She likes looking at her moon because it helps her stay calm. She is trying to figure out how she lived as she doesn't remember It. Is mysteriously attracted to smells of any human food she once like Fish, and Bear Claws. Using her claws on bullies! She likes Protecting those she things deserve it.
Now onto to dislikes. She dislikes bullies, cannibals, that she ever became a hollow, liars, and Mornings.

Name:Rugido (Roar)

Class: Hollow Technique

Type: Offensive

Range: 25 Meters

Description: Many hollows have been known to give off a recognizable roar or scream before attacking. For the most part, this just seems to announce their presence and intimidate the prey they stalk, but for some hollows this roar can cause far more damage than simple intimidation. A hollow with this ability can scream with enough power to cause a shock-wave of sonic force, traveling at Cero Speeds, strong enough to crack the earth around it and force opponents of equal or lesser rank backwards, injuring their hearing and sense of balance.

Description: A Cero that acts more like Rugido, because it's combination of the two.

Name: Ono Garrra Takjo(Bear Claw Slash)

Description: Charges up energy in one of the user's claws which temporarily increases it's power and then they use to try and slash the target. because of the power charging this very fast, about 1/2 the speed of a Cero.

Name: Ono Pata Bala(Bear Paw Bala)

Description: A variation of Bala where Na-un Park forms it a Paw shape Bala in her. When fired it has the power to repulse anything that touches it, but stays at Tier 1 do to it having even less power to harm any targets.

Description: A weaker but quicker alternative to regular Cero blasts. The technique hardens the user's spiritual pressure and fires it at around twenty times the speed of a Cero.

Description: Absorbs the light of the Silver Moon orbiting her and can use it for various things, but as she is she can just enhance her claws for making them stronger temporarily. This can be used both offensively and to do things like prevent her from being blown away by strong winds by digging her claws in to the ground or climb by digging her claws into the surface she is climbing.

Name: Luz Asalto(Moonlight Assault)

Range: N/A

Description: As the Silver Moon is a reflection of her inner self. it grows with her. This ability that she hasn't realized allows her to channel it's power for various techniques, but this one doesn't enhance any physical traits, rather it will allow her to use the the Silver Moon as if it was part of her.

Range: Self

Description: The mysterious silver moon's light as the power to heal her, but in New Moon mode it doesn't have any light for her absorb leaving her and most of her techniques uselsss. Full moon is when this is Strongest. On a side note for some reason Crescent Moon enhances the power of cutting techniques.

I don't see a spot to put speed in, but if your talking about putting MPH somewhere in there. I cannot. I really have no sense of distance or any measurements. Range I can do though considering I have seen people not put that in terms of measurement. I am quoting you because this is a little confusing. I am not sure if just being vague about speed is okay and if it's not I probably should just give up on the RP.

Really, whether a speed is applied to a technique depends on its nature. However, if its a projectile that isn't thrown normally, (so its a reiryoku projection) it WILL need a speed.

Otherwise, things that WON'T need a speed are:

Kidou techs from its respective list.

Passive and Supplementary techs. Although it's technically possible for them to have speeds, they're never really needed and hardly practised. For something like that it's best to just make an offensive tech.

Other than adding a speed however, you may also increase your speed within a supplementary tech. This however has its limit:

Supplementary techs which increase your speed may NOT increase how fast you may Step. This stat boost is applied ONLY to a character's natural speed and agility.

[How they're relative]
This is how they're relative on the site, going from slowest to fastest.

- Cero
- Shakkoho (Hado Kido 31)
- Soukatsui (Hado Kido 33)
- Bala
- Byakurai (Hado Kido 4)

Notes:

Please only use Cero or Bala speeds in your techniques, we've added Kidou as references to how fast they are relatively.

Shakkoho is 5x Cero Speed..

Soukatsui is 10x Cero Speed, or half-Bala speed.

A Bala is 20x faster than a Cero.

Byakurai is 1.5x faster than Bala, 30x faster than a Cero.

Bala speed is the maximum speed you can have for any technique on the site. Period.

Only use 1/2 fractions for speed usage, if at all.

Look the sooner I get to sleep to tonight the better. I will read the rest later got the jist of I will work on. I don't remember it being a Energy tough swear it was physical, but what ever. Only went back on to finish up something never expected to go back here tonight. I will read the whole thing and start editing Ok, let me tell you my problems I was telling with a troll another site I didn't think would strike. It's site where you play a TCG and some person keeps one changing most of a canon archtype to be their custom archtype. No one knows who is doing it. Second I usually get banned because I am natural troll of the chat variety or for linger in places were people just want me to join first and of course I usually like to create my own RPs, but those never make it it to IC status anymore. Haven't for years. Also forgot to post my latest attempt at making a Zetboard version of a RP project of mine, not that their is a point now. Anyways will get work tomorrow. Final problem is I get a red underline for typos and all I am seeing is red and the only typo was for typo(LOL) and I fixed that.
