Seasonal Event Coordinators or Liaisons

Because I know staff has the responsibility of grading so many things (apps, plots, techs, etc.), I figured that having a sort of "liaison" for events and such could possibly help motivate some more players...?

Basically (sorry for short post, but legit at office and got bombarded with clients in between writing this), I saw a couple of posts about events; one being about a Halloween event, another being a one-shot type weekly event thingy, so I figure having sort of a pseudo staff member be in charge of events and running the ideas through staff, to the point where these events aren't "site-wide changing" events, but merely events; whether they be a Halloween event, a one-shot post event, an out-of-character special event, or a filler arc event, just something that the staff wouldn't have to fully monitor, yet enough to motivate players into joining these events, should they have rewards (which was what I was getting into as well yet forgot to mention).
