Seikatai is a difficult person to understand. He is calm, unnaturally so, and still, a stoic and composed man of such few words that most who encounter him assume he has just learned the language. His stare is emotionless, but observant, analyzing; if he truly focuses on a thing he surely sees through to the core of it. He is an intent listener, even though the majority of his apparent detachment is feigned, he absorbs information ceaselessly from all sources. He is logical and practical, though not so rigid that he is incapable of thinking outside of the box. He has a fierce intelligence, and remains adaptable enough to apply his cool logic to the most intense of situations.
While seemingly good-natured and law-abiding, Seikatai unfortunately has a much darker side. At his core, there is Hatred. A dissatisfied abyss of endless rage that boils over and through his demeanor, triggered by stress or uncovered memories or sometimes by nothing at all. Though he will openly profess (and explain) the necessity of love and patience, peace and rational discourse - these are only the way he feels he 'must' be. It is a system of moral value judgments given to him, as a charity, by culture and a human life he can only half remember - it is the right manner to behave in the fragments of society left to define him. Though maintaining only the scars of morality can be temporarily grounding, it is still, if only partially, a charade.
Buried beneath the gentle surface, there is something monstrous in the depths.
Something that is angry.
Something that kills.

"That's an unusual name, isn't it?"

The girl questioned him matter-of-factly, just a touch softer than an accusation; she was telling him that he had a weird name and just making it sound like she'd asked. Most customers asked him about his name; it was always the same, at least twice per shift. They tried to make him sing to them, assumed he was religious, wanted to hear 'the story' behind it.
"I'm an unusual person."
He replied with a light smile, clearing the dishes from her table.
"Did you need any To-Go Drinks before you leave?"
He said, indicating her now empty Diet Cola.
"Oh no, no. Thanks but no."
She replied, before adding;
"So do you pronounce it the same way as the word? Do you sing or something?"
"Ha, nah, I'm terrible, but it's pronounced just like it's spelled. I don't even sing in the shower."
He said, removing the cup of watered down ice.
"Well, you have a great day, come back and see us again soon."
Part of the standard script at IHOW, he was already starting to forget her face by the time she stood to leave. It was a part of being a server; he forgot people, things, dates, schedules. He thought only of his 2 year old daughter, and how he'd possibly be able to afford taking care of her alone. Each second was some new worry. He'd been at work for 16 hours already, and had called the babysitter every 30 minutes 'just to check in'. He got the same reports as always; she's fine, you're overprotective, she was trying to talk to nobody again, she seems too strong for her age. He assumed everyone heard such tales about their children, and he tried to stamp out the pride, his guilt at not being financially secure, his fear for her future, only to feel them all simultaneously as one big ball of confusing emotion.
Single life was hard after four years with another person, especially four years with the wrong person. He was drained, tired beyond tired, but he kept working himself to exhaustion partially from habit and partially for the sake of his little girl.
"Did they make cuts yet? We can't all still be on the floor."
He asked Yana, another server. She was from Russia originally but her accent dwindled with time until it could now only barely be heard.
"Don't you basically live in this restaurant? Everyone's cut except---"
She was about to say his name, part of an inside joke related to a common shared dream; one server, a packed restaurant, what do we do?!?!? But she never finished. There was a sound; a sound like roaring, like the dead echo of some foul creature a hundred feet high making its hunger known. The young man heard it; he could tell that Yana had heard it too, though she promptly ignored it and walked into the dish area instead without finishing their conversation.
He made his way to the front of the restaurant instinctively, towards the double-window inviting patrons in to try a new burger wrapped in a waffle and covered in maple barbecue sauce, he stopped. He stared.
Some masked thing looked back at him. At him. Followed his sudden quivering uncertainty; was he seeing things again? He backed up, and the thing licked it's lips, leaned forward.
It headbutted the glass; the windows burst and customers fell back screaming, bloody, clutching themselves in hysteria. They acted like they couldn't see what had caused it, asked "what was that" even as the thing crawled over and through the hole it had made and entered, hissing and smiling. It sniffed the air. Opened its mouth. There was a light.
And then there was nothing for a very long time.

"Where did you procure the specimen?"
The display screen was large and divided into a grid. Camera feeds from throughout the Research and Development Institute congealed into a symmetrical pool, overlayed with glowing data all but nonsensical to most others. The strange Captain focused his gaze on what was not anywhere close to the most disturbing image representing day to day operations, but was, at least for this moment, the most lacking in explanation.
"In the human world sir, at an eating establishment, Grid B8472, Dallas Texas, North American continent."
