she wagered that she'd picked up most of that though things developed quickly and before she knew it a green glow erupted from the human-hollow. She could only assume that once more, he could see. She heard him say something though she couldn't pick up what. Her heart raced. She turned to face him, humanoid once more, her cold face and arms smattered with deep crimson blood. She watched him form some kind of enormous ball of energy. Uh-oh. That did not seem like something she wanted to be caught in the middle of. She could feel her own energy as well as the energy of everything around her being siphoned off into the attack. Such decay.
"Thank you." she told him, sincerely. She flipped a coin in his direction. One of her communicators. Perhaps he could figure out how it worked. "I appreciate your help." she said, gaining some distance rapidly via a sonido before opening a garganta. She was a little too slow, however. The human-hollow threw the bomb, and as she ripped the sky in twain it impacted near her. She caught the edge of the wave of energy that erupted, causing her to squeal out in pain as she tumbled through the garganta which began to close up behind her. Hopefully, she would be able to escape to go and lick her wounds.
{Spoiler} Here is what she tosses to Gage. He's spec. item create so I imagine that after a little while of tinkering with it he can figure out how it works.
Name: Communicaticoin - Standard Type: Item - Standard Tier: II Condition: +3 [Good] Description: Communicaticoins are the single best way of getting in touch with Cyrell. They resemble large coins, not dissimilar to the British £2 coin. The standard copies have two functions; if they are flipped, the face the coin lands on tells the holder whether or not she is available to meet. If it is spun on its side, it will broadcast to her master coin which of the standard coins is requesting a meeting. The serial number will change to the date and time of a meeting if she accepts it.
Blinded Gage stood alone in the crater, the blast having created a hole in the ground that would make a hell fire missile drool. The outside layer of his eyes were greyed, the unusually fast healing that his body underwent leaving them with a thin layer of scar tissue. The skin on the outside of his eyes though were pink and irritated as they were also still healing. His vision though were grey, a mixture of mottled greys and whites while the edges of his vision were able to pick up the slightest amount of color. The world around him was bad, he had never used an attack like that in town before, the dead 'items' that are left in the area afterwards being so empty of energy that they begin decaying at an unusually fast rate.
There was something though, he was standing in what felt like a graveyard, the world black and hollow. If there was something like a soul echo, then it was here, the lack of energy making him feel like the world was missing save for several glinting lights. Walking forwards Gage caught a glimpse of himself, glowing a bright green against the black world around him while the small sparks of light in front of him seemed to shimmer like glass in the light. Picking up the nearest thing he finds himself a small coin, a British £2 coin with a second gem small as a flash drive but somehow filled with massive amounts of energy. "Hmmm." Picking up the stone Gage looks around. There was more, littering the ground around him as what looked like a byproduct of the hollow's energy mixing with his own.
Snapping his fingers every single thing in the area with spiritual energy in the area floats up and comes to him, the stone materials that were left behind closely followed by a single piece of melted plastic but some how it was radiating spiritual energy unlike anything else in the area. "Well this is odd."
