For a long time Quincy have been unable to join the Vendenrich let alone obtain Juha's blood or do a sternritter trial.
Now that the manga is over when will be able to do something involving this?
Also will be be allowed to become Sternritter? And what about getting Volstandig? Can we obtain it without going Sternritter but still do a trial for Volstandig?
