[ Physical Appearance ] As is normal with residents of the afterlife, despite having lived past two centuries, Hidane's physical appearance resembles that of a young, slender man in his late 20's or early 30's. He has long, black hair, some of which is bound in a long ponytail that hangs half-way down his back, the rest hangs down to and rests over his shoulders. He has a slim but muscular build and a light complexion with smooth, light skin. His right eye, the Onikamitomi [see ITEMS below], has a white iris with no visible pupil, and a scar running through it reaching from his forehead down to halfway between his eye and his chin, stopping just short of his mouth. His left eye, distorted by the Mark of Seran [see ITEMS below], has a red iris and small pupil covered by the mark, which appears as a snake with heads on each end coiled similarly to the eternal knot, with small crosshair-like markings around the iris in the whites of his eye. Since falling into a deeper connection with his Hollow, his physique and physical mannerisms have taken on a slightly more bestial nature, his movements a little more fluid and some traits in terms of how he presents himself resembling the beast inside a little more; for example, he keeps his fingernails relatively long and sharp, and his hair longer and unkempt other than binding some in his ponytail.
[ Outfit 1 ] Hidane's main attire that he wears in combat resembles that of an old Chinese uniform; he wears skintight black sleeveless shirt under a sleeveless black top similar to an old Chinese uniform, which has grey linings and is fastened shut near the collar and navel by two sets of three small silver rings. He wears slim black pants fastened by a belt that is mostly hidden by the vest-like top. On his feet he wears black socks with white sandals, a parody on what he would've worn with his Shihakusho as a Shinigami. He wears thin black bands around his wrists and, occasionally, tight black fingerless gloves seemingly made from a leather-like material on his hands. [ Outfit 2 ] In more social situations, or generally when he is not expecting to find himself in combat, Hidane wears a robe-like coat over top of his primary outfit, a long, soft, flowing coat, mostly black with a thick white collar and dark purple-blue flame designs sewn into it. When Hidane dons his Hollow mask, should he still be wearing this coat when it happens, the collar is entirely covered by the extra material produced by his mask, and the flames on his coat glow a bright, brilliant sky blue. [See OUTFIT 2 for reference.]
In addition to this, sometimes when he is travelling in Hueco Mundo, he will wear a long, tattered hooded cloak over one or both of these outfits, the bottom seemingly ripped to shreds in the past, covering almost the entirety of his body. When in a Gigai, Hidane wears a wide variety of more modern casual clothing.
Since the completion of his mastery and acceptance of his Hollow powers, at most times Hidane keeps his Hollowfied left arm wrapped tightly with white bandages to avoid anyone coming under its effects unintentionally.

The Visored, the exile, the monster. Hidane is not one to be judged by first impressions, as he is quite horrible at those. Hidane’s outward persona often expresses little more than arrogance and a general disinterest, or rather lack of compassion, for others. To those who do not know him well, it might seem as though he is acting purely based on his own agenda, with no regard to those around him. He seems very confident in himself, often failing to take situations seriously, even when they clearly are, at least to others. He doesn’t interact very well at all with those he doesn’t already know on a personal level, and isn’t very good at introductions or reunions after a long time apart. To some extent, he believes himself above judgment, and that regardless of what happens, what he does is ‘right’.
At his core, Hidane believes in the equality and freedom of all beings to do as they please, though hypocritically that falls within certain boundaries. He believes in the natural law and order of the worlds, though despises war and pointless bloodshed, and thus seeks to change it, however he hopes to do so as peacefully as possible. He acts as a wandering soothsayer and advisor for those with spiritual powers, regardless of their race, should they be willing to listen. He carries in his morals only one absolute rule: that one should not be looked down upon or hunted only for what they are by race. The inner soul is of more value than the exterior; anyone with a good heart and ambition to make the world a better place is not an enemy deserving to be cut down. Hidane tends to attempt to help others to reach their potential and discover what they desire in life, even if it goes against his own goals and desires, though he doesn’t respond with violence unless he finds that one’s goals lead to pointless death and destruction, or that the results may threaten those he cares about.
To Hidane, family, friends, and loved ones mean everything. For them he would give his life and anything else he could drag along with it if necessary. Those who have remained close, who have not disappeared from his life, could be considered the only anchor he has to his remaining sanity after being exiled from Soul Society and seeing so much misfortune surrounding others he has come to care about and feel close with. To these close friends and family alone, he shows great compassion and love, and a much calmer and warmer persona, only ever otherwise seen when he is alone. To these few people, and only on very rare occasions others who make him feel safe, does he open his heart and makes himself most vulnerable in mind. He considers his loved ones his reason for living, his reason for continuing on the path he has decided for himself.
As such, when something comes along that threatens the safety of those he loves, even more so than a threat to himself, Hidane tends to lose himself and display symptoms of dissociation, better known as multiple personality disorder, wherein his outward persona takes on a much darker, more sadistic tone. When it comes to this persona, Hidane has no problems with ending a problem by any means necessary, regardless of cost to himself. He has shown very violent and merciless tendencies in this state, and believes himself to be ridding the world of great evil in doing what he does, which in many cases tends to be basically true. However, even in this state he will occasionally show some form of mercy, in leaving those who have threatened his security and the safety of his loved ones in a state of helpless suffering or unable to ever accomplish that which they set out to do.
This state is a rare occurrence, however, and for the most part, whether showing his arrogant facade or his more compassionate side, he can clearly be labeled an upstanding character, seeking to protect anybody and everybody he can, taking the weight of the world on his own shoulders. However, in Resurrección form this line is blurred once more, though not to such an extreme as when his loved ones are threatened. In this form, as he delves deeper into his Hollow powers, a more detached, curious side of his personality comes out; he becomes notably less compassionate towards others, generally not seeing life as as much of a “precious” thing as he does normally. His general intellect seems to be affected as well, as sometimes his reactions to objects or people can be described as expressing a primitive curiosity, as if he doesn’t understand many things that he otherwise would. In this form he is much more likely to solve a problem by violence, bloodshed, and even death, and as such he will often opt to enter this form unnecessarily when he feels that a solution as such may be necessary.
As a Visored, Hidane's time since leaving Soul Society has not treated him well, leading him to experience loss more so than many could understand. Being branded an enemy for (in his opinion) no good reason to all of those whom he once called comrades… friends and allies disappearing and falling out of touch, or dying right before his eyes… becoming more deeply synchronized with the Hollow in him... two decades of brooding on these events has brought out a darker side of Hidane's general persona, causing the Visored to close off his heart to outsiders and take on a slightly more ruthless nature. He is less forgiving of mindsets or actions that he strongly opposes, and, due to the influence of his Hollow, is more likely to resort to violence to resolve issues than he would have been in the past. At his core he is still the same person as he was, just with a darker, more violent edge.
NAME: Fiamme Dell'abisso [Flames of the Abyss] CLASS: Mask Control TIER: III-VII TYPE: Offensive / Defensive RANGE: 100 Meter reach DESCRIPTION: Using this ability, while Hidane wears his Hollow mask, he may imbue the air around him with his Reiryoku, setting it alight with black-and-blue flames. He may freely form these flames freely within a 50 meter radius of himself, and manipulate the ignited winds freely to suit his needs in battle, using them as ranged attacks or defenses as well as to amplify his physical capabilities in hand-to-hand combat, all within a 100 meter radius. These flames will not hurt Hidane should they come in contact with him, though they will burn anyone he thinks of as a target and carry the raw power of the Tier the technique is used at, making it potentially a very potent form of both offense and defense.
This technique has a wide range of functions. Some of these functions include coating his body or part of it in flames to improve damage dealt or defensive capabilities in melee combat, sending out simple projectiles, sending out streams of the flames to annihilate enemies, forming the flames into a large sphere for defensive or offensive purposes, and hardening the flaming Reiryoku into weapons or other forms of equipment. These are only a few examples, however, as the technique could be used in a nearly infinite number of ways.
The flames act according to Hidane's will, and may either move as a whole or split into more intricate currents to suit Hidane's needs; neither of these methods takes much effort, requiring only for Hidane to produce the flames and will them to do as he needs.
NAME: Parasitus [Parasite] CLASS: Mask Control (Corruption Grand Perk) TIER: I TYPE: Passive RANGE: Self DESCRIPTION:Parasitus, Hidane's Corruption, takes the form of his left arm. The skin becomes black, but the structure stays mostly the same, with the only notable change being that his fingers become sharp like claws and his elbow is more sharp and angular than rounded. The Hollowfied arm gains Hierro durability from his Ress, matching mastery level to his Soul Resilience mastery.
Due to the nature of Hidane's Corruption, Exactis is the only technique associated with it that incurs a cooldown, one which affects the other two stages as well in some conditions.
NAME: Stage I: Pecus [Cattle] CLASS: Mask Control TIER: II-VII TYPE: Passive/Defensive RANGE: Self DESCRIPTION: The first stage of the effects of Hidane's Corruption causes anyone touched by this technique to be marked as a target for this ability. Marked targets are slowly drained of spiritual energy. This takes no particular effect on the victim unless they are particularly low-rank or are exposed to the ability for a prolonged period of time. The drained energy is temporarily stored in the arm, slowly rising in strength as it is collected. Hidane does not need to remain in contact with the target(s) after marking them for these effects to continue, and, as in most cases the effects are negligible on the target(s) side, it can largely go unnoticed what is actually happening.
Arm Growth: As Reiryoku is collected, if Hidane is not in Resurreccion form, his arm begins to grow as energy is collected. At Tier II collected, Hidane's arm remains at its normal size; as more energy is collected, his arm gradually grows until it reaches 2.5x its original size at Tier VII Reiryoku collected. When outside of Resurreccion form, at Tier VI or above Hidane suffers a 0.5x (half) speed debuff until the energy is returned to lower levels via Sanguinem or Exactis, and thus his arm returns to normal size, and is unable to use Stepping techniques while this debuff is in effect.
Energy Collection: Passively, the amount of Reiryoku stored by this technique always starts at "Tier I", and grows by one Tier per post for every target marked (i.e. if two people are marked, it would rise by two tiers per post). This technique can also be used as a defensive mechanism to instantly absorb spiritual projectile attacks, providing an instantaneous boost to the Tier level of the stored energy depending on the Tier level of the technique absorbed. (Equal or lower Tiers to the Tier level collected will result in a 1-Tier boost, anything higher will will bring the amount collected up to the Tier of the technique absorbed.)
If Exactis is used at Tier V or higher, energy absorption will be limited to Tier III until its cooldown has run its course.
NAME: Stage II: Sanguinem [Blood] CLASS: Mask Control TIER: II-VII TYPE: Supplementary/Defensive RANGE: Self DESCRIPTION: At any point in time during Stage I, Hidane may choose to activate Stage II, where the energy collected merges with his arm (or entire body if in Resurreccion state) and will begin to burn off through the effected area. The effected are will receive constant durability equal to the energy level collected in a manner similar to Hierro, nullifying techniques below the active Tier level, as well as a strength boost applied to the affected area appropriate to the Tier level collected [x4 for Tier V and above, x3 for Tier III-IV, x2 for Tier II-III] for the duration of this stage. Each post this stage is active after activation causes the energy level store to drop by one Tier, and thus, the effects (Tier durability and the strength buff) drop appropriately [i.e. if the Tier level drops from V to IV, the strength buff drops from x4 to x3]. Other than by activating Exactis, the third stage of Hidane's Corruption, this stage cannot be cancelled in the middle, and run its course until either Exactis is used or the Tier level stored returns to "zero" [Tier I]. This stage will automatically be activated if the Tier level of energy stored by Stage I reaches Tier VII. This stage gives off a visible cue in the form of steam rising from any effected areas, be it his arm outside of Resurreccion form or his entire body otherwise.
The Corrupted arm's natural state is to have Hierro-durability, thus this technique's effects only become apparent when the absorbed energy reaches a level that surpasses Mastered Hierro (i.e. Tier IV and above).
NAME: Stage III: Exactis [Expulsion] CLASS: Mask Control TIER: II-VII TYPE: Offensive RANGE: 50 meters DESCRIPTION: At any point during Stage II, Hidane may choose to suddenly expel all of the remaining stored energy as either a focused, Cero-like beam, or as a more widespread shrapnel-like spray attack, either of which strikes at the power level of the Tier level remaining between Stage I and Stage II. Once used, stored energy is returned to "Zero", or Tier I, and energy will resume being collected from infected victims. Tier IV or higher will incur a cooldown appropriate to the Tier, before which Pecus may not store more than Tier III level energy.
NAME: Necrosis CLASS: Mask Control TIER: III TYPE: Passive RANGE: Melee DESCRIPTION: The inner edge of the claws on Hidane's left hand are permanently lined with a gelatin-like layer of his blood. Should even a single claw's blood layer touch the skin of another, a small portion of the blood will be injected into the victim's bloodstream, infecting them with a watered-down version of his Resurreccion's Necrosi disease. From the point of contact, the Reishi of a victim's body will begin to convert into black, cancerous cells that weaken their natural defenses, nullifying Spiritual Potency, Soul Resilience, Hierro, and Blut in the affected area. This area will spread from any point of contact at a rate of 5cm per post. After a target has been afflicted for five or more posts, they suffer an overall 0.5x strength debuff. After a victim has been afflicted for ten or more posts, they also suffer an overall 0.5x speed debuff. In Resurreccion form, the claws on both hands are lined with the blood gel, and the blood cells injected into victims can be manipulated just like any other cell of his.
REIATSU CONTROL
REIATSU FEATURES
When unleashed, Hidane's Reiatsu takes on the form of a thin black mist coating any surfaces within the affected area. This mist does little to nothing to obscure vision, however, and smells strongly of rotten flesh, despite his mostly peaceful nature.

