Gabby blasted across Garganta then ended up into Karakura Town. Her body was currently in a state where it was just simply white sand, but then quickly reformed into her natural form. Her spiritual pressure was completely suppressed best as she could get it. Quite a ways into the night sky Gabby literally threw the passed out Sub Soul Reaper strait down into some building that dealt with mechanic stuff belonging to the closest, and strongest, spiritual pressure around. She didn't really care what happened to her new toy to much but the toy was now no longer her problem.
Gabby started noticing the female's powers were fading, specifically the Shinigami powers. Oh well, Gabby really didn't care. Even though she wanted to do things to Kozakura she didn't have the patience. So the body rocketed down into a building that would find the entire front nearly completely destroyed, leaving a crater of deebre down below. Gabby Stepped below and landed atop the building and peaked down with her fox tail wagging happily and curiously. "Special delivery!" Gabby grabbed a piece of destroyed rubble then carved a few words into it, slamming it like a sign into the ground behind the once sub shinigami.
IOU one new room. Also, I has a fluffy tail. And there was a small drawing of a chibi face of gabby with a piece sign.
Gage spends his days working in his garage, his direct neighbors having left weeks ago he has expanded, building a wide hallway that leads from his workshop to the building next door, a dentists office that was abandoned due to the fear that radioactive fallout from the power plant would poison them. The end result of the building is on par with that of a two portion workshop, one half being similar to a factory with industrial equipment and tools while the dentists office is kept clean and sterile for detailed experiments and tests. This particular morning he was on his way back in, holding a one foot long by two foot wide strip of flesh in his hands, blood still dripping off the flesh in his hands.
Then the wound happened, a rumbling crash that caves in one of the rooms in his own personal house making Gage's head pop up, eyes scanning for the origin of the crash. Hollows here? There hasn't been any hollow activity in this area in a while. It was true, the only thing that he didn't know was that he was the one keeping the hollows at bay. His spiritual energy was so intense that while he thought it was suppressed it was keeping the weaker hollows away, even them not knowing why they were avoiding the area, just that there was some kind of thing out there big enough to scare off the horde.
A pat of something being hammered into the ground behind him making him spine away from his crumbling room. The damages were negligible, his skill with rebuilding and building structures now on par with professional engineers that have weeks to design their work. The thing that got him was the audacity of a hollow, any hollow, to come into HIS home and destroy his things. But it wasn't a hollow, it was worse. It was an Arrancar, like the ones that had started all this destruction and devastation. "And who are you? What are you doing here?"
It was not like any other arrancar that he had seen though, it was a woman, her energy ever so faintly signaling that she was in fact an Arrancar. It was hard to tell but it had to be true. She was just like the two arrancar that had attacked Karakura town, the devastation still having not been recovered from. Lighting ever so softly on top of her sign that she was hammering into the ground she hides her unmentionables from view. She seemed nice enough but the Arrancar that was attacking the middle of town seemed like a large man until he changed form, his size crushing all in his way. She was a monster and she had to be dealt with.
Then she blushed. It threw Gage for a loop, him not wanting to get distracted he tries to focus on the task at hand. Dealing with this Arrancar so that she is either dead or restrained. He could not deny though that she was rather attractive. In a human kind of way, the fact that she was housing a beast that could theoretically level the town being enough to keep his head in the game. Then her tail, she did have a tail as fluffy as it was, wrapped around the grip of a blade to fling it at him. But Gage was too fast, her efforts while good would prove no match for his skill and speed. Little did he know how outmatched he really was.
With a quick downward kick to the back side of the blade he launches it into the ground. Landing back down he looks the blade over, the grip intricate and wrapped in the traditional Japanese style as are all zanpakto from Soul Society. This Arrancar must have dealt with the Shinigami and somehow sealed her powers so that she was nothing more than a human again. Taking the blade in hand he pulls it free from the ground, a world of energy coursing through the sword. It would be something that he could spend a great deal of time looking into when it is more convenient but as of right now he had to bigger fish to fry. Looking at him with both her elbows in her lap and head propped on her hands she stares. Perhaps it would be best that he initiate the encounter. If she was strong then her first shot might be better than his best shot. "Why are you here?"
Note: This post goes before the actions of Gage's above. Posted on wrong profile.
What an excitable person down below, thought Gabby. He must be lucky with the ladies. Fair toned cheeks blushed. The handsome young man below easily caught Gabby’s attention without fail. Previous troubles bounced away as Gabby sat atop the stone sign carved with her writer, Hands rested at respective sides while right leg crossed over left, hiding the space between her legs so perverse eyes would not see what wasn’t covered below. She didn’t speak but, instead, fox ears perked up towards all sides. Her attention covered all around just in case enemies were around or the ‘child’ tried anything weird.
Her foxy tail slowly swayed with ppristine intrest directed towards her newly found object of interest. Like a peace offering, she pointed with her right foot below towards the passed out Sub Shinigami who had lost her powers. The burn wounds on her human body healed but scarred tissue that was healed. The zanpakutou was pulled from Gabby’s tail by her own tail, somehow hidden within.
