To a night of falling stars, to a dusk of red covering the horizon. To a wisp in the air, to a stream of never ending souls. Yamada had seen quite a lot in his day, but no sight quite as captivating as human souls clinging to material objects as closely as they do. They linger in one spot, clean everything out, then move on like parasites. It was quite difficult to believe that at one point, he was one of these kinds of people. Clinging so needlessly to something that would ultimately turn out to be insignificant in actual survival, or basic human instinct. But there he was, watching it happen. The Shinigami in his gigai, had posted up on a mahagony bench, with one leg stretched across the other in a cross formation. His left arm stretching across the wooden chair, reaching a bit beyond the half-way point of it. His black trench coat draped casually over his body, covering his torso and arms. The extension of his coat coming out the back end of the bench, hovering only a foot away from the brown and green grass that lay before him. His white hair stood still, contrary to his yellow eyes. They darted back and forth between each person, and likewise, each soul. Humans constantly struggles to have a supernatural experience only to be disappointed. Yet, he could quite clearly see the spirits lingering over loved ones, or just watching curiously. Amused with this little scenery, a crack was spread across the left side of cheeck in an eerie smirk.
"Eeahhhhhhh." He sighed, letting out what seemed like a century's worth of stress.
Too many memories floated in his head, bouncing around like ping pong. Every once in a while the Shinigami had to return to something far more simplistic then life as as Soul reaper. So, he decided to downgrade, or in this case, upgrade to a basic life for a short time. His spiritual pressure diminished as far as he could without it seeming like it was inexistance. Simultaneous to watching humans, he was also keeping watch. He did not want a Hollow disturbing his peace, and would slice it into little iddy biddy pieces and spread some good ol' Vegemite on it. That fate awaited anyone who would possibly dare disturb the actual resting state of a mad-man such as Satoshi. The Halloween themed area was quite suiting, as if it was always meant to be here. He enjoyed it just as much as the Humans, but the enjoyment came from completely different perspectives of life. One was simplicity wanting complexity, the other was complexity wanting simplicity...
With a single movement, Satoshi's left arm came down from the rested position, and held itself on his lap, as he looked up at the blue sky.