The strange Captain's eyes narrowed, shoddy black slivers on white paint, the gold coils wrapping his right ear prickled with electrical current and sent a spiritron signal through layers of chemical muck to spit radio waves at the monitors like a child sick from too much sugar. It amplified the soundwave frequency in a tiny room, holding a dark skinned human. The room was filled with water; swollen with it, the walls curved and contracted against themselves. The human fought against restraints that could keep a Lieutenant-level Shinigami motionless, stretching the organic durafibre shackles with strange glee as he screamed, and cursed, and bit and tongue to cough blood into a diluted mist, instantly drowning every technician that entered the room. He pushed the water away from his body with a lashing out. He was a storm of flailing limbs, he mouthed the same words over and over while kicking apart a metal bracing. Where is my daughter. Where is my daughter. Where is my daughter.
"And how did he get...like this?"
"I don't know sir. A few unseated members of the Field Team found him unconscious after an unusually high number of Hollow attacks in the area. Reports suggest that these attacks had a specific target in mind."
No doubt, the strange Captain thought, they were hunting this human's strange reiatsu. He must have only recently developed his abilities.
"Him?"
"Yes sir. They've been hunting him for weeks. His spiritual pressure wasn't anything special a month ago, but even now, even with the sedatives, it spikes uncontrollably and without warning. We've set him up in Lab 8 on one of the Counter-Pressure Beds, but sir..."
"..."
"Sir...he's...unnerving some of the other squad members. His presence. I feel it too, something is....wrong with him. We should at least tell him that his daughter is--"
"Tell me; is your opinion composed of some exotic matter?"
"Um...sir?"
"Your opinion, you fool. What is it made of? A new energy? Does it possess some unusual powers or abilities that I have made the error of not already extracting?"
"Um...no...sir?"
"Then why are you giving it to me?"
"...sorry sir. Of course sir. You're right sir."
"I'll be in Lab 8 shortly."
"But...sir...the Captain Commander...he's...on his way to Lab 8 now. He wants to see the human."
"And why would the Captain Commander care so much about what and where and that the specimen is?"
"H-h-he s-s-s-aid...he said he 'felt' him, s-s-s-sir. The instant the human arrived, the Captain Commander said he would be coming here."
The strange Captain smiled wide, and for the first time looked at his subordinate. Another uninteresting specimen in a white coat. But now, at last, there was something of intrigue. It was almost like he'd received a gift! This human would be perfectly compatible in its current state to bond with the weapon. He must not delay! His eyes rotated in every direction, a spasm of brief joy, he leaned down to look his subordinate - whatever its name was - directly in the eyes once they'd finished travel around the room. A glass of water on a nearby shelf - unsanctioned! disorganized! punishable! - had its remaining liquid pulled, through the bottom of the glass, breaking it, somehow holding its contents still, unnaturally, through the floor, disappearing (undoubtedly) towards Lab 8. He spoke while twitching individual teeth.
"...He 'felt' him...How interesting! Transfer the specimen to Lab 623, hide him in one of the Substitute Shinigami pods and set the Loop Cast to rotate frequency every 4 microseconds, his reiatsu should be weak enough to be suppressed for a while. I'll meet with the Captain Commander myself."
That's it! the strange Captain thought, a substitute!A human body is too weak, but -- !
"Yes sir. Right away sir."

Every day, the training made him scream. It was the submersion in water; he didn't seem to be capable of his usual logical assessment when sunk beneath his own waves, and with the strange Captain's new machine grappling his heart, the dark skinned human's rages had finally subsided. He'd been able to manifest his Zanpakuto spirit only after considerable practice, and found the process of having a personified soul 'quite conceptually disconcerting'. He asked far too many questions in far too calm a manner for one who knew torture like a close friend. He was broken in those days, the days following his capture, the years spent having whole chunks of his memory ripped away, as protection, to prevent 'wrath provoking incidents'. They told him it was a blessing, a gift. They'd purified his life, removed all the pain and the anger. In their own way, and with a method often brutal, they made him hollow. They gave him a new name that meant the same thing as his old one.
I had a daughter. I love my daughter.
He made it a chant, no matter how his brain was configured. He made thoughts wholesale. He created the knowledge within himself, even after they'd snatched her name from his synapses.
I had a daughter. I know the Soul Society took her from me. I will...
An alarm blared. The strange Captain declared failure. His heart hurt. They came to pacify him in great droves of white featureless coat and over-analytical glaring, asking trite questions in tones not serious enough to conceal the fear.
...destroy them all.
"Where is my daughter?"
He asked the strange Captain, on the day they told him he would represent the 12th Squad, be their special brand of prisoner and soldier grunt straying through a Japanese city he'd never heard of.
"What daughter?"
The strange Captain had replied back.

Eishōhaki (詠唱破棄, "Incantation Abandonment"): is the skill in which a Kidō practitioner skips using a spoken incantation completely, but it drastically weakens the spell. This is applied as a 1-2 tier drop in the spells power depending on ones Kidou mastery, 2 for Beginner up to Advanced, and 1 for Mastered and above. However this also lowers the spells cooldown to match the lowered tier, to a minimum of Tier I.e.g A Tier IV Kidou be cast with Eishohaki as a tier II, its cooldown will also be the same at 0 posts
BATTLE SKILLS
HAND 2 HAND
[/b] Class: Hand To Hand Technique Type: Supplementary Range: Self. Tier: N/A
Description: Capoeira is a style that was created heavily around concealment that it is, infact, a style. Used by slaves to better protect themselves, it was hidden from their masters and instead shown as a 'dance' as those who were slaves or considered property couldn't not learn to defend themselves, lest they get their head removed.