NAME: Regeneración de Velocidad Alta [High Speed Regeneration]* CLASS: Hollow Technique TIER: I TYPE: Passive RANGE: Self DESCRIPTION: Powerful Hollows have been shown to possess incredible powers of regeneration, specifically at the adjuchas class. This ability allows for the regeneration of most body parts with the exception of vital organs and the head itself. The ability is dependent on reiatsu and cannot be maintained indefinitely, likewise, one cannot completely regenerate from fatal wounds unless give uninterrupted time to fully recover the damage dealt.

NAME: Masui [Deep Slumber] CLASS: Hollow Technique TIER: I TYPE: Binding RANGE: 20 Meters DESCRIPTION: After having encountered multiple Shinigami infected with Hollow Reiatsu as he once was, Masui is a technique that Hidane developed to suppress the target's Reiatsu to extremely low levels, causing them to fall unconscious. He primarily uses this technique to indirectly induce Hollowfication in a Shinigami in the process of becoming a Visored. Rendering the victim's Reiatsu so low makes it far more likely for the Hollow to begin to take over, thus initiating the Visored Trial; this technique does not directly induce Hollowfication. However, initiating Hollowfication is not the only use for this technique. This technique requires that Hidane be completely focused, and thus it cannot be used in combat. The use of this technique, on an infected Shinigami or otherwise, requires OOC consent of the person RPing the target.
NAME: Ahueque Llamas [Hollow Flames] CLASS: Hollow Technique TIER: III TYPE: Offensive RANGE: 50 Meters DESCRIPTION: Gathering reiatsu to either their mouths or palms, the user is able to set out reiatsu flames, in a way equally to a flame thrower that are able to cause burns on the target and travels at half bala speeds.
NAME: Explosión Sónica [Sonic Blast] CLASS: Hollow Technique TIER: III TYPE: Offensive RANGE: 25 Meters DESCRIPTION: Gathering reiatsu into the whole body, the user forces the gathered reiatsu out of the body forcefully, into a burst out manner, that is able to form a sonic blast, traveling at Half Bala speeds, at a 360 degree area around them, making the ground crack and damaging from the force anyone in range.
NAME: Misil [Missile] CLASS: Hollow Technique TIER: III TYPE: Offensive RANGE: 100 Meters DESCRIPTION: Gathering reiatsu on the hand, the user can fire off five different reiatsu missiles, at a size equal to arrows. As the missiles are fired off, they will fly, at half bala speeds, in a wide area, before meeting together on the targeted area and exploding on a two yards range.
NAME: Oscuridad Devorando [Devouring Darkness] CLASS: Hollow Technique TIER: III TYPE: Defensive/Offensive RANGE: Melee DESCRIPTION: Using this technique, an Arrancar or Vizard may open a miniature Garganta (circular and roughly two to three feet in diameter) in front of an open palm or at the tip of their Zanpakutou. This technique may be used at a moment's notice to swallow small to medium-sized projectile attacks into the void beyond. This technique is generally used as a shield against small-medium projectile attacks or some melee attacks, depending on the size of the portal opened. The user may also open a second, simultaneous portal with this technique; while the second portal is open, any attacks that are thrown into one portal will instantaneously come out of the other with proportionate speed and direction to how they entered the first, thus allowing the user to fire an enemy's attacks back at them or otherwise redirect an attack in another direction.
[OOC: This technique may -not- be used to effectively destroy any release-centric items (Zanpakuto, Fullbring items, sealed Dolls, etc.) or entire OC characters.]
NAME: Perpetuo [Perpetual] CLASS: Hollow Techniques TIER: III TYPE: Defensive RANGE: Self DESCRIPTION: This technique utilizes the user's Reiryoku to create a small to medium area within which the user will momentarily have complete control over all kinetic energy. Using this technique, the user may freely increase or decrease kinetic energy within the space, giving them complete control over the movement of all physical or spiritual matter or energy that are within the space or enter the space. This technique can be used to rapidly accelerate or decelerate the user's movement by propelling a limb or their entire body in one direction or another, to change the speed or direction at which an enemy is moving or directing an attack to throw them off balance or to create an opening for other attacks, or to create a sudden explosion in kinetic energy from a small point, resulting in a shock wave capable of pushing enemies back a fair distance (roughly 50 meters at the most, though at the cost of also catching the user with the shock wave if one is not careful). These are, of course, just a few ways in which the technique can be utilized, and does not encompass the entire potential of the technique.
NAME: Repulsión [Repulse] CLASS: Hollow Technique TIER: III TYPE: Offensive RANGE: 100 Meters DESCRIPTION: Thrusting a limb toward the target, it sends a force of suppressed reiatsu that pushes the target back.
NAME: Rugido [Roar] CLASS: Hollow Technique TIER: III TYPE: Offensive RANGE: 25 Meters DESCRIPTION: Many hollows have been known to give off a recognizable roar or scream before attacking. For the most part, this just seems to announce their presence and intimidate the prey they stalk, but for some hollows this roar can cause far more damage than simple intimidation. A hollow with this ability can scream with enough power to cause a shock-wave of sonic force, traveling at Cero Speeds, strong enough to crack the earth around it and force opponents of equal or lesser rank backwards, injuring their hearing and sense of balance.
NAME: Yamigarandō [Dark Void] CLASS: Hollow Technique TIER: III TYPE: Defensive RANGE: 30 Meter Radius DESCRIPTION: Hidane spreads his Reiatsu out over a wide field around him with a radius of about 30 meters, with him at the center. He then condenses the Reiatsu into a massive field of black fog, in which the Reiatsu he, or anyone else within the fog, directly gives off disappears. Other spiritual beings can only pinpoint his location in the smog if they are two ranks higher than him (while in the smog), and beings equal to his rank and up can make an assumption that is within 10 meters of being correct from outside the fog. A spiritual with 3+ Advantages over Hidane may completely suppress the fog with their Reiatsu, ending the technique's effect on anyone in the area. This ability lasts for up to seven posts unless Hidane decides to end it.
While other spiritual beings are in the fog, the black fog Reiatsu gains a tendency to cling to them. This effect does not apply to Hidane. Once the Reiatsu has begun to cling to a spiritual being, Hidane's hidden Reiatsu appears to cling to them, making the Reiatsu signal they give off stronger by percentage of Hidane's Reiatsu given while not actually making the victim stronger. This part of the technique's effect does not affect enemies with 2+ Advantages over Hidane.
Once the Reiatsu has begun to cling to a being, their Reiatsu becomes easily locatable by all spiritual beings that are capable of doing so. This can confuse beings who do not understand the inner workings of this technique into attacking allies or enemies other than Hidane. Unfortunately, Hidane cannot sense the Reiatsu of others inside of or outside of this field, so he can determine no better who he is attacking and cannot locate other beings within the fog until the Reiatsu has clung to them.
The dark fog blocks all visibility of beings outside trying to look in. While inside the fog, visibility is limited to three yards, making dodging attacks extremely difficult. Only a combatant with very high reflexes would be capable of fighting to their fullest extent within the fog. Long-ranged Reishi-based attacks (such as Kido or a Quincy's arrow) momentarily clear a 1-yard radius around the attack, the clearing remaining for no longer than one whole post.
NAME: Desaparecer [Disappear] CLASS: Hollow Technique TIER: IV TYPE: Defensive RANGE: Self DESCRIPTION: The hollow's answer to a Shinigami’s detection devices and skills. The user of this technique coats themselves with a coat of energy that is meant to disguise their presence, While in this cloak of invisibility and reiatsu disguising, the user is unable to utilize their stepping technique or any other technique for that matter.
NAME: El Sable De Piel [The Saber of Skin] CLASS: Hollow Technique TIER: IV TYPE: Offensive RANGE: Self DESCRIPTION: Charging reiryoku onto a limb, a blade of energy protrudes directly from that extremity. It has the sharpness of a tier 4 weapon, and can cause major lacerations upon contact. This technique can last up to 6 posts.
NAME: Ensombreza Huelga [Shadow Strike] CLASS: Hollow Technique TIER: IV TYPE: Offensive RANGE: <5 Meters DESCRIPTION: Gathering reiatsu onto a limb, it can be utilized as a weapon. Upon contact, the gathered energy exerts focally onto the opponent, stunning the opponent's muscles and locking them wherever the user hit for one post. The locking of the muscles additionally flares the nerves, causing extreme levels of discomfort and pain.
NAME: La Doncella Cristal [Maiden's Crystal] CLASS: Hollow Technique TIER: IV TYPE: Offensive RANGE: 30 Meters DESCRIPTION: Expressing their reiryoku into the air, the user begins to crystallize water particles in the air, creating floating masses of ice shards. The longer that target is within the area of effect, the slower the opponent becomes due to the chilling of their muscles and nerves. At equal advantage, the user can lower the opponent's speed by 3 times. This also makes it really difficult for the opponent to breath while within the reach of this technique.
NAME: Rasgar [Tear] CLASS: Hollow Technique TIER: IV TYPE: Offensive RANGE: 30 Meters DESCRIPTION: Concentrating Reiryoku at an end point of a strike sends a blast of energy, similar to bala however larger and much stronger. The technique travels at cero speeds, and causes deep laceration damage against opponents of lower advantage.
NAME: Sobre Explosión [Overblast] CLASS: Hollow Technique TIER: IV TYPE: Offensive RANGE: 20 Meters DESCRIPTION: Gathering a kind of...semi transparent, pulsating 'grenade' in either the throat or the hand over the course of a post, when it is completed, the user then fires it towards the target at the speed of a Cero. When it makes impact, it detonates in a large, shaky explosion of reverberating bass waves, sounding almost like a dub-step drop. This can shatter glass and crack concrete with the force of the frequency. In living creatures, this induces bleeding of the ears, disorientation, as well as impact damage as a result of the shock wave.
NAME: Aliento de Fuego [Breath of Fire] CLASS: Hollow Technique TIER: V TYPE: Offensive RANGE: 100 Meters DESCRIPTION: Taking in a deep breath, the Arrancar or Hollow exerts a stream of fire larger than their own body that accelerates to the speed of Cero. Once making contact with an opponent, the entire stream of fire surrounds and engulfs the target, causing up to second degree burns to the opponent when at an advantage.
NAME: Hilo de Pena [Threads of Sorrow] CLASS: Hollow Technique TIER: V TYPE: Offensive RANGE: 25 Meters DESCRIPTION: The user protrudes nearly invisible threads of reiryoku and attempts to attach them to a target. If successful, the user can then directly send their reiryoku directly through the threads and cause severe amounts of pain and discomfort enough to numb and stun the nerves and muscles. After the initial post of this pain, the follow post will numb the opponent, making them oblivious to any wounds they will receive. Once the numbing is gone, all pain will register once again. This technique has a four post cooldown.
NAME: Marca de los Condenados [Mark of the Damned] CLASS: Hollow Technique TIER: V TYPE: Offensive RANGE: Melee/Long DESCRIPTION: Through charging this technique, a small glyph appears in the palm of the user's hand, glowing softly with the color of the user's Reiatsu. Once the technique is fully charged, a target may be "tagged" with the mark, at which point the glyph will move from the user's palm to the point of contact against an enemy's skin or equipment and the duration of the technique will begin. The glyph will turn anything it is attached to into a bomb of active Reiryoku and explode once the duration of five posts has run out, meaning that the 'marked' has five posts to remove the glyph through some means (removing and abandoning a piece of equipment the mark is left on, cutting off the mark, etc.) or risk severe, likely fatal injuries. The user of the technique may also remove the mark at will should they choose to, and killing the user of the technique also removes the mark without triggering the explosion.
NAME: Obisidiana Látigo [Obsidian Whip] CLASS: Hollow Technique TIER: V TYPE: Offensive RANGE: 50 Meters DESCRIPTION: The user focuses Reiatsu and spirit energy into their dominant hand, and forms that Reiatsu into an ebony black whip engulfed in black flames. It consumes energy as long as it is like this. The whip can be used at any time, it is basically another weapon. It is activated by carving reiatsu into a usable form via spirit pressure. It is easy for Arrancar, but stronger hollow and menos may be able to use it as well depending on their level. The whip's black flames do not burn what they touch. Whatever gets hit by the crack of the whip explodes at the strength of a tier IV technique. The explosion covers 10 radial meters at the point of contact. The whip travels at cero speeds. Can last up to five posts
NAME: Oscuridad Vinculante [Binding Darkness] CLASS: Hollow Technique TIER: V TYPE: Binding RANGE: Melee, up to 50 meters after bound DESCRIPTION: The user's hand becomes enveloped in black Reiryoku. This technique is activated by either touching the target directly with the enveloped hand, or capturing them by shooting out the Reiryoku from the hand in the form of five three-inch bandage-like strips that aim to wrap around the target. The bandage-like strips move at Cero speeds in an attempt to constrict the target. Either way, should the technique successfully capture the opponent, these black bandages of Reiryoku will wrap around the target and bind them tightly, wrapping and securing most of their body as tightly as possibly without cutting off vital bodily functions. The binding may include a strip over the target's mouth, if the target wants to silence them for the duration of the binding. From the moment of releasing the bandages, the technique may last up to five posts, whether it be for the bandages pursuing their target or the binding holding together, assuming the victim doesn't find a way to break out of the bindings.