Tossed it towards Gage, it landing between his legs nearly, by a milimeter, slicing into his thingies. Leaning forwards her chin came to rest in both palms as she rested her elbows in her lap.
"Why am I? That's a good question." Gabby replied while seemingly defenseless. The cherry attitude acted as a contradiction when compared against Gage, yet despite how bubbly Gabby was she was, like he knew, a beast. Without removing herself from her perch Gabby's head faintly moved as she sniffed Gage's aura. The Fullbringer's powerful soul smelled wonderful and, given she was hungry enough, would make for a wonderful dinner. But, eating her new object of interest wasn't in tonight's plan. "Those Hollow sure did a good number on your town here. " Spoken as though she was unaffected, not that she should be, Gabby's head turned towards where she could faintly make out the carnage that happened a ways away.
"That spiritual signature would be a powerful Hollow, very primal. Another one would be Arrancar...and I think there was, a Quincy!? Oh my! How interesting. I thought all Quincy were extinct. I have not seen any in over two centuries." Gabby turned back towards Gage with tail calming down. "Where you around when it happened? Oh no, it wouldn't have mattered. They are far stronger than you, right? You would have been killed so easily, but you Humans really are hard to kill sometimes." Just what was Gabby doing? She was purposefully prodding him. But her intentions were not to start a fight.
Gage almost rolled his eyes at the question response. Were there no 'normal' spiritual beings out there? Some that had developed into mildly sane humans but that seemed almost like a rare contradition to the life, 'normal-ish' being more weird than actually being weird. His jaw tensed slightly at the comment of the hollows wrecking him home and the lives of those around him. She was right, her ability to sense energy mot blinded like his own, the constant exposure to the hollow energy almost making it muted to him similar in effect to if he had eaten too much of one thing and cant taste it anymore. Then she brought up the Quincy, Liam, someone that he has met on a couple of occasions but at the time he was not too much stronger than he was. Obviously he had grown quickly, faster than Gage had, not to include the amount of progress that Gage had lost when he lost his first Fullbring. Even s Liam was not the only Quincy that he had met, others being in his past but none being quite so obstinate.
"I was there, doing what I could to get people out of the area but there was nothing that I could do. It was like fighting a hurricane with a parachute strapped to my back. But your right, I should have died, maybe something bigger kept me alive. But now I know where I am going and how I am going to get there." Gage's own resolution setting itself in stone with her comment about how hard it was to kill humans. Maybe she wasn't all bad but she was bad enough. She would have to be put down. After Gage was able to learn a few things about her first.
”Oh my, how bold of you, Little One.” He was simply a child compared to Gabby’s age. Though she wouldn’t call herself old, as rarely a woman would, it was a fact she relished. Power did not always show strength nor age define wisdom. Though Gabby held both she had wondered what might become of her new object of interest. ”Did you know she was there too? Ah yes, she is one of those weird things….a hybrid of Human and Shinigami. Kind of how like you are like a Hollow. You smell like one, just, not as crude and mucky.” Though unlike the Sub Shinigami Gage wasn’t badly wounded, at least not physically. Yet the female, who was now simply Human, had lost all power.
”Curious, that I am, as to why she lost her powers. But, that is of little concern to me right now. Do tell, what do you plan to do now? Gabby suddenly vanished and reappeared atop Gage’s head through a Step. Her sandals were on his shoulders as she leaned forwards, breasts touching his forehead while her tail moved about to keep them both balanced. ”Make for me a fine meal, and I’ll share with you the tale of those who came before you, those with similar eyes and a similar soul. I can show you more about yourself than you ever knew. That is, after all, my power. Gabby learned far enough forwards to roll over his head and carried him with her, dragging him into a hug if possible. ”OH, and I don’t mean find me souls. I just want like, a steak or something. I haven’t had any Human food in so long!”
Little one...she called him little one. He was not really offended as Gage was almost sure that she was ages older than him, it was a rare thing to find a hollow of any kind that was younger than him. For the most part anything younger than him didn't have enough 'unfinished' business to get held back and not want to move on like other souls. Gage looked over at the human, her limp body showing little wear and tear from being tossed about by the Arrancar. She was an agent of Soul Society, her blade at Gage's feet and her attire more kin to a regular human. The Arrancar knew of her, her role in the fight and the fact that she was a member to the Soul Societies Gotie Thirteen. If she was like the others, the Substitute Soul Reapers a select group of humans that the Gotie have decided that are respectable enough to be inducted into the organization and turned into living soldiers.
"I will take that as a compliment then, not being...mucky," Gage stares at the girl when she suddenly vanishes, a weight appearing on his shoulders that makes them slump as her faces suddenly appears in his vision, the soft flesh of her breasts almost covering his eyes. Gage didn't know what to make of this, an overly friendly Arrancar that seemed to have an issue with both personal space and self awareness of what she really was. That was all aside though. If he could find out more right now from her about what he the arrancar and the rest of Hueco Mundo was like then he would take advantage of the oppertunity. If this was a trap then he would be just as likely to be able to over power her during some food as he was out here. "Alight, a meal then. But I want answers."