The main style to Capoeira is the ginga, which is a literal term for "swinging back and forth", or to "dance in one place". The ginga is that of keeping one predominant foot in place as the other leg swings the opposite way, switching only when the motion comes back around, making a literal swinging motion but staying within one place. This motion was heavily used to stop the enemy from hitting or harming the user of Capoeira in the slightest, and to better set up for feints, blocks, and fakes, leaving the opponent open to attacks while the user of Capoeira was always in motion and thus lacks an opening.
The attacks with Capoeira are used with the legs, either acting as powerful blows to the main body or vital points, or as takedowns, in which the user would take down the target in question without falling down themselves and then use the higher ground to deliver kicks to areas in which they could cause fatal injuries. Defense, on the other hand, is focused mainly around moving with the punch or outright dodging, it's name being esquivas. Blocks would only be utilized when esquivas cannot be used under any circumstances, showing for the lack of such techniques.
Santo Chute (Ghost Kick) Class: Hand To Hand Technique Type: Offensive. Range: Self. Tier: II
Description: A generic feint kick, in which the user of Capoeira would throw out their leg as if they would kick the user in front of them to their side, before immediately switching on a dime and using the motion in their leg to instantaneously switch onto their kicking foot and use their opposing foot to land an attack on the open side, resulting in a powerful kick from the sheer momentum of the movement, dealing extra damage upon impact.
Flutuar (Float / Swim) Class: Hand To Hand Technique Type: Supplementary. Range: Self. Tier: II
Description: Flutuar is a technique which utilizes momentum in the fight to always avoid attacks infront of them. As long as the target who they are mirroring is not using physical attacks over Tier II, they can move with the momentum and slide away from the attack, dodging it and opening up the side of the opponent, moving with such a speed that it leaves a blur for a half second. Flutuar is more of a style of movement then anything, meaning the user stops using ginga to mirror the opponent in it's entirety, but if the user's concentration on mirroring the opponent is broken (through hitting them or moving away) Flutuar cannot be used again for two turns. While in Flutuar, all physical attacks made on the user are negated in it's entirety.
Girar (Revolve) Class: Hand To Hand Technique Type: Offensive. Range: Self. Tier: II
Description: With Capoeira, the hands are not used much at all outside of negating movement by pressing with it, but Girar uses them to their fullest. By putting momentum into the body and flipping up onto their hands, they can instantaneously swing up into a handstand and strike downwards with the momentum of moving through in a diagonal movement, their heel acting as the catalyst for the technique to land. Girar is incredibly powerful, but not in it's practicality, rather, it's unique stance and way that it goes makes it so it's completely unpredictable with ginga, making it so it catches those who are off-guard with a strong strike to the head. The strike is potent enough to cut instead of bruise or break.

AUGMENTATIONS
Still Waves Class: Augment/Modification Tier: II Range: Self Description: An augmentation to both Seikatai's neuropsychology and his biophysiology, Still Waves allows Seikatai to be unshaken by the amount of injury - whether mental, physical, or spiritual - that he has sustained. Seikatai thus has no reaction to being harmed, tortured, sensory over-stimulation, or prolonged activity, (though he still takes the same amount of damage and injury, a severed hand will not continue to function, etc). Even if his body is fatigued, Seikatai is incapable of expressing that feeling outwardly; his heart will not beat faster when under duress nor is he psychologically unsettled by gruesome or violent scenes, etc. This augmentation effectively gives Seikatai a 'zombie body' that functions by him simply commanding his body to move, despite bearing some malady that might otherwise compromise carrying out these commands.
Choppy Waves Class: Augment/Modification Tier: III Range: Self Description: Seikatai's body and spirit have been combat optimized, and his muscles, organs, bones, and tissues have been reinforced with life-or-death battle in mind. Due to this augmentation, Seikatai's body features a built in 'multi-strike' capability, built into his musculature, tendons, skeletal system, and neuromuscular control. Whenever Seikatai successfully lands a physical/melee/weapon attack, the opponent suffers damage as if three strikes (of equal strength) occurred simultaneously in the same location. Seikatai is also able to extend this multi-strike feature into a multi-strike (3 strike max) defense by focusing this capability into individual limbs. This benefit does not apply if any other techniques are used in conjunction with the limbs/weapons/etc, and as it is an Augmentation, and not a technique, cannot deliver multiples of Tiered Damage otherwise enhanced by spiritual pressure or energy.