NAME: Relampago de Clavar [Striking Lightning] CLASS: Hollow Technique TIER: V TYPE: Offensive RANGE: 100 Meters DESCRIPTION: The user exerts their reiryoku into the sky, creating a formation of lightning clouds. The clouds hang about 100 meters above the user, and at will, can call upon up to four bolts of lightning per post that travel at the speed of cero. Each bolt is capable of causing damage of a tier IV technique. This technique has a duration of up to five posts.
NAME: Trueno Poderoso [Mighty Thunder] CLASS: Hollow Technique TIER: V TYPE: Offensive RANGE: 100 Meters DESCRIPTION: The Arrancar or hollow will charge their arm with Reiatsu, and attract electrons to it. The Arrancar or hollow will then fire the stored Reiatsu and swarming electrons at an opponent, in the form of a bolt of lightning. This can be done with punches, snaps of the fingers, and other means. Travels at Cero Speeds.
NAME: Armamento [Armament] CLASS: Hollow Technique TIER: V-VI TYPE: Summoning RANGE: <5 meters DESCRIPTION: Using this technique, the user can create a wide variety of melee weapons within arm's reach out of their Reiryoku. The weapons will take on the physical characteristics of a translucent, dark red crystal material, and have the durability and sharpness/strength of the Tier used to summon them, and can block attacks up to and equaling their power and Tier at equal advantages. The weapon(s) created by this technique can vary greatly, including (but not limited to) swords, axes, spears, and bladed knuckles. Virtually any short range or melee weapon can be made with this technique, given basic knowledge of the structure and functionality of the weapon. These weapons may retain their form and durability for four (Tier VI) or five (Tier V) posts, but can be broken down sooner to avoid longer cooldowns in desired.
NAME: Aplastante de Montaña [Crushing Mountain] CLASS: Hollow Technique TIER: VI TYPE: Offensive RANGE: 100 Meters DESCRIPTION: Hitting the ground with a super charged strike causes spires to erupt from the ground all around the opponent. The traveling reiryoky creates cracks on the ground as it travels at cero speeds. The spires of earth and rock begin to encompass the opponent, circling at the same speed attempting to trap them as they close in. If the opponent doesn't escape within the post, the pillars collide together, crushing and breaking the opponent's bones.
NAME: Escudo [Shield] CLASS: Hollow Technique TIER: VI TYPE: Defensive RANGE: 5 Meters DESCRIPTION: This technique was specifically made for Arrancar and for Vizard who have over Advanced control over their Inner Hollow. For Vizard with a non-Mastered Control this will be hard to ignite and maintain. While the user moves their hand forward in a square like motion, they create this shield. The shield will maintain the reiatsu color of the caster. The user the ignites their Reiatsu manifested strongly into this shield, powering up fully a long seven foot long, four feet wide square shield. This Shield is only as strong as the user may be. This Shield will start to power down after a time limit of 4 posts.
NAME: La Piel Resbala [The Skin Slips]* CLASS: Hollow Technique TIER: VI TYPE: Defensive/Offensive RANGE: Self DESCRIPTION: An extremely advanced, but very useful Hollow technique. This technique can only be performed by Hollows with high speed regeneration and Advanced Hollow Techniques. The user essentially rips off a single layer of skin with reiryoku, and slips away at high speeds. The true beauty of the technique lies in the extreme speed of execution, with this technique being capable of dodging even point blank Cero by ditching a layer of skin and allowing the user to slip away. However, once the empty skin has been escaped from, it actually explodes with the force of a Cero, causing rather high damage to anyone within a 30 meter radial vicinity.
NAME: Rebotar [Ricochet] CLASS: Hollow Technique TIER: VI TYPE: Offensive RANGE: 50 Meters DESCRIPTION: This technique is usable by Hollows, Arrancar, and Vizards. It focuses a large amount of energy at a single point on the user's body and then releases it as a two-inch-thick beam of energy that can travel at the speed of a Cero, but only in straight lines. The user may choose to have the tip of the beam change the direction it moves in up to five times, though the user must remain still enough that release point of the technique does not move at all. A sphere of energy (1 foot in diameter) will form at the base of the beam (where exactly it is fired from). The beam and sphere both appear pitch black in color, but glow with a bright purplish energy. The user must be ranked ML-A or higher to learn this technique. The power of the technique varies based on the power of the user.
Hollows may fire the beam from a point just in front of their open mouths, while Vizards and Arrancar have the optional alternatives of basing it from any point on the blades of their Zanpakutou. An Advanced or Master user of Hollow Techniques may fire the beam from the tips of their fingers.
NAME: Regurgitación [Regurgitation] CLASS: Hollow Technique TIER: VI TYPE: Offensive RANGE: 20 Meters DESCRIPTION: As a Hollow consumes a vast quantity of spiritual energy, so thus they can use it as a weapon if put into a situation of extreme danger. Available to use only once a battle, a hollow using this technique can forcibly regurgitate the soul energy they have recently consumed in an explosive burst of reiatsu capable of severely injuring any opponents within a close range of the technique user. The ability manifests as a short-ranged and widely shaped cone of pure destructive reiatsu. The hollow must have consumed within the same thread in order to use this technique.
CERO & BALA
NAME: Bala [Hollow Bullet] CLASS: Cero/Bala TIER: I TYPE: Offensive RANGE: 100 Meters DESCRIPTION: A weaker but quicker alternative to regular Cero blasts. The technique hardens the user's spiritual pressure and fires it at around twenty times the speed of a Cero.
Hidane's Bala resemble purplish-blue spears of Reiryoku; they appear as long, thin shafts with sharp diamond-shaped heads on the front end, almost like arrows, but larger and longer.
NAME: Cero [Hollow Flash] CLASS: Cero/Bala TIER: IV TYPE: Offensive Range: 100 Meters Description: Are high-powered energy blasts that can be fired from various places on the body. Only Menos, Arrancar, and Vizard have so far been shown to use Cero attacks, and it appears that stronger entities can use it more efficiently.
Hidane's Cero appears a deep purplish-blue in color, with a thin black aura appearing at its edges as if sucking light in from around it.
NAME: Gran Rey Cero [Royal Hollow Flash] CLASS: Cero/Bala TYPE: Offensive RANGE: 100 Meters TIER: VI DESCRIPTION: A more powerful version of Cero, as it requires blood from the user and then forming a ball of reiatsu equaling the reiatsu color and strength of the caster as it's capable of doing massive damage from such a blast. In Las Nochas , the power of the technique is such that it warps the space around the point it was fired from. Only characters of HL-A rank at least can perform such a powerful cero.
Hidane's Gran Rey Cero appear completely white in color with an off-black red aura similar to the black aura around his basic Cero.
STEPPING
NAME: Sonido [Resounding Revolution] CLASS: Stepping TIER: I TYPE: Stepping RANGE: N/A DESCRIPTION: Is the Arrancar equivalent of the Shinigami flash steps; it allows the user to travel at incredibly high speeds for short distances. Use of Sonido is punctuated by a brief static sound, in contrast to the "swish" sound used for Shunpo.
NAME: Narisumashi [Masquerade] CLASS: Stepping TIER: V TYPE: Stepping Variant RANGE: 20 Meters DESCRIPTION: This is Hidane's primary Step variant. Called "Masquerade", his steps reach speeds where he seems to make clones of himself. His step carries himself at speeds where his physical form may take action from multiple locations. Using this, he can make it appear as though several of him are walking about in the area, not a single 'clone' capable of being distinguished from any other clone or the original. This is only one of Hidane's favored uses for the technique, though, and this use is only a diversionary tactic. With multiples of him walking about, the enemy will have to try to figure out which one is him, and he can easily dodge should they choose one to attack.
His main use of the technique, though, comes in for attacking; through his step, Hidane is capable of making each 'clone' take on rather complex movements, making each clone move in for an attack from different angles on an opponent. Only one may connect, though, and due to his movement speeds he can easily choose which 'clone' will perform the real attack, even at the last moment. This can be a very useful attack method, as it becomes nearly impossible for his opponent to predict which attack will actually hit and thus defend accordingly.
The speed of the technique is quite incredible; Hidane moves at speeds that can cause him to manage up to three 'clones' (meaning there would seem to be three of him moving around) moving at normal, out-of-Shunpo speeds. Any additional 'clones', though, will result in a 10% speed reduction per 'clone'.
Due to the nature of this technique, it can only be sensed easily by two ranks above, and can be sensed with some effort or basic understanding of the technique's effects by someone one rank above with advanced or mastered Reiatsu Control or Step.
HAND-TO-HAND
NAME: Tesshō [鉄掌, "Iron Palm"] CLASS: Hand to Hand Technique TIER: V TYPE: Offensive RANGE: Self DESCRIPTION: Tesshō is completely reliant on the user's physical strength without any use of spiritual, and because of that is powered simply by a thrust of the arm. By thrusting forwards or downwards with the flat of their palm, the user of Tesshō has the ability to crush anything it comes into contact with, and if hit in the head can shatter through just about any resistance, including up to Advanced Hierro.
WEAPON SKILLS
NAME: Nodokasuto [Calm Strike] CLASS: Weapon Skill TIER: II TYPE: Offensive RANGE: 50 Meters DESCRIPTION: This is a simple technique that releases a quick charge of Reiryoku through the user's blade as they swing their weapon. This can be used with any weapon, though is mostly used with sword-type weapons. The result is that the strength of the swing is increased slightly, and a brief, piercing shockwave is released in the direction of the swing. This is mostly used for show or for clearing away smoke, though the shockwave can cause significant damage to weak physical structures or significantly weaker opponents.
NAME: Susamajisuto [Fierce Strike] CLASS: Weapon Skill TIER: IV TYPE: Offensive RANGE: 50 Meters DESCRIPTION: This is a stronger version of Nodokasuto, able to cut through sturdy physical structures and cause more significant damage to opponents one rank below and even some damage to equal ranked opponents.
NAME: Isshunsaku [to cleave in an instant] CLASS: Weapon Skill TIER: VI TYPE: Offensive RANGE: 5 meters DESCRIPTION: Using this technique with any sword-type weapon sheathed, the user draws the weapon with incredible force to unleash a single strike in the blink of an eye, capable of cleaving through most anything with Tier VI power. The speed and power of the strike produce a flat-line shockwave that extends the reach of the strike by five meters from the point of the blade, making anything within a five-meter radius in front of the user in a wide arc subject to bifurcation should they fail to dodge.
ITEMS & EQUIPMENT
ITEM NAME: Kidō Book TIER: I TYPE: Item RANGE: Melee DESCRIPTION: A Kido book Hidane has kept since leaving the Gotei 13. Shortly prior to leaving he received an edition only missing Forbidden and Restricted Kidō from the acting Taichou of the Kyūbantai. Though he can no longer use Kidō per say, he intends to study it and recreate some of its techniques.
ITEM NAME: Asauchi [Shallow Hilt] TIER: II TYPE: Item RANGE: Melee DESCRIPTION: A Zanpakutō Hidane attained during his time in the world of the living that has since lost its bond with its previous owner. It is an average-length katana, and retains the durability and cutting power of a sealed Zanpakutō.
ITEM NAME: Onikamitomi [Eye of the Demon God] TIER: I TYPE: Item RANGE: N/A DESCRIPTION: The Onikamitomi is an artificial, Reishi-infused eye that was crafted and surgically implanted in place of Hidane's right eye after he had lost his right eye in combat with the Arrancar Dyo Kagoshima. It is connected to his optic nerves, and thus passively functions as a normal eye. Its appearance is that of a normal eye, with the exception that the iris and pupil are both pure white, leaving only barely-visible black outlines of the iris and pupil visible. The Onikamitomi, if damaged, can be repaired with a Tier III application of Reiryoku directly to the eye.
NAME: Architetto Intuizione [Architect's Insight] CLASS: Item TIER: III TYPE: Supplementary RANGE: 100 Meters DESCRIPTION: By infusing the Onikamitomi with his Reiryoku, Hidane may enter a state where he can see the pure form and low of Reiryoku or Reishi in vivid detail for up to seven posts. This allows him to see the flow of Reiryoku in an opponent, allowing him to predict what kind of technique they may use, or to see the inner workings of a technique in use, to be able to later replicate the results himself and learn the technique, or at least a variant of it. This technique requires OOC permission to copy an OC technique. Techniques may not be copied on the spot; this ability only allows Hidane to examine techniques to be replicated outside of the thread in which it is examined.
While in this state, Hidane may also see beings of notable spiritual capabilities, even if they are suppressing their Reiatsu. Unknown sources will appear as blue silhouettes; the more full the color, the stronger the source. Those marked by Shishirushi are seen similarly, but as golden silhouettes rather than blue.
NAME: Shishafukō [Messenger of Death] CLASS: Item TIER: III TYPE: Summoning RANGE: 100 Meters DESCRIPTION: Using this technique, Hidane summons a flock of spiritual birds in the form of crows or ravens to fly around the area and scout. They are capable of fluid speech, able to comprehend what they see and report it verbally to Hidane. They are also capable of receiving and recording messages, and repeating them to Hidane or others marked via Shishirushi. Their vocal tone is a decent mid-range, monotonous and a little metallic in tone. They can fly at speeds anywhere from half Cero speed to half Bala speed. At any time, Hidane may connect his vision with one of the birds via the Onikamitomi to get a personal bird's eye view on an area.
