I'm assuming this is done? In the future, please post in the Training Improvements Notification Thread that way staff is aware.
While there is nothing wrong with this improvement, I just want to make sure it's what you want. At average, your Shikai is considered perfected, and you cannot change it afterwards. You have the maximum four techniques allowed, however, the highest tier you have is III, whereas Shikai's maximum is IV. Did you want to change a few tiers, or are you fine with your Shikai as is?

I would like to change a few tier, is it possible that I can have my wall of earth technique change to tier IV?

Hiyashi Wakasuchi , I am extremely sorry about the wait on this. For future reference, after something is fixed, it's in your best interest to post a reply in the Training Improvement Notification Thread that way staff is aware it's been corrected. We normally don't go through the boards and make sure that everything is completed. That being said, you are allowed to change it, however, in order to change it it will need to be reapproved as a technique considering a tier IV is max speed cero. So you'll need to post this in the technique registration board and get it approved.