Shadowless Blood-Violet King Seal (Kingseal) Class: Augment/Modification Tier: I Type: Supplementary Range: Self
Description: An augmentation designed by 12th Squad Captain Mayuri Kurotsuchi; the Shadowless Blood-Violet King Seal restricts Seikatai's use of his human power "Harmony Gambler". It can only be released - and access to Harmony Gambler granted - by Seikatai speaking aloud the command "Kingseal: Break". Furthermore; the release command itself cannot be spoken by Seikatai if he is enraged, and while using Harmony Gambler he is incapable of entering the enraged state. While the Kingseal is active, it absorbs enough of his spiritual pressure to limit Seikatai's rank to that of SL-A. This limit is separate from its function of restraining Harmony Gambler; in order to gain access to his true rank and abilities, the Kingseal releases automatically if Seikatai is in proximity (same thread) to any being over the rank of ML. If it releases in this fashion, access to Harmony Gambler must still be gained separately, by speaking aloud the command "Kingseal: Gamble Break". There is a 50% chance that Harmony Gambler still can't be used when the gamble break occurs, as determined (OOC) by the opponent.
It looks like a large gnarled skeletal hand composed of bizarre off-white machinery, and it cradles Seikatai's heart like a secondary metal rib cage. It appears to wear ornate gem-filled rings, dull in color. When the Kingseal is broken, the 'hand' opens slightly, an intensely painful experience for Seikatai.
Synesthetic Regulator Model NX1-C Class: Augment/Modification Tier: II Range: Self Description: Seikatai suffered from mild synesthesia as a normal human - a phenomenon he simply referred to as 'seeing things' and dismissed - but with the addition of a regulator, he is able to handle the complete effects of full five-fold synesthesia without being overloaded. As such, Seikatai's senses of taste, touch, smell, sight, and hearing can be experienced and processed simultaneously and/or interchangeably, where the stimulation of one sensory/cognitive sensation can cause automatic stimulation of another (or all) sensory pathways. He can choose, for instance, to 'see' an aroma or 'taste' a sound in place of smelling or hearing them, though the degree to which he experiences these things remains the same (a blinding light could be 'heard' instead, but would have the same degree of debilitating effect on his hearing that a blinding light would have on his sight).
REIRYOKU TECHNIQUES
Every Relationship I've Ever Had Class: Reiryoku Technique Tier: II Type: Supplementary Range: Close (0-5m)
Description: Seikatai can cause a small boundary of space to be forcefully repelled or attracted to the presence and movement of spiritual energy and pressure that is not his own. Any such energy or pressure within the range of his ability to sense and designated by Seikatai at the start of this technique will cause the boundary and everything inside it to either be continuously pushed away from it with great force, or continuously pulled towards it, at Bala equivalent speeds. This boundary can be created at a maximum size of 5m, and can be used to encapsulate anything that fits within this space in a bubble of spiritual energy that creates opposing polarity. This cannot be used to encapsulate another spiritual being without their consent (OOC), though it can be formed around Seikatai himself. This technique is capable of harming Seikatai greatly if he does not deactivate the 'attract' function before slamming into something, or the "repel' function before being forced into something behind him.
This technique does not effect enemy techniques at all; it does not block or defend from their attacks in any way, and cannot cause an opponent damage of any kind. It only effects the way that whatever is inside of the boundary created reacts to the presence of other spiritual energy or pressure.
Peel Class: Reiryoku Technique
Tier: IV
Type:Supplementary
Range:Far (0-100m)
Description: Seikatai charges a large amount of Reiryoku to his eyes, before releasing two powerful beams whose individual and group trajectories can be altered by his will. These beams can travel a total distance of 100m, and explode on contact with enemies, dealing Tier IV damage. If these beams come into contact with enemy techniques directly, (equal in Tier or lower, at equal advantages), these techniques are pushed off trajectory, away from Seikatai, with each 'pushed' technique removing its tier in power from the beams.
Duration: 1-2 Posts. Cooldown: 2-4 Posts.
Zero Class: Reiryoku Technique Tier: I-IV Type: Defensive/Supplementary Range: Short - Far (0-100m)
Description: Seikatai reflects an incoming projectile-type technique back at an opponent, tethering his spiritual energy to its travel. Upon the returned technique making contact with an opponent or reaching the limit of its range, impact activates a 'snapping' of the spiritual energy tether, pulling Seikatai to this new location at high (Bala/Half Bala/Cero, depending on Tier) speeds To perform, Seikatai rapidly creates a series of membrane-like buffers in the space around him, then floods any techniques passing through this buffer with his spiritual energy and knocks it back towards an opponent, a process which nearly doubles the size of the original technique with the addition of his own power. From an opponents perspective, Seikatai appears to simply backhand a larger and more powerful version of their own technique back at them. Unfortunately, the advanced level of energy manipulation such a technique requires nullifies the reflected techniques destructive power as Seikatai's reiryoku redirects its travel. Even if the reflected technique makes immediate contact with another person or object, it can no longer cause damage or injury. The enhanced appearance of the returned technique is usually what conceals Seikatai's presence tethered to it, though this can be seen through by those with a high enough degree of Mastery. Duration: Instant-Use Cooldown: 1 Post
Hiding In Water Skill Class: Reiryoku Technique Tier: III Type: Defensive Range: Self Description: Seikatai rapidly cloaks himself in a thin shield of Reiryoku that acts as 'bait' for any enemy technique that would seek to nullify or cancel out his own abilities. Any passive abilities he would normally use are instantly rendered inactive once this technique is performed - akin to a substitution- and upon contact with foreign spiritual pressure or energy that would seek to affect his abilities directly, this shield of Reiryoku is 'offered as sacrifice' in its place, and is a specific manipulation of his spiritual energy designed to cling to hostile and invasive techniques specifically. This does not apply to things like 'bala' or 'cero', but only with abilities that would attempt to alter the overall functioning of Seikatai's own techniques. This barrier expands, contracts, bubbles, and seethes before dissipating as enemy techniques interfere with it, and though targeted in its use and capabilities, can be destroyed rather easily. Enemy techniques at higher advantage can instantly destroy this barrier.