ITEM NAME: Mark of Seran CLASS: Item - Standard TIER: VII [Expertise Item] CONDITION: Not Applicable DESCRIPTION: The Mark of Seran is a modification to the target’s soul, manifesting as a new branching section from the soul’s base. Small at creation, this new component to the soul grows just as the soul normally would depending on a character’s actions. The new section is heavily influenced by Seran’s soul, notably the structures that formed prior to his escape from the Seireitei, and as such there is an emphasis on the darker aspects of his personality. The mark is created from Soul Matrix Stem Plasma and the so called “Blood of Seran”, appearing as a mix of the native soul structures and the ones from Seran’s own soul. Outwardly, the mark appears as a black tattoo on the on the subject’s skin, with position depending on a variety of factors. The tattoo is identical to Seran’s maker’s mark, that being a combination of the eternal knot and ouroboros, a black snake wrapped around itself devouring its own tail. Depending on IC interactions [see below] this new section of the soul grows, granting the subject new abilities overtime and acting as a base for other modifications to the soul later down the line. It should be noted that placing this mark on a character requires OOC consent. The mark cannot be removed by anyone but Seran. The mark of Seran's powers are universal to all marks, but each one also carries a supplemental mark, equivalent in power but unique to the individual, as the main mark evolves so does the supplemental. PLOT EFFECTS: Besides its actual abilities, the mark also has some effect on the mental state of the subject, resulting in a number of interesting plot interactions once the mark is placed. These interactions also determine whether or not the mark’s power increases. The first of these aspects is a pleasure response to actions that would fall in line with Seran's own will, a sensation that radiates out from the mark into the body. Most individuals experience this pleasure differently, but the strength of the response does not vary, and increases as the mark becomes stronger. The second aspect is an effect on the individual’s conscience, causing them to be guided by Seran as the “Devil on their shoulder”. This starts simply at first, with a basic nudging thoughts towards the pleasure the mark brings. As the mark grows these thoughts turn to more pronounced voices in the subject’s head, and down the line to actual hallucinations. What this basically means is Seran can post in any thread where the mark is present as the “Voice of the Mark”, though this cannot physically affect what's happening in a given thread and only the person with the mark can hear the voice and see the hallucinations. For beings with an inner world, a manifestation of Seran may appear there, as the mark is part of their soul. The third aspect is memory runoff, meaning a vague sharing of memories between Seran and all those who carry the mark. This is by no means a complete memory download between individuals, and only appears sporadically, usually when certain stimuli like a person, object, or place trigger a particularly strong memory. The last aspect is termed “Seran’s Will”, and is linked to the second aspect. Occasionally, a subject with the mark may be in a situation where their actions would greatly benefit Seran’s own goals. When this happens the mark urges them to take such actions, and if they do the mark evolves more and/or faster than usual.
NAME: Mark of Elucidation TYPE: Item - Standard TIER: VII [Expertise Item] CONDITION: Not Applicable DESCRIPTION: The supplemental mark to Hidane’s mark of Seran. Unlike most other supplemental marks, Hidane’s is not immediately obvious; much like his primary mark that usually remains camouflaged in the iris of his eye. His supplemental mark is largely on the back of his eye, hidden even from himself. If his eye was to be viewed outside of its socket, five black fingerprints would be seen around outside, as though the eye was being held to face a certain direction. Part of these prints can be viewed under certain circumstances, such as if Hidane’s eyes were wide and he was looking far to one side.
NAME: Varied Perspective CLASS: Hollow Technique TIER: I TYPE: Passive RANGE: Varied DESCRIPTION: An interesting, but difficult technique to use, varied perspective allows Hidane to tap into his target’s vision with his marked eye, granting him their perspective in one eye. Upon meeting his opponent’s eyes, the technique activates, causing light to ripple over the marked eye, changing its appearance to match the opponent’s eyes. From then on the marked eye sees what the opponent sees in their left eye. While useful, this ability requires skill and concentration to use, as both of the user’s eyes will be seeing separate images as long as it is active, which can disorient, and leaves the user with a blind spot. The can also close either eye to focus on one set of images or the other. Finally, this ability can be deactivated by Hidane by choice, or by meeting another target’s eyes, but until then the effect remains regardless of the distance between him and his current target.
Contrary to the common occurrence in Shinigami, Hidane’s Zanpakuto’s Spirit (now fused with his Inner Hollow as well) appears as a young girl, standing about 150cm in height, with medium-long choppy white hair. She has slightly tan skin and wears a black skirt that appears to be made of some kind of fur at the bottom, but smooths out towards the top as it blends into two thin strips of black cloth rimmed with white that reach up around her chest and over her shoulders and then around the back of her neck where they are fused seamlessly, adorned with a thick fur-like collar. Under this she wears a black bikini-like top with white flame designs that move fluidly. Along her exposed back is a slightly metallic black spine-like protrusion that reaches down and becomes a long tail with a scorpion-like tip. She wears white thigh-high socks and black knee-high boots, as well as black gloves. Two thick, black metal bands wrap around each of her arms, at the elbows (though not limiting her mobility of them), and her upper arms. Whereas before her fusion with the Hollow she had normal teeth and brilliant orange eyes, now her teeth are sharper and more animal-like and the whites of her eyes have turned black, her irises a brilliant silvery-white. She also now has small black feathery wings and wears a black headband with cat-like ears protruding from it.
INNER HOLLOW PERSONALITY
Much of the new Kurosenkō's personality is strongly reminiscent of her original personality from before Hidane even became a Vizard; the new Kurosenkō mostly acts as a younger sibling to Hidane, and is mostly very friendly to him. Kurosenkō is extremely immature at times, and other times seems wise far beyond his apparent age, but either way he and Hidane get along very well, something that could not have been said for a long time of Hidane and his Zanpakutō leading up to the fusion. He seems very emotionally unstable; opening up, he is very friendly to Hidane, extremely cautious of others, and has a very short fuse for becoming angered. Unlike his predecessor, the "pure" Kurosenkō, his new form can be very unpredictably and excessively violent, though most of the time he does not become like this unprovoked... though, what he takes as "provocation" seems to change very often. The two, Hidane and Kurosenkō, still tease each other and have fun much as brothers on good terms would, but not quite as often as Hidane did with the previous form of his Zanpakutō spirit.
When fighting, the new Kurosenkō is a ruthless and bestial in nature, employing almost purely melee combat in preference to his abilities or stepping. His impulsiveness can lead him to be careless, however, and his form is unrefined and often easily countered.
Since attaining Resurrección, Hidane's Masked form has evolved some; now, when he forms his Hollow Mask, additional mask material covers the entirety of his head and neck, as well as his shoulders and upper chest in a smooth, layered plating that almost looks like armor. The horn-like protrusions at the top of his mask have fallen towards the back of his head some, though not quite fusing with the additional mask material covering his head.
Kurosenkō's sealed form appears as an average-length katana with a hole in the pommel of its hilt large enough to be held by a finger or two by it, as well as a jet black blade. The guard appears circular with golden writhing tentacle-like limbs etched into it.
INNER WORLD
Hidane's inner world takes the form of a large island in the middle of a seemingly endless ocean. The island is ringed with a large beach, with an ocean that seems to go on forever out and down around it. In the center of the island is an large, thick rainforest. Towards the center there is a particularly large tree surrounded by a large pond that has long since been stained red with the blood of Kuromitsukai, Hidane's former Bankai spirit. The combined Zanpakuto Spirit and Inner Hollow has created a clearing of trees and crystals in a wide area around this central tree. Scattered about the forest are large, pale purple crystals jutting out from the ground, which seem to be a result of Hidane's inner hollow's arrival; since attaining Resurreccion, it occasionally appears to be night time in Hidane's Inner World, whereas before it would always seem to be late morning or early afternoon. When Hidane's mental state is particularly poor, the water level is unusually high (putting almost the entirety of the beach, and sometimes even the entire floor of the forest, underwater), and large, red cracks appear in the sky.
SHIKAI
SHIKAI APPEARANCE
Hidane's Shikai bears a very simple form. Kurosenkou resembles an unusually long (about 100cm) katana. It's blade is pure black with a thin white line along its cutting blade, and extends 4 feet from the guard to the tip of the blade. The blade seems to 'stutter' in appearance, as the blade is constantly in a very rapid vibration-like movement. The guard of the sword is black with white rimming. The shape of the guard resembles a four-bladed ninja throwing star, though it is flat and about an inch thick. The hilt is white and wrapped in black cloth with a white end-piece.
SHIKAI ABILITIES
NAME: Senkōkiru [Flash Cut] CLASS: Release TIER: II-IV TYPE: Passive / Supplementary RANGE: Melee DESCRIPTION: This ability causes Kurosenkō's blade to vibrate at extremely high frequencies, giving it the ability to disrupt the structural integrity of anything it aims to cut or defend from. To clarify, this technique causes the blade to vibrate at the power of the Tier being used, granting Hidane a x2 boost in strength, though only in terms of attacking or defending with the blade itself. In addition to this, the blade may easily cut through abilities up to and matching the Tier at which it is vibrating. The blade passively vibrates at Tier II power while Hidane has his Shikai released, however the vibration may be amplified momentarily to up to Tier IV to cut through more powerful attacks, though this may not be done more than once in a single post.
NAME: Kuroihenkan [Black Return] CLASS: Release TIER: IV TYPE: Offensive RANGE: 100 Meters DESCRIPTION: The white line along Kurosenkou's cutting edge is covered in a 1-inch thick edge of black Reiatsu. Hidane pulls the blade back and swings. This line of black energy flies off of the blade, acting as a heat-seeking missile toward one target, specified by mental targeting by Hidane. If the blast misses once, it will turn and fly toward the target again. If it misses a second time, it will return to the blade, harmlessly.
NAME: Nomukage [Engulfing Shadow] CLASS: Release TIER: II-IV TYPE: Defensive RANGE: 50 Meters DESCRIPTION: Once this technique is prepared, Kurosenkō's blade is engulfed in thick, black Reiryoku. Hidane may strike any inanimate surface (floor, wall, ground, ceiling, pillar, etc.) and it will leave a thick, dark, shadow-like mark that will not fade despite any light being shone on it. This mark will remain until the end of the technique's duration or until Hidane himself gets further than 50 meters away from it. Should another spiritual being or Reiryoku/Reishi-based technique pass near the mark (within 10 meters), the mark will react and seem to explode in black Reiryoku, spreading out at up to Cero speeds to try to engulf and crush the target within itself. If the technique targeted is equal or lower Tier than this technique was used at, the technique will be nullified. If the technique is stronger, this technique will have no effect on it. If the target is a spiritual being, anything that is captured by the shadow without proper protective measures will be engulfed and near-instantly completely crushed, making it a devastating mistake to get caught by it. Each mark can only be used once, and thus whether one successfully captures and destroys anything or not, once it has lashed out to attempt to catch something, the Reiryoku will fade away into the air. Once placed, if not triggered, each mark will remain for up to six posts waiting to be triggered. Tier IV marks exclusively have a cooldown based on how long they remain active for.
NAME: Shigakiru [Corpse Cut] CLASS: Release TIER: IV TYPE: Offensive RANGE: Melee DESCRIPTION: The blade of Hidane's Shikai becomes covered in a gray, fog-like smoke. When Hidane cuts any part of an opponent's body while this smoke covers the blade, any part of the afflicted character's body that is within 6 inches of any point in the cut becomes lifeless, cutting off any bloodstream or nervous connections that involve signals being sent through the area, making any limbs affected drop limp and unusable.. Depending on where the cut is, this could cause major or minor effects. If an arm or a leg is cut, the arm or leg cut falls limp and unusable, becoming a massive hindrance for the victim. If the chest or lower body is cut, that region is rendered numb, and the victim will not be able to feel anything in the region. If a light cut to the neck or injury to the head is made, a similar numbing effect is applied to the head, including the base of the nervous system in the brain, causing the entire body to go numb, though still perfectly usable. This effect lasts for 2 posts unless disabled by application of Reiatsu greater than a Tier IV technique, and doesn't affect enemies 2 or more ranks above Hidane.