"You smell like your thinking something dangerous. Do you dare brave that storm?" The fox-girl's tail smacked Gage across his face with enough force a truck would find itself flying. Though for someone like Gage that shouldn't be an issue if her tail sent him flying. Gabby's playful yet dangerous nature was still very Arrancar like. Very sure of herself like most Arrancar, possibly even more so due to that very nature. But Gabby wasn't trying to harm Gage at all. Arrancar and Hollow played rough. If she was to make Gage her pupil for her future plans then he needed to learn how to deal with something like herself. If he couldn't deal with how Hollow play then he would never survive Hecuo Mundo let alone Soul Society.
"You'll get your answers. What do you want, start cooking. Go to the store if you must. You've got a job to do Cricket." Gabby's words blew most people away, she was hard to deal with but her nature was all out; Regardless of collateral damage. "What do you want to know?" Gabby floated around Gage, hovering as she laid on the air and tail slowly moving from side to side. "A memory you've long forgotten? Why Hollow have holes in their chest? What the bone mask is? Am I fertile?"
Smell like he was planning something dangerous? A flicker of movement out the corner of his eye makes him look up just in time to catch the white tip of her tail across the side of his head. It was not hard, the impact carrying next to no pain but it still carried a metric ton of force, flinging him sideways out from underneath her into a flip that caries him over to land on his back. Rolling from the impact he spins to his feet, his right hand reaching for his buckle where he keeps his on hand weapon. He hesitated. She was so far not aggressive, her actions being more of an underdeveloped child with the body of an adult. Then she continued, telling him that she would give him the answers that he was looking for but still not without a meal. The faint taste of iron in his mouth makes him lick the inside of his cheek. Her tail had cut his lip in hi own teeth, possibly on accident but she would not get many more instances of neutrality from him.
"No, I have everything that I need here. I like to keep myself stocked with food and such in case I have a visitor that wants a bite." Gage didn't however say that he almost never has visitors the majority of them all being either spiritually active of being a customer that is looking for some one to fix some kind of situation that they may have found themselves in. "I suppose I want to know how old you are first. It will give me an idea of what kind of things you may have experienced. That and maybe if you have ever heard of a group called Olympus." She seemed eccentric enough that she would not be offended by him asking her age but even so he was still a bit wary of the possibility. His hand wanders away from his belt buckle and relaxes slightly as he moves to pick up the Substitute Shinigami and her blade.
"About fourteen centuries, but never heard of that group. Heard of many, but not them." Gabby responded quickly. Without haste her tail folded around her waist where she then began combing with a blue comb dug from her sleeve. The comb was embodied with gold trip with a flower design at opposing tips. The thin metal prickles were at least a dozen, able to comb through the thick hair along her tail where she then softly blushed and giggled with a hum. Gabby was willing to answer most anything he could think of as she sat on a large piece of rubble
"Just be careful. Some things you might not want to know." She was correct. Some bits of truth completely destroyed many men in the past. Humans were not the only ones though. Shinigami and Hollow alike fell prey to some bits that drove them mad. Gabby, in a sense, had long gone mad. Though with her case she grew bored of insanity. "But I grew bored of it a few centuries ago, madness that is. So just tell me what you want to know and I'll be sure to answer you best as I can. If not, we'll watch images on my picture device."
"Fourteen centuries. Wow, that is... that is a bit longer than I was expecting," Gage's commitment to putting this Arranar down faded quickly, turning to mild disbelief that there was a hollow out there that was old enough to have seen the world four centuries ago. The she began to brush her hair with a small blue comb, dug out of her sleeve where it was tucked away safely. If she was able to hide something in her sleeve that he did not know was there at all then there was a good chance that there was more, small items that she might be able to use against. Taking a note of it he leads her into his 'home' the second floor of his shop where his loft is. Putting his key into the door he leads the way into the room, walking over to a table where two chairs are pushed in. Pulling one out he gestures at it,"Please have a seat." While he continues to gather up sketches and drawings of his newest project, a pair of Soul Communication amplification gloves that act as a magnifying glass to his powers.
Across them are sketches of the gloves, notes in Latin, German, English, Japanese and some in English short hand. All the notes currently point towards a material that is able to withstand the flow of power through them with out burning up instantly. "Sorry about the mess. I am working on a project and it has been taking up more of my time than I was expecting." As soon as the table is clear he heads to the fridge, pulling out a pair of sirloins that he was planning on eating when he finished his gloves. Setting it on the counter he peels the plastic wrap and taps them with one finger to defrost them instantly, green soul communication energy darting out of his hand and through the meat. Going back into the fridge he pulls out a bag of potatoes, tossing them onto the counter. Igniting his skillet he pulls out a grill that sits above the flame, tapping the metal with one finger he sends another surge of energy into it and heats the metal up so that they do not have to wait for the flame. "So you said that you know where I am from and more about my kind." He was trying to kee himself civil, his conversation mostly leaning towards what she knows and where she has been if he can manage it.