Description: An advanced stepping variant only available in Seikatai's shinigami form, Estintopasso focuses the creation of afterimages, but only around his legs and feet. When using Estintopasso, Seikatai's steps may appear as if his feet have not moved at all - or as if they have moved in impossible ways depending on his application of it; tightly bunched afterimages centered around the legs and feet conceal and/or confuse all indication of preparation, positional correction, change in weight distribution, and laterality. A true stepping technique, it can be used with his natural gait/step, and is compatible with other stepping variations Seikatai has trained.
Nullo (Null) Class: Human Stepping Tier: II Type: Stepping Range: Far (0 - 100m)
Description: Seikatai's human stepping variant, Nullo applies the concept of Shunpo to his shoulders, forearms, wrists, palms, and fingers. While balancing the full weight of his body on his hands, Seikatai can perform an equivalent high-speed movement technique by using his arms and hands as if they were his legs and feet. Though capable of equal velocity and of being performed on an equally versatile number of surfaces as Shunpo, this 'step' is much harder on the body, severely limiting the maximum range over which it can be performed. By reducing the range to 1/10th (10 meters) its normal limit, Seikatai has been shown capable of performing Nullo with a single arm/hand.
A movement technique that allows the user to move extremely quickly over short distances. The focal point that determines the basis of this technique is speed. Therefore what determines the level of skill in a user for Shunpo is best characterized by how fast one can get from A to B in the least amount of steps.

Description: A strangely designed sword whose handle functions as a cellphone and personal computer; a simple mechanical switch activates the release of its blade, which appears to be coated in a blue energy. This is simply an aesthetic response to the presence of its wielders spiritual energy - it is otherwise merely a retractable double-edged sword, razor thin and with a somewhat rounded tip. When the blade is not released, the weapon appears to simply be an unremarkable cylindrical object hanging from Seikatai's side. The blade itself is 4 feet in length and the handle is 2 feet, making the entire weapon nearly as tall as its wielder. It seems to hold no other special abilities or powers.
REIATSU FEATURES
Seikatai's Reiatsu, once released, takes on the appearance of near pitch-black water infused with a deep blue-violet, swirling around him in a violent current threatening to wash away all he sees. Generating an immense aura of flowing dark liquid, within the blackness strange flickering red lights can be seen, indications of movement, counter-pressures of motion that make it feel as if one has been plunged into an ocean teeming with lifeforms that remain just out of sight - though this is an aesthetic effect only. His spiritual pressure carries no scent, taste, or flavor; though it carries with it an impression of impossible heaviness and depth that the particularly skilled can usually pick up on even if they are otherwise unaware of him. It moves around Seikatai's body in what seem like a randomized current, and when not in specific use, otherwise behaves much like an enormous rotating sphere of tidal waves.
Ryōkai (Territorial Sea) Class: Reiatsu Passive Tier: II Type: Passive Range: Long(50m) Description: Seikatai's spiritual pressure has a similar affect as his Zanpakutou, it is a near endless flood of water in vicious waves exploding and flowing out around him in every direction. The waters are temperamental; they surge in random outpourings and sink his surrounding environment beneath the compound liquid pressure of his reiatsu. Even when not indoors, the surrounding 50m area around him is enclosed in a dense spherical bubble of water. Unless he is purposely restraining this passive, Seikatai's environment is literally flooded by his spiritual pressure filling every area that is not occupied by an opponent or their own powers and abilities with a heavy flood; to be in his presence is to experience being plunged deep beneath endless sea. This has the effect in combat of turning most, if not all, battles into 'underwater' combat; while Seikatai himself is unaffected by and ignores the effects of his own water or its pressure, enemies and allies alike suffer the effects - equivalent in power, pressure, and restrictive capability to the passives tier - of being perpetually adrift beneath the surface of a massive ocean. The waters dilute the spiritual pressure of abilities equal to or lower in Tier, at equal advantages. Seikatai himself is not physically effected in any way by his Ryōkai's presence, but; his intense fear of drowning, fear of water, and inability to swim cause him considerable mental stress and panic, making the release of his Territorial Sea a rarity. Any living being caught within his Territorial Sea is given the ability to breathe underwater within it. Due to the possession of this ability, Seikatai's is incapable of learning how to swim, though he moves through water as simply as if it were open air, and ignores any effects brought about by the presence of his own and any naturally occurring water. While this passive is being intentionally restricted by Seikatai's will, the whites of his eyes turn black, and his pupils turn yellow, so it is not uncommon for him to interact with others with his eyes closed.