Hidane must use his Zanpakuto, in sealed or Shikai state, to draw blood from his right hand and say "Raffreddare le Ossa" [Chill their graves].
Initially the changes to Hidane's appearace by releasing his Mastered Resurreccion are very minor; his skin, from head to toe, turn black; if he was not masked, his eyes turn black with silvery-blue irises; his body takes on a more angular figure similar to his left arm. Two fragments of his Mask remain in this form's initial appearance, along the right and left side of his face. However, due to his abilities, Hidane may change his form as he pleases, and the most common form he takes on as a "base" form is that of a humanoid monster about twice his size, with bulging muscles appearing to be covered in black-and-purple armored plating from head to toe, with a silvery mask and chest plating. He has two large, dragon-like wings and large, armored claws for hands. A Hollow hole five inches in diameter appears half way in between the center of his chest and the center of his stomach.

NAME: Incarnazione della Morte [Embodiment of Death] CLASS: Release TIER: III-IV TYPE: Passive / Supplementary RANGE: Self DESCRIPTION: In Resurrección form, Hidane's natural movement speed is increased dramatically. He is granted a x3 boost to Speed while in Resurrección form in general, though it may be increased to x4 for a short duration of three posts with a Tier IV activation and appropriate cooldown for the x4 boost. This buff does not effect Shunpo, Sonido, or any variants of such.
NAME: Coagulazione II CLASS: Release TIER: III-V TYPE: Offensive/Defensive RANGE: 100 meters DESCRIPTION: While in his Resurreccion form state, Hidane’s Reiryoku is passively infused directly into his blood, allowing him more complete control over it at all times. Though this doesn’t seem to have any effect at first, the real benefit of this technique comes into play once he receives an attack that inflicts an open wound upon him. Any of his blood that gets spilled from an open wound, either by himself or by an enemy, becomes a deadly weapon added to his arsenal. Once his blood has left his body by some means, he is able to control it via a form of high-speed telekinesis, including but not limited to moving it quickly through the air and hardening or softening it as needed. The more injuries inflicted on him, the more of his blood enters the air, and the deadlier it becomes to be near him.
The physical capabilities (durability, damage inflicted when used offensively, movement speed) of the hardened blood are limited by the tier at which the technique is used. Other than that, however, the specific uses of this technique are circumstantial, and virtually limitless in possibilities. Used in conjunction with his increased healing from Mitosi, this technique can make dealing with Hidane while in Resurreccion form quite a difficult task.
Upon mastery of his Ressurreccion state, Hidane's Resurreccion techniques undergo a mutation, gaining additional effects or utilities. Coagulazione's mutation forms "blood jets" on his shoulders with an appearance similar to armored pauldrons. These jets shoot out a constant spray of blood out from their backs into the air, giving Hidane a constant supply of blood to manipulate however he sees fit using the base effects of Coagulazione. With High Speed Regeneration and Mitosi's consistent regeneration, he has no fear of running low on blood or suffering any of the consequences of such while using this technique. In addition to these jets, Hidane may still manipulate any blood released from wounds he receives.
NAME: Mitosi II CLASS: Release TIER: III/IV/VII TYPE: Passive / Supplementary RANGE: Self DESCRIPTION: This technique highly increases Hidane’s regenerative capabilities. Using his High Speed Regeneration, Hidane can rapidly generate new cells on or in his body by duplicating pre-existing cells, or alternatively he may rapidly break down existing cells, to create or remove material for parts of his body. This creates a wide variety of uses for Hidane in Resurrecciòn form, including amplifying his ability to regenerate when damaged, as well as a wide variety of methods of body manipulation.
Using this technique, Hidane may perfectly recover from virtually any extent of damage in mere moments as long as any portion of his body is intact. While this technique does not allow the recreation of completely destroyed vital organs, it can completely regenerate an organ as long as even the smallest amount of tissue remains of it. Blood may also be duplicated on a cell-by-cell basis, making the threat of dying from blood loss virtually non-existent with this technique. This technique can also duplicate organs, so that even if one is completely destroyed, the other remains to take over its function. In addition to simple healing, this technique may rearrange Hidane’s internal anatomy at will, including relocating organs and rearranging veins and arteries to make it more difficult for opponents to accurately strike vital locations on his body.
In addition to this, this technique may be used to create or remove additional parts to his body externally, making his Resurrecciòn form effectively fluid, as he may change it and how it works as he pleases. Some examples of this are changing the way joints in his legs or arms move, lengthening or shortening a limb, generating new limbs, increasing or decreasing the size of parts or the whole of his body, or creating weapon-like protrustions from his body. He may also change simple aesthetics such as the color of his skin or clothing, whether simply or in intricate patterns. Since this technique generates new material by duplicating cells already existing in his body, any material generated exterior of his body is subject to any natural defenses or external buffs as his normal body (i.e. Hierro and other supplementary techniques).
Any externally notable changes (size changes, additional limbs, etc.) are reversed upon exiting Resurrecciòn state, though the effects of any healing done by this technique remain.
Upon mastery of his Ressurreccion state, Hidane's Resurreccion techniques undergo a mutation, gaining additional effects or utilities. Mitosi's mutation allows him to be able to control parts of his body remotely, even if they are completely removed from his central nervous system (i.e. if an arm is cut off, he can control it independently of his own body). This includes every single cell in his body, including (but not limited to) blood, organs, and limbs. This allows him to freely manipulate every single part of his body at will at all times, no matter how heavily injured he is, and makes destroying every cell of his body entirely effectively the only way to kill him in Resurreccion state.
NAME: Necrosi II CLASS: Release TIER: III TYPE: Passive RANGE: Melee DESCRIPTION: While in Resurreccion form, Hidane’s Reiryoku becomes akin to a severe, extremely contagious spiritual virus. When a target is touched by any part of his body, including his blood or any weapons he wields, they become instantly infected, starting at the point of contact. On spiritual beings, this ‘disease’ appears as a black, scab-like cancerous growth at any point(s) of contact; this infected tissue is highly infectious in itself, and can spread the disease further if touched. From there, it will rapidly spread (about three inches per post), and at a two-post delay the affected Reishi of a spiritual being will begin to decay and deteriorate at the same rate as the spread of the cancerous material, making it a rather devastating affliction if not treated immediately. The disease spreads freely until it is cured (either by a high-level [Tier V or higher] healing technique, by Hidane choosing to end it, or by Hidane exiting Resurreccion form [by choice or by death]) or it has claimed its victim’s life, either by causing significant damage to vital organs or simply destroying enough of the target’s body to cause them to die.
In addition, the disease will evolve beyond just the cancerous growths and decay with time. If it has not reached a fatal state (such as reaching the heart or simply decaying away enough of the body) by the fifth post, the victim will experience signs of a fever and frequent fits of coughing, acting as an airborne catalyst to the disease, acting as an additional method to infect the target’s allies within a 5-meter radius. Hidane alone is entirely immune to the disease, though at his will he may remove the infection from chosen targets at any time should he choose to show mercy, or should an ally of his become infected. This technique can cause other symptoms if it comes to damage other important organs or parts of the body (i.e. obvious things like if it damages the eyes, the target goes blind; if it damages one of both lungs, the target will find it difficult or impossible to breath; etc.)
Upon mastery of his Ressurreccion state, Hidane's Resurreccion techniques undergo a mutation, gaining additional effects or utilities. Necrosi's mutation allows Hidane better control over the spiritual 'disease' caused by the original technique, allowing him to hide the visual symptoms of the disease until he wills them to be seen, allowing him to try to catch enemies off-guard as only opponents with Mastered or Specialized Reiatsu Control or those with extensive medical knowledge might be able to sense something wrong before the disease gets far enough along to start inhibiting their combat abilities and general health or likeliness to survive the encounter.