When used, both opponents and allies (OOC) are able to determine the overall effect of this passive ability as it relates to their character(s), including determining for themselves what constitutes a fair display of its intended power. Captain Kurotsuchi has commented that the strange appearance of Seikatai's eyes when he restricts this ability is another 'built-in' feature, and is also somehow the reason that he cannot be infected with Hollow reiatsu in the manner of the Vizards.

Gyanburāchōwa (Harmony Gambler) Class: Human Power Tier: I - VI Type: Supplementary Range: Far (0 - 100m)
Description: Seikatai alters the unlearned patterned knowledge of all those around him; as a combat application, Harmony Gambler specifically effects 'gut instinct' in battle, and can generate intense false instinctual prompts in opponents. This essentially allows him to "feint" without moving; when used, opponents will instantly "feel" as if Seikatai is attacking/defending/etc. even though they see no physical evidence of this. This feeling, and the opponents combat instincts themselves, can always simply be ignored by opponents, as they are free to act or not act on the feeling in whichever way they wish. There is no visual cue of this technique being used; due to its function, the 'feel' of a technique being performed is used by the technique itself to increase the impression of urgency. Each Tier represents 1 such instruction (i.e., at Tier 1, Throat would cause an opponent to feel like Seikatai was suddenly attacking their throat; at Tier IV, Horizontal Slice Left Hand would cause an opponent to feel like Seikatai was suddenly using a horizontal slice to attempt to cut through their left hand). Opponents do not take any actual damage from this technique, and defensive feints do not protect, mitigate, or shield the user from taking damage.
Unknown to Seikatai, Harmony Gambler is not his 'natural' power; it is a failed experiment, designed to weaponize emotion. The Kingseal also swallows Harmony Gambler's hidden and true nature; the power's only real function is to convert any available energy source into pure murderous intent, intent sufficient to actually kill others simply by wishing to. So long as the Kingseal is implanted in Seikatai, the true power of Harmony Gambler is restricted; this is the reason he must 'break' the seal, and cannot fully 'open' it. In the event that the Kingseal is removed, altered, or opened by anyone other than Captain Kurotsuchi, all of Seikatai's spiritual energy will detonate, killing him instantly. The technique was named by Captain Kurotsuchi and according to him "is quite funny if you know why".
Oblicua (Oblique-like) Class: Human Power Tier: I - VI Type: Supplementary Range: Self Description: Seikatai uses this technique to alter his own knowledge, causing him to suddenly 'know' information about himself, and to believe it wholeheartedly. This cannot be used to gain information about opponents, only effects Seikatai's own thoughts about himself, and must start with the referent 'I' (i.e. I won't lose, I can't die yet, I am not hurt that badly, etc). Altering his own knowledge in this fashion allows him to apply 'status effects' to himself equivalent to the Tier of the technique used (i.e. I am stronger than my enemy, used at Tier IV, could temporarily increase Seikatai's strength to x3, but used at Tier II could only increase it to x2). When Seikatai uses this ability outside of combat, he cannot be 'unconvinced' of this new knowledge by any means other than using the ability again to 'overwrite' it. When in use, Seikatai's spiritual pressure fluctuates 'anomalously' in an manner that is vastly unique to each individual who senses it, and even harder to describe. The full scope of status effects this technique makes possible are intentionally open-ended; now, read the paragraph beneath this one.
Though the exact type of status effects possible are varied, other Player Characters (OOC) must approve of the full effects (or come up with cooler ones), or they cannot come into play. Attempting to use this technique to gain otherwise impossible status effects (i.e. I am immortal, I can kill you instantly by blinking, etc) have no effect on Seikatai.

Nagazava (Mountain Corpse) Class: Human Power Tier: II Type: Supplementary Range: Far (0 - 100m)
Description: While using Harmony Gambler, Seikatai can project knowledge in much the same manner that the mind signals fight or flight response, forcing into an opponent sudden knowledge, the feeling that their own instincts are screaming a single 1 word instruction to them (i.e. Fight, Run, Hide, etc). Opponents will simply 'know' that their body wants to perform a specific action, though they are still free to act in whatever manner they wish.
For the moment that he uses this ability, his body must remain perfectly still, forcing him to instantly cancel all movement. His spiritual pressure reflexively perfects his inertia by absorbing friction, a visible warping of his body like a distorted reflection, and will force him to a complete standstill for the instant during the technique's use no matter what other action he is taking, easily revealing its performance to others.