Having returned to his position as a Captain of the Gotei 13, Shinji now wears the traditional Shihakusho and Haori of a Shinigami Captain, though the robe has a slightly wider opening. A small personal addition to the wardrobe is a thin white cloth tied around his neck like a tie and hanging down into the folds of his Shihakusho.
PERSONALITY
Shinji's personality is much more complex than one's first impression of him would suggest. At first glance, Shinji seems completely indifferent to most things and even lazy at times. He acts disinterested in most subjects and likes to try to blow people off and ignore things that people say, simply because often they don't interest him. He is rather sarcastic and jokingly antagonizes people when the opportunity presents itself, and is a rather snide person at times. He often says that he tries to stay out of situations that don't involve him, especially Shinigamis' fights. This side of him seems to be more of a cover than anything, though. Shinji has been shown to have a distinct like for Jazz music.
Though he likes to pretend to be disinterested in most things, Shinji is actually a very committed and dedicated Taichou. He is fiercely loyal to his allies and, though he expresses complaints about it, seems to have no problem with butting in to settle disputes or coach friends of allies along the way. He is very protective of his close friends, especially Sarugaki Hiyori, and has been shown to reveal a very attached and emotional side when someone causes his friends harm. When it comes down to it, Shinji is actually a very serious and devoted person, just he is very good at disguising this fact about himself.
Name: Hadō #72 Shibaku no Hakkō (Strike of White Light) Class: Kido Tier: V Type: Offensive Range: Self Incantation: Purity saturated in Greed. Light that rebukes the gods. The foolish man climbs the winding spire of Babel, only to dip his hands into the heavens before he is struck down! Description: The user coats their hand in a high amount of spiritual energy which is seen as a white glow. The user then attacks with this palm at a target. The attack seems to be a devastating force that can cause a crater 15 square meters in diameter. With incantation the Kidou can be fired as a projectile instead at Cero speed with a 2m diameter and maximum range of 10m.
Name: Hadō #73 Sōren Sōkatsui (Twin Lotus Blue Fire, Crash Down) Class: Kido Tier: V Type: Offensive Range: Medimum-Long (40-50m) Incantation: Mask of blood and flesh, all creation, flutter of wings, ye who bears the name of Man! On the wall of blue flame, inscribe a twin lotus. In the abyss of conflagration, wait at the far heavens. Description: Essentially a doubled version of #33, Sōkatsui, this spell fires a single streams of blue fire at Cero speed with greater potency than the single-shot variety to up to 40m. With incantation the fire gains more momentum up to x5 Cero Speed and only stops when it reaches its maximum range of 50m, running through targets as necessary.
Name: Hadō #84 Kyōdan (Assassin's Bullet) Class: Kido Tier: VI Type: Offensive Range: Medium (35m) Incantation: Scatter the fallen plum petals. The joy of spring has long passed, leaving only the sophora and its draught of drought. Night falls, the savage crow reigns, and the solemn Hound echoes its mourneful cry! Description: The user creates a sphere of black reiatsu in their hand that explodes into hundreds of shards. These shards then fly towards the opponent at Cero speed but instead of piercing the skin, they create reiatsu markings that amplify any pain they receive on the marked area by ten times for the next two posts. The attack is fairly easy to avoid in areas where there is bright light, but in dimly lit areas, the shards are nearly invisible and very difficult to avoid. With incantation, the shard's reiatsu is masked from detection and they do an addition burn damage of Tier IV on the spot of the markings.

HEALING
Name: Keikatsu (Opening Revival) Class: Kido Tier: II-VI Type: Healing Range: Short (<5m) Incantation: n/a Description: A simple healing spell used to heal injuries. Costing Reiatsu depending on the wound, this Kidou surrounds the target in a flash of green light, before starting to heal their injuries. Some internal injuries can be healed, while injuries like cuts in the heart cannot. This technique cannot heal poisons and other ailments.
KIDOU SPECIALISATIONS
Eishōhaki (詠唱破棄, "Incantation Abandonment"): is the skill in which a Kidō practitioner skips using a spoken incantation completely, but it drastically weakens the spell. This is applied as a 1-2 tier drop in the spells power depending on ones Kidou mastery, 2 for Beginner up to Advanced, and 1 for Mastered and above. However this also lowers the spells cooldown to match the lowered tier, to a minimum of Tier I.e.g A Tier IV Kidou be cast with Eishohaki as a tier II, its cooldown will also be the same at 0 posts.
HOLLOW TECHNIQUES
Name: Bala (Hollow Bullet) Class: Cero/Bala Type: Offensive Range: Long range Tier: I Description: A weaker but quicker alternative to regular Cero blasts. The technique hardens the user's spiritual pressure and fires it at around twenty times the speed of a Cero.
Name: Cero (Hollow Flash) Class: Cero/Bala Type: Offensive Range: Long range Tier: IV Description: Are high-powered energy blasts that can be fired from various places on the body. Only Menos, Arrancar, and Vizard have so far been shown to use Cero attacks, and it appears that stronger entities can use it more efficiently.

Name: Shunpo (Flash Steps) Class: Stepping Type: Stepping Range: N/A Tier: I Description: A movement technique that allows the user to move extremely quickly over short distances. The focal point that determines the basis of this technique is speed. Therefore what determines the level of skill in a user for Shunpo is best characterized by how fast one can get from A to B in the least amount of steps.
Name: Sakasa Seken [Inverted World] Class: Release Tier: II Type: Passive (Illusion) Range: 200m Description: Upon release, Sakanade releases a faint pink mist with a pleasant aroma into the air, which can be spread further (reaching the furthest reaches of the techniques range in hardly a moment) by spinning the Zanpakuto's blade in the air. Anyone who smells the mist's scent, with the exception of those Shinji chooses to exclude himself, are brought into his Inverted World. In his illusory world, all directions are reversed; left and right, up and down, front and back are all reversed in terms of eyesight, Reiatsu senses, direction of incoming attacks, location of other people or objects in the world, and injury locations. As such, Shinji boasts that it is nearly impossible for even the brightest minds to overcome their combat instincts in such a way that countering this illusion is made possible, describing it as a trump card based on the trained instincts engraved in the minds of all fighters experienced and inexperienced alike.
Name: Memai [Vertigo] Class: Release Tier: IV Type: Illusion/Offensive Range: 50m Description: Another more recently-trained ability allows Shinji to suddenly increase the effects of Sakasa Seken on a selected target that has succumbed to the illusion. Once chosen, the target will experience a strong sense of vertigo, decreasing their sense of balance and reaction time as well as scrambling their vision as if everything was spinning and bending out of shape. This effect may be kept going for up to six posts.

Shinji’s Bankai appears as a long, snake-like segmented blade with a hilt identical to Sakanade’s Shikai form. Each segment of the blade is about the length of an average katana, connected to either of its adjacent segments by a small but very flexible spherical joint. Each joint has two thin, pink ribbons that hang on each side. The blades can turn in any direction from each other until the blades touch each other. The exact length of the blade has never been measured, but it is long enough to circle around Shinji in a sphere-shaped, cage-like form with a radius of ten yards from the Visored, which formation he can achieve by spinning the base blade by its circular hilt much like he often does his Shikai. The entire blade, including the hilt and joints, is a pale silver-y color with what looks like an almost clay-like texture. On the tip of the last segment is an almost harpoon-like end, though it is rare to even notice that segment and it is actually rarely used. The entirety of the weapon is controlled mostly mentally, and each pair of blades can be detached and reattached via a telekinesis-like control to avoid the blade getting tied up in complex formations, or to remove the base blade (which is identical to Sakanade's Shikai form) for more direct close-range combat.
BANKAI ABILITIES
Name: Souinai Sakasa Seken [Absolute Inverted World] Class: Release Tier: III Type: Passive (Illusion) Range: 200m Description: Upon release of Shinji's Bankai, anyone already captured in his Inverted World will remain as such, and as well anyone not made an exception by Shinji himself who sees or hears the release of the Bankai will also become trapped in the illusion. All of the milder effects of his Shikai will remain in effect, including all levels of the directional disorientation (eyesight, Reiatsu senses, direction of movement, location of people/objects, injury locations, etc. being reversed) as described in Sakasa Seken in his Shikai. This level of the passive illusion also brings about a sense of vertigo in victims of the illusion, causing them to feel dizzy and lose some sense of balance, though it is not quite as strong as Memai in its Shikai form.
Name: Sakasa Baisuto [Inverted Double-Strike] Class: Release Tier: III Type: Offensive Range: Short Description: This technique heavily interplays with Souinai Sakasa Seken. This technique momentarily breaks the boundaries between illusion and reality, creating a simultaneous attack with a real attack played out on someone under Sakasa Seken's effects. When an attack reaches an affected person under the normal Sakasa Seken's effect, the effect displaces the target's senses of sight and hearing so that they may not perceive with sight or sound where the attack is truly coming from. This technique alters this form of the effect, though, so that while the real attack, unable to be seen or heard properly by the target, goes through, another parallel attack in an identical form to the original attack is created from the direction in which the target would see the illusion performing the attack, though this second attack is limited to Tier III in strength. This theoretically eliminates one of very few ways to counter the original Sakasa Seken's effect.
Name: Taoreru [to fall] Class: Release Tier: VII Type: Illusion/Offensive Range: 25m Description: This technique acts as a much more debilitating version of Sakanade's Memai technique, though it doesn't last for as long. While in its spherical cage formation, upon command, the circles in each blade of Sakanade Souinai open, releasing a rough, dust-like material to be circulated within the cage. Those who breath in even a single grain of this dust while already under the effects of Souinai Sakasa Seken will succumb to this technique's effects, causing extreme vertigo to the extent that the victim should not even be able to continue to stand upright, and completely scrambling their vision. The dust may be released and remain indefinitely, though the effects of it can only last for up to three posts for each "batch" of victims (victims must be affected in the same post, triggering the same duration and, thus, the same cooldown together; anyone who breathes in the dust after the effect has already been activated on someone is immune until the cooldown runs out).
[ Physical Appearance ] Nozomi, who goes by the name Zephyria Ioelena, is a slim young woman with a clear, pale complexion and long blonde hair. She stands at roughly five-and-a-half feet tall, with piercing bright green eyes and pristine white teeth. She has a mildly muscular build; not excessively muscular, but certainly toned and not-flabby either. She tends to her hair well, keeping it smooth and long and healthy, with a nice shine to the color. With no scars or birthmarks to speak of, her skin is, to a point, flawless. She keeps her appearance and hygiene to the highest standards possible, as she considers herself a top-class performer and would hate for her audience to perceive her as anything less than ruthlessly meticulous in caring for herself.
[ Outfit ] When she is alone during down times, rarely seen by others, she wears a wide variety of common, modern casual clothing, mostly band t-shirts and shorts. However, when she is expecting to be seen by others, she wears a rather flamboyant costume that is certainly less than modest. She wears a corset-like top, half hot pink and half a deep, cool blue, with pink and purple designs on it, the bottom adorned with a pink, almost lace-like mesh underneath. She wears similarly bi-colored arm warmers that open up in a flower shape at the wrists. She wears a 'skirt' made of five thick books with locks on them (four of which are empty 'spell' books, the fifth of which is a personal transcription of the Shinigami's Kido book she got to train with during CC training), under which she wears a hot pink bikini bottom. Her left, hot pink boot reaches up a few inches above her knee, connected to the bikini bottom with a thin strap, while her right, purple-ish boot ends just below the knee with a cat-like pad reaching just over the knee. Both boots have a pale pink flower-like embellishment at the ankles. Sometimes she completes the look with a pink-and-blue, jester-like hat.
When in spiritual, aka "Shinigami" form, she wears her own personal variation of a Shinigami uniform. Against much protest from her superiors in the Gotei, she dyed the black Shihakusho a bright, hot pink, with the white under-robes dyed a pale purple-ish blue.
Zephyria Ioelena III, Illusionist Extraodinaire!!, has a rather flamboyant personality. She is loud, abrasive, doesn't much care for others' feelings, and only seeks to be as bluntly entertaining as possible. She is loud and tries to be funny, and every once in a while succeeds, and only cares about how she looks and whether she's being overdramatic enough or not. Self-serving, mischievous, and endlessly impulsive, she puts herself above all and does things in her own time. She is a mistress of the highest pedigree, in her own mind at least, and feels not the need to worry about the lives or needs of peasants. As long as they worship the ground she walks on after a show, she's perfectly content with the state of things. She reluctantly works with the Crisis Core and Gotei, but only because they gave her cool powers; most of the time, however, she is indifferent to the suffering of others, only interested in preventing it if the victims can see what's going on and know how spectacular she looked while saving them. She'll often choose to ignore and walk away from dangerous situations as opposed to meddling in them and possibly getting hurt for what she believes is 'no reason'.
Above all, she dislikes being bored to no end, and hates the idea of people telling her what to do or how to live her life. She can't stand uppity do-gooders who think everything is flowers and sunshine, and go out of their way to help others, or at least claim that to be their way of life. She isn't good at taking compliments unless it's about her appearance or performances. She does, however, like to tease others and lure them into a false sense of security; she is ready and willing and excited to have fun at anyone else's emotional (or financial) expense. She likes to be underestimated; the less someone thinks of her, the better off she sees herself as, seeing that attacks an enemy doesn't see coming are usually the most effective.
tl;dr: Zephyria likes to mess with people and have fun, doesn't care for selflessness and protecting people, and doesn't give a rat's ass what anybody else thinks of it.
HISTORY
Zephyria Ioelena was born Nozomi Nakada, a girl born into a family of circus performers, and took on her stage name just about as soon as she could speak and choose things for herself. She was raised with a love for animals and performing, raised and trained personally by her parents until about the age of ten, when they both died in a freak accident during a show. She was in the audience when it happened, but it took several years for her to realize it wasn’t part of the act, by which point she had already made herself near emotionally numb and felt almost nothing from the realization. She spent the next two years still with the circus, travelling around and being cared for by friends and coworkers with circus, until they did a performance near a small city called Karakura Town in Japan, where they left her with a distant relative of her parents.
For her thirteenth birthday, she was taken to see a magic show, which is where she found her love for magic. She spent the next five years learning basic magic tricks and building up a persona, and eventually starting to do shows and build a fan base in town. Soon enough, she began to discover that she had real magical powers as well, which she incorporated into her shows to make them extra-spectacular. Of course, she was often asked how she managed to make the seemingly impossible happen. “A magician girl never reveals her tricks, ye peasants!” she would respond. Eventually she found her magic powers growing more powerful, and that she was beginning to see peculiar monsters around the city, as well as strange black-wearing people chasing and seemingly hunting them.
She took out a few, assuming there were other people to watch, in spectacular and showman-like fashion, but after about a week of semi-committing to this, she cut the act altogether when she realized nobody could see, and thus that it had no entertainment value whatsoever. Nobody’s getting paid, nobody’s getting entertained… what’s the point, right?
It was around that time that she was woken up suddenly in the middle of the night… no, actually, it was less woken up, and more suddenly head-bagged, suffocated, and dragged off to who knows where. Some amount of time later, she woke up bound to an upright table, face-to-face with the ugliest bastard she had ever laid eyes on. The creep introduced himself as Mayuri Kurotsuchi, and explained that due to her spiritual prowess and activities against Hollows (was that what they were called? Lame.), he was going to perform some experiments on her to see how receptive she would be to the powers of the Shinigami, to be brought into some ‘Cookie Cord’ or something like that. Odd name for a sinister experiment, that. “Bring it on, ye ugly bastard!” she recalls shouting in a dramatic fashion, in case it was some kind of TV show prank. The next week was a blur, but the end result through her resilience and snarky attitude was a successful experimentation, after which she was granted the powers of a Shinigami, which she spent the next few months training to her current levels before being properly inducted into the Crisis Core (which she was later corrected on the name of) as the representative of the Kyubantai, the Ninth Division, under Kensei Muguruma.
She wasn’t a big fan of it, especially since her job was to do just the boring thing she’d decided to quit doing just before being abducted, but… hey, at least her squad name was cute!

Zephyria will become completely invisible via Reiatsu sensing to others' basic sensing or Tier I sensing techniques, making them unable to locate her or even sense her presence other than through sight, sound, etc. Other techniques used by Zephy can still be sensed.
REIATSU FEATURES
Zephyria's aura takes the form of a constant, light flurry of translucent pink lotus flowers as opposed to a solid color aura or something more consistently concealing; the area of her Reiatsu is scented with the aroma of a well-kept flower shop, of live flowers of all sorts blended together.

Mask of blood and flesh, all creation, flutter of wings, ye who bears the name of Man! The scorched Earth bears the mark of your bane. The demon waits at the end of the twisted halls of pandemonium, eyes filled with furor, in the torrents of Hell! DESCRIPTION: Fires a screeching arrow-tip shaped blast of crimson flames. NAME: Bakudo #57 Kitai Rakka [Curious Falling Petals] CLASS: Kido TYPE: Binding TIER: IV RANGE: Long INCANTATION: Drink from the overflowing cup! Sate your thirst on the cursed wine of the gods, and blanket yourself in white funeral chrysanthemums! DESCRIPTION: A large white orb of reiatsu appears above the caster and target, then explodes into a flurry of hundreds of white petals. The petals slowly float downwards, harmless in appearance and reiatsu signature. However, Kitai Rakka's true power is shown when the petals make contact with any surface. The stored reiatsu in the petals is released in the form of weight, and the feather-like petals now exert 100 kilograms of pressure each. They blanket over the target, crushing them with their combined mass.

Eishōhaki (詠唱破棄, "Incantation Abandonment"): is the skill in which a Kidō practitioner skips using a spoken incantation completely, but it drastically weakens the spell. This is applied as a 1-2 tier drop in the spells power depending on ones Kidou mastery, 2 for Beginner up to Advanced, and 1 for Mastered and above. However this also lowers the spells cooldown to match the lowered tier, to a minimum of Tier I.e.g A Tier IV Kidou be cast with Eishohaki as a tier II, its cooldown will also be the same at 0 posts.

REIRYOKU TECHNIQUES
NAME: Smokescreen! CLASS: Reiryoku Techniques TYPE: Defensive TIER: II RANGE: 10 meters DESCRIPTION: Using this technique, while standing on the ground or an otherwise flat surface, Zephyria creates a thin disc of Reiryoku roughly an inch and a half below her feet, below the ground/floor. This disc is 5 meters in radius with a small hole cut out in the center around Zephyria herself. This disc bursts upward, shredding the ground or floor between Zephyria and the disc into a fine dust and pushing it into the air, creating a cloud of dust 10 meters in radius. The Reiryoku is infused in the dust as it is stirred up, creating a moderate area within which vision is obscured, as well as Reiatsu senses, allowing for the beginning of an escape~ or sneak attack.
NAME: Mana Discs CLASS: Reiryoku Techniques TYPE: Offensive TIER: IV RANGE: 50 meters DESCRIPTION: Using this technique, Zephyria holds her hands up and creates two discs of bright pink Reiryoku, one above each hand, each about two feet in diameter. She then throws her hands forward, and the discs fly forward towards a pre-determined target. These discs will move to converge on the target, following their movements for up to three posts. They will explode upon contact with the intended target, or otherwise when the duration runs out.
NAME: Mana Cage CLASS: Reiryoku Techniques TYPE: Binding TIER: IV RANGE: 50 meters DESCRIPTION: Using this technique, Zephyria creates a cage or box out of Reiryoku to contain a determined target within. This prison of sorts can either take the form of a bird cage or a rectangular box. The prison can be formed at varying sizes, from small enough to contain a single rat to large enough to contain a Gillian-class Hollow.

This technique is just as quick and can cover the same distance as a Shinigami's Shunpo.

The focal point that determines the basis of this technique is speed. Therefore what determines the level of skill in a user for Shunpo is best characterized by how fast one can get from A to B in the least amount of steps.

NAME: Anima: Spiritus Vitae [Soul: Breath of Life] CLASS: Human Powers TYPE: Supplementary TIER: III RANGE: 50 meters DESCRIPTION: Using this technique, Zephyria extends (or retracts) her Reiatsu to the full range of the technique. Any inanimate object not already influenced by another soul (i.e. meaning non-release items, objects not created by another character’s techniques, or otherwise items being held or in the possession of anotehr character) within this field of Reiatsu may then be granted ‘life’, via a constant, sub-conscious form of telekinesis; it is less a direct form of control, and more Zephyria using her Reiatsu to instill her ‘will’ into objects to make them do whatever she wants them to at a moment’s notice. Objects under her influence, when not augmented by other techniques, are granted Tier III durability and attacking power, unless the item in question is already more durable/stronger. She may freely control any and all objects in range of the technique within their individual physical constraints (i.e. she cannot make a sheet of rock bend in half without snapping it).
NAME: Anima: In Exemplum Subversionis [Soul: Overthrow] CLASS: Human Powers TYPE: Binding TIER: VI RANGE: 50 meters DESCRIPTION: Using this technique, an advanced form of Spiritus Vitae, Zephyria may overthrow control of objects under the influence of the souls of others (this includes sealed Release items [i.e. sealed Dolls, a Fullbring's item before release, sealed Zanpakuto, etc.). This technique overthrows control of such objects and then places them under her control for up to four posts. At one advantage, she may take control of inanimate, normal objects held or in the possession of others. At two advantages, she can take control of spiritually active, non-release items held by or in possession of others. At three advantages, she can overthrow control of others' sealed release items (Zanpakuto, sealed Doll, etc.). Overthrowing control of spiritual (non-release) items will prevent them from using its techniques until duration of the technique runs out, or otherwise if Zephy ends it early. At four or more advantages, Zephy may overthrow control of others' bodies. Overthrowing another character's body, even at such an advantage, requires OOC permission. This technique may only take control of one item at a time, but does not limit the effects of Spiritus Vitae.
NAME: Augeo: Armis [Augment: Armament] CLASS: Human Powers TYPE: Supplementary TIER: IV-VI RANGE: 50 meters DESCRIPTION: Using this technique, Zephyria may increase the capabilities of objects under her influence. Anything this augmentation is applied to by her will gain attacking power and durability equal to the Tier used for a short period of time. Unless via Augeo: Compostura, Zephy must physically touch the object she intends to augment. The duration of the augmentation is limited by the upper extent allowed per Tier used, and once objects are augmented more cannot be added to the augmentation until after the cooldown has run its course.
NAME: Augeo: Compostura [Augment: Connection] CLASS: Human Powers TYPE: Supplementary TIER: III RANGE: 50 meters DESCRIPTION: Using this technique, Zephyria may create a link between herself and any individual objects or clusters she has control over. She must physically touch objects to apply this Augeo. All objects under this Augeo, as well as Zephy herself, share in buffs, including Augeo: Armis and any buffs applied to Zephy herself. In addition, Zephy may launch any Kido or Reiryoku Techniques from the location of any object she has linked via this Augeo. This technique may only link Zephy to up to five individual objects/clusters (see Anima: Chimaeram below), and the connection cannot be disrupted by any means other than her exiting her released state.
NAME: Anima: Chimaeram [Soul: Chimera] CLASS: Human Powers TYPE: Supplementary TIER: IV RANGE: 50 meters DESCRIPTION: Using this technique, Zephy may bring two or more individual objects together and seal them together with Reiryoku, forming them into a "cluster"; points of contact between each other will act as joints, but together they will be considered one "object" as a cluster, and in most cases clusters will take the form of a familiar creature or object and function within the normal physical characteristics of the represented animal/object, despite further intricate possibilities. Once objects are linked together, they remain so until Zephyria exits her release state. For one post the collective 'chimera' of objects gains Tier IV durability and attacking power momentarily before being transferred as a cluster to the influence of Spiritus Vitae, after which it will operate under the Tier constraints of that technique and any other buffs in play.
NAME: Anima: Ultimum Judicium [Soul: Final Judgment] CLASS: Human Powers TYPE: Offensive TIER: V RANGE: 50 meters DESCRIPTION: This technique, intended as a "big bang" to finish out Zephyria's "show", allows her to, at any time, well up Reiryoku in one or more of the objects or clusters under her control, causing them to discharge the Reiryoku in the form of a short-range explosion (or several, if from more than one object, though they must be in close proximity to each other) of Tier V magnitude. The physical objects will remain unchanged and without damage, however, as the Reiryoku is forced to the outside of the object and then release outward from there. Objects 'detonated' by this technique will remain under the influence of Spiritus Vitae.