Ilustrado (Enlightened) Class: Human Power Tier: II-V Type: Supplementary Range: Self Description: Seikatai manipulates his body's knowledge of how to operate; as such, he is capable of utilizing his body in a very detached manner, what he calls the 'brain in a jar method'. Functioning much like a computer, Seikatai has exact knowledge pertaining to how his body works specifically because he is able to create that knowledge as he wishes. (i.e. if his arm were being bent to the point of breaking, he could use this ability to reverse how his joints worked, alleviating the threat of injury). It should be noted; Seikatai cannot 'augment' or 'enhance' the functioning of his body with this technique, he can simply alter pre-existing functions, pathways, and capabilities without causing himself injury.
Opponents must agree (OOC) to the full effects of this technique's capability before they can be used in combat. Changes made are temporary; when the technique ends, the knowledge itself is rearranged to protect the integrity of Seikatai's body and soul.

Tardigrade Class: Human Power Tier: I / II-V Type: Passive/Supplementary Range: Self/Short-Far (0-100m) Description: Seikatai passively has the ability to manipulate the element of water, and can change its shape, matter state, properties, and appearance as he sees fit. When used in combat, the water manipulated is reinforced with Seikatai's spiritual pressure to such a degree that it can cause offensive damage equivalent to the Tier of the technique used, causing it to possibly have a cooldown similar to other types of techniques. Seikatai is also able to 'sense' concentrations of water in his environment regardless of their source, though he cannot manipulate the water inside of another's body/controlled by another's spiritual energy/pressure. Seikatai can use this ability to increase the amount of water naturally present in a room, pulling it from the air itself. By temporarily revoking the ability to manipulate outside sources of water; Seikatai can instead turn his own body completely into water, and move as a mass of liquid that can shift between forms for a brief time (2 Turns). Naturally, Seikatai is more resistant to physical damage, and less resistant to energy-type damage while in complete 'water-form'; damage sustained from one form to another transfers if applicable, as determined (OOC) by the opponent.
демона очарование школу (Demon Charm School) Class: Human Power Tier: IV Type: Supplementary Range: Far (0 - 100m) Description: The power to manipulate the impression one leaves on others; when Seikatai utilizes Demon Charm School, he is able to compel others into simply 'knowing' that they feel a certain way about him. Even creatures or beings normally incapable of feeling this way will find the sensation spontaneously arising in their consciousness, similar to a 'gut feeling' or instinct. What separates it from the branch power of Harmony Gambler is its focus on Seikatai; Demon Charm School specifically targets how others feel about him, even if they do not know him well enough to have formed an opinion. At his current level, he seems limited to implanting 3 to 4 word-long conceptual impressions that must start with himself as the referent (i.e. Seikatai is honorable, Seikatai is weakened, Seikatai is sexually attractive, etc). This ability is not mind control, rather the direct manipulation of knowledge itself, so even though an opponent will feel as if they simply 'know' this information - and can trust it as much as they would their natural instincts - they are free to simply ignore what their senses tell them, and thus ignore the effects of this technique. Because Seikatai's power works as an alteration to the content of knowledge itself, an enemies resistance to mental influence has no effect on this ability. Now, reread the entirety of the last sentence; as every technique on site works on ranks and advantages, wondering whether or not ranks and advantages factor into this technique as well is a ridiculous inquiry. But this is not a mental/psychic technique, so having mental/psychic resistance to techniques, or a resistance to them, etc, will not in turn effect THIS technique, which is not mental'psychic. If that is still unclear to you, the problem is your ability to comprehend things.
Seikatai's sealed Zanpakutou appears like a wooden bokken, though it is just as sharp as any bladed weapon, and no less durable. The crossguard is a simple circle, its handle is without feature, and its sheathe is equally wooden and plain in design.
The "Flowing Flood Blade" has a personality that could be said to be 'preoccupied'; endlessly consumed with understanding its environment and its purpose. It seems to find the idea that it is in fact another being's personified soul as disturbing as its owner does, and is also disturbed by the idea of being 'owned' by another. It asks a near endless amount of questions, often to Seikatai directly, and even though neither Seikatai or his Zanpakutou spirit would be considered 'friendly', the two seem to genuinely enjoy their conversations with each other. It is a spirit that seems to have no moral-sensibilities on its own, but also prefers to leave things in a state of open and continuous analysis as opposed to judgment; its not that Ryuujin Jakkozui doesn't care what other Seikatai does, its that he cares so much it would take him forever to form a concrete opinion about anything. As opposed to offering words of wisdom, advice, or encouragement in battle, Ryuujin Jakkozui maintains a near endless commentary that may or may not have anything to do with whatever fight is at hand.
INNER WORLD
The inner world of Seikatai's zanpakutou spirit is a vast wasteland of dark earth that what seems like an eternity of water has all but destroyed. There are things like mountains, shadow shapes and outcroppings of dense rock soaked in water that falls from the sky, that falls up from the ground, that is rung from the clouds like blood or rises from unknown depths and settles into puddles or oceans or waterfalls. When framed against this inner world, Ryuujin Jakkozui is still massive; even with these features, the spirit itself takes up most of Seikatai's inner world.
When the release phrase is spoken, Seikatai's wooden bokken appears as if its wood unravels, revealing for just a moment an ornate nodachi wrapped in blue scale-like fabric, its crossguard shaped like a solid square block, its blade white. This katana then bursts into an outpouring of water before the released crystalline 'greatsword' is revealed. At nearly 15 feet in length, its jagged shards are razor sharp, fanning out from a glowing blue core with a surface that looks like melted ice. In Seikatai's grasp, the released Zanpakutou is nearly weightless, though its incredible heft and density can be felt immediately by opponents. The blade is unusually thin, allowing it to move more easily through the strange underwater domain of Seikatai's released Reiatsu. It's surface is also mirrored, and is often used by Seikatai to further increase his range of vision while wielding it. The hidden aspect of this Zanpakutou is its actual form; it isn't a greatsword. What looks like a blade is merely the tip of a massive harpoon: the released waters around Seikatai are considered its 'handle'.
Description: Seikatai creates even greater amounts of water around him (50m) and is capable of turning his released Zanpakutou into water, and his weapon can be reformed/destabilized at will. More accurately; all this newly generated water around Seikatai can be given the properties of 'blade', and at any time his blade can be given the properties of "water" - the switch is kept equivalent: if his Zanpakutou is in its blade form when released, the waters raging around him will flow with the blade, following its swing and arc and on impact, deal shredding/slashing damage equivalent to the Tier of this technique used. If his Zanpakuto is in its water form, the waters around him lose this ability, but can be directed by Seikatai's will. He cannot direct the waters of this shikai technique well enough to create constructs, but can direct them as simply a massive flood of waves rising and breaking to crush opponents or defend from attacks, while his passively released water maintains its normal malleability. The Tier III-IV levels of this technique are primarily for attack and defense in combat, though merely moving the massive waves takes comparatively little energy. The Tier of the technique used represents the equivalent level of damage the 'water' form of his blade can cause, as well as the maximum speed of the water's movement.

Sentencing Of The Immortals: Imperial Water-Spewing-Dragon's Killing Torture-Song Class: Shikai Technique Tier: IV Type: Offensive Range: Far (0 - 100m)
Description: Seikatai raises his Zanpakutou's tip into the air, and collects all nearby water, including that produced by his own spiritual pressure, into an enormous black orb hovering over his enemy's position. Each technique used on the battlefield resonates beneath the 'gaze' of the orb, and this resonance sends out a visible wave, absorbed by the orb, and doubling the amount of water inside it. This technique can be charged as well - and for each post that this technique is charged, the amount of water in the orb also doubles. Once the charge is released, the orb disappears, and the combined water is compressed into a highly energetic single waterdrop. This drop falls onto the opponent directed by Seikatai's will, and if it makes contact, can cause devastating amounts of crushing damage focused into a tiny area with proper application, due to instantly unleashing the full stored reserve of water wherever it hits. While charging, Seikatai must keep his Zanpakutou in blade form, and it must be kept pointing in the direction of the orb. Duration: 1-6 Posts Cooldown: x2 Duration
Empty Glass Technique Class: Shikai Technique Tier: II Type: Supplementary Range: Far (0-100m)
Description: With much the same capability as its parent-technique, this ability allows Seikatai to conceal a large amount of water in a single drop of liquid, and then revert it back to its original amount at will. The single drop of water can have its movement directed by Seikatai as well, moving at Bala equivalent speeds. The amount of water this can apply to is, naturally, any amount of water that Seikatai would normally be able to control, that is in range, either naturally created or by his own spiritual pressure and energy.
Whale Hunter Class: Shikai Technique Tier: III Type: Offensive Range: Far (0-100)
Description: Seikatai appears to 'shatter' his Zanpakuto blade into a large number (15) of fragmented shards approximately 1 foot in length. Once this occurs, Seikatai's spiritual power seems to fade away sharply to other senses, and the shards gather all water in the environment within themselves before turning blood red and falling to the ground, seemingly inert. However, with the addition of the water they've absorbed, and Seikatai's ability to manipulate water, he is able to mentally control the pieces of his Zanpakuto that are broken apart in this fashion, controlling their movements within a 100m area. By taking one of these shards in hand, Seikatai is able to make easily wielded harpoons (with the shards as the tip, and a portion of their extracted water as the handles), miniature versions of his Zanpakutou blade, which can then be hurled at opponents at half-bala speed, or wielded for close quarters hand-to-hand combat. Only one such shard can be held in hand and utilized in this harpoon fashion at a time, though the same principle can also be applied to the fully formed Zanpakutou blade.