SEALED FORM
As a Dual Zanpakuto wielder, Zephy carries two sealed Zanpakuto; when drawn, her right hand wields Tenjitsu, the Sun, a 70-cm katana with a shimmering yellow hue to the blade, with a guard like the golden sun itself and a white hilt wrapped in orange cloth. In her left hand she wields Getsuei, the Moon, a 50-cm wakizashi with a pale blue hue to blade, a black guard like two crescent moons reaching outward, and a black hilt wrapped in dark blue cloth.
As a Dual Zanpakuto wielder, Zephy has two Zanpakuto spirits; Tenjitsu [Sunlight] and Getsuei [Moonlight]. The two are represented by the sun and moon in the sky in her Inner World; however, they appear as cartoonish versions with deranged faces [see above]. When in the sky, they appear very large, each taking up a decent portion of the visible sky. However, to directly interact with Zephy, they fall beyond the horizon and appear as a smaller representation, roughly three meters in diameter in this form, within the colosseum in Zephy's inner world. Under normal circumstances, only one of them may take this form at any time; the other remains in the sky, where they can speak, but no more than that.
SPIRIT PERSONALITY
[ Tenjitsu ] Tenjitsu, the Sun, is loud and bright and confident. No amount of determination could sour his eternal buzz as he makes sure his voice is the one to rise above all. He has no problem putting Zephy or others down; he does it with the best intentions, though it comes off as purely rude and derogatory. With no class or finesse to speak of, Tenjitsu is the type to wander about doing as he pleases with no regard for Zephy, Getsuei, or anything about the world around him. With an entirely self-centered mind, the only thing that matters to him is his own will and that his powers are being used properly... even if it means he has to bully his way to the forefront and test Zephy's resolve by trying to break her in the process.
[ Getsuei ] Getsuei, the Moon, while none kinder than Tenjitsu, has a much more subtle, discriminatory demeanor than Tenjitsu. He is a spirit of rules and hierarchy, and believes in scolding without hostility in his lessons for Zephy. Snide and two-faced, Getsuei is a cold instigator of problems, using subtle words and phrases to express his disdain for the world and of Zephyria's constant clowning around. Getsuei is the old, strict teacher of her spirits, an avatar of high class authority and superiority. He cares not for the world or Zephyria's happiness, only that she acts with dignity and uses her power efficiently and for the betterment of the world and to build a good reputation, with no care for the actual well-being of any individual. Getsuei's world is a world of justice and order, with harsh retribution for those who defy it.
INNER WORLD
Zephy's Inner World takes the form of a rather large Colosseum, that appears to be on a mountaintop, due to the clear skies and nothing else visible from within. Her Inner World is considerably small, as she is contained within the Colosseum, unable to go beyond the diameter of the arena floor. Depending on which spirits are in the sky, the time of day will either appear to be day (if Tenjitsu is in the sky), night (if Getsuei is in the sky), or if both are in the sky, the sky behind them takes on the appearance of being dusk or dawn, as though the sun were rising or setting all along the visible horizon. Each spirit, in their smaller sprite form, carries an aura around them, Tenjitsu radiating light as though the sun itself, Getsuei seeming to suck sunlight out of the air about it.
SHIKAI
Zephyria's Shikai is unique in the way that it takes two "forms", only one of her Spirits being able to take prominence in Shikai form at any time. Tenjitsu, the Sun, must be released during the day, or in direct sunlight, while Getsuei must be released in the absence of sunlight, in the dark of night. In the case of dawn or dusk, when the sun is just peeking over the horizon or just falling beneath it, either may be released, but should Tenjitsu lose the light of the sun, or should it fall directly on Getsuei, they will be sealed away with a one-post cooldown before the other can be released as punishment to Zephyria for pushing her Zanpakuto's limits.
SHIKAI APPEARANCE
As only one of the sun or moon may claim dominance over the sky at any time, Tenjitsu Getsuei has two 'releases', one for either spirit. The overall release form remains the same between the two, with some aesthetic visual differences, though overall it changes more physically for Zephy than a normal Shikai.
[ General ] When released in Shikai form, her Zanpakuto turn into two flail-type weapons, each with a four-meter change. Tenjitsu, wielded in her right hand, has a flail head shaped like the sun itself, with curved blades sticking out in most directions, with only one spot clear of blades, where there is a thick ring connecting the head to the chain. The head appears to be hollow and made of an orange, translucent crystalline material. The handle is a 40cm white pole wrapped in orange cloth, similar to the hilt of his sealed form. Getsuei, wielded in her left hand, has a flail head shaped like a crescent moon, the points pointed outwards from the chain, the chain connected via a thick ring in the middle of the concave end of the head. Getsuei's head appears, like Tenjitsu, to be hollow and made of a translucent crystalline material, though Getsuei is a pale blue color instead. His chain is a dark, rusty blue, and his handle is a 40cm black pole wrapped in dark blue cloth.
[ Tenjitsu ] If Tenjitsu is called, Zephy's costume changes color, turning from its purple-and-pinks color scheme to black, orange, and yellow. Her hair gains an orange-ish hue, and Tenjitsu's flail head shines with a bright orange light, while Getsuei's remains lightless.
[ Getsuei ] In a similar fashion, if Getsuei is called, her costume changes to a white-and-blue color scheme, her hair taking on a pale, almost silvery color. Getsuei's flail head glows with a pale blue light, while Tenjitsu remains lightless.
SHIKAI ABILITIES
Due to the nature of Zephyria's Shikai, the exact effects of each technique vary based on which of her Zanpakuto spirits has been called. In essence, they function the same, but in varying or opposing degrees depending on which 'release' she has called out.
NAME: Hikari [Light] CLASS: Zanpakuto Spirit TYPE: Passive TIER: II RANGE: 100 meters DESCRIPTION: This technique blinds all within range of the technique. This is done by various means, depending on which spirit has been called out. If Zephy's Shikai was released with Tenjitsu was called out, then Tenjitsu will constantly release a blinding, radiant sunlight, forcing all within range to either close their eyes or risk damage to their eyes should they keep them open, either way mostly if not completely blind to all that is happening around them. This can be countered with proper eye protection, such as suitable sunglasses. Alternatively, when Zephyria calls out her Shikai through Getsuei, all light is absorbed from within range of the technique, dropping anyone within into complete and total darkness. Any items or techniques that produce light are limited in range to shedding light in a radius of two feet around the user. Zephyria is, naturally, immune to either of these effects, and can see fine with no risks during either of these conditions.
NAME: Kandan [Extremes of Temperature] CLASS: Zanpakuto Release TYPE: Offensive / Defensive / Supplementary TIER: II-IV RANGE: 50 meters DESCRIPTION: Tenjitsu and Getsuei respectively control the extremes of temperature in their realm. When Zephyria releases her Shikai, she gains control of the temperature within range of this technique, through which the effect varies based on which spirit was called out. If she released through Tenjitsu, she can increase the temperature in the range of this technique as she pleases, controlling it from a point of 20 degrees Celcius (room temperature) and up, to the point where she can cause the very air to catch fire in controlled bursts. If Getsuei is released, as opposed to Tenjitsu, the range of control falls below 20 degrees Celcius, to the extent to which she can freeze targeted objects or beings in controlled bursts, and even freeze particles in the air to create weapons or objects with durability matching the Tier used. Zephyria herself is, naturally, immune to the effects of this technique as well.
NAME: Genki [Stamina] CLASS: Zanpakuto Release TYPE: Passive / Supplementary TIER: II-III RANGE: 50 meters DESCRIPTION: When released, Zephyria's Shikai affects the natural capabilities of all within range of this technique. If the Zanpakuto is released through Tenjitsu, the embodiment of the flaming sun, all within range are imbued with a certain sense of power, granting a passive x2 Strength buff that can be activated at will by Zephyria to increase to a x3 strength buff. Getsuei, the embodiment of the night's call to rest, causes all within range to suffer a 0.5x (half) Speed debuff, that can be increased to a 0.25x (quarter) debuff at Zephyria's will. Unlike this Shikai's other techniques, Zephyria is subject to the effects of this technique as well as all within range.
NAME: Bouken [Risk] CLASS: Zanpakuto Spirit TYPE: Supplementary TIER: III RANGE: 100 meters DESCRIPTION: The final aspect of Tenjitsu Getsuei's Shikai is that of the risk factors of day and night. This technique allows Zephyria to launch any attack or technique at her disposal from any point within her Shikai's range. While her Shikai is released, Zephyria may place the 'source point' of any technique she uses at any point within the range of her Shikai (100 meters) without actually being at the point of origin, though she cannot launch a technique from closer than ten meters from the intended target.

[ Physical Appearance ] Natalia appears as a frail young girl, standing at about 5'4" with medium-long messy white hair and piercing blue eyes. Her complexion is unusually pale over her slim, muscular frame. With little to speak of in the way of curves, she values her physique in higher regard and trusts her somewhat unorthodox mystique to cover for her when needed. She has a missing ring finger on her right hand, with a scar on the knuckle where it once was, as well as a small scar just below her right eye.
Natalia's mask fragments are two small rib-like protrusions, one under each of her ears, fairly well hidden away by her hair. Her Hollow hole lies in the middle of her neck, about three inches above her collarbone, about 2.5 inches in diameter. Her hole causes her voice to be light and scratchy, though it does not render her altogether mute.
[ Outfit ] Natalia wears a rather provocative outfit, contrasting with her calm and dispassionate demeanor. She wears black leather-like pants with a belt and buckles, and a slim strip of black cloth around her chest. She wears long black boots over black translucent black leggings, and a black strip of leather around her forehead, under her hair, and extends to work as an eye patch that covers a large portion of the right side of her face. Over this, she usually either wears a black cape-like cloak, or a white Numero's jacket she scavenged from Las Noches after Aizen's forces were all but defeated.
Pagetonas, her Zanpakuto that takes the form of a rifle, is always secured to her hip via a strap latched onto her belt.
Natalia's Reiatsu feels cold and humid, causing anything within its area of influence to give off a soft, light sky blue glow.
HOLLOW TECHNIQUES
NAME: Cope de Nieve Esparcir [Snowflake Scatter] CLASS: Hollow Technique TIER: II TYPE: Offensive RANGE: 50 Radial Meters DESCRIPTION: This ability allows the caster to call forth what looks to be snowflake like shrunken or kunai knives from their hands up to one hundred of them as they float around in the air until a command word is shout or a snap of the fingers as they fly towards their target and try to pierce their skin with their sharpness while using their hands to control the path of the ice like weapons. As they keep on doing this until the victim is cut into ribbons or all of the ice shards were destroyed. The caster can make up to the max number of one hundred of these shards or lower as they take up little reiatsu to use and once they are broken, if at advantage, the opponent will suffer a freezing sensation on the skin and freeze the body, but still leaves a cold trail of reiatsu around them as it slightly increases the chances of them freezing with each crystal they break but the caster cannot use any other ability otherwise they would lose control and disable the ability.
NAME: Ensombreza Cobija [Shadow Blanket] CLASS: Hollow Technique TIER: III TYPE: Defensive RANGE: 25 meters/Self DESCRIPTION: The user shoots reiryoku into their own shadow, pulling it up around them like a thick, dark, slightly transparent blanket, hence the name. This is among the absolute fastest of all Hollow techniques in execution speed, being used for a last minute defense against fast attacks, such as Bala. One of the only weaknesses of this technique is that while the user is shielded with their own shadow, so too are they incapable of moving, until the shield is broken or dissipated by the user. The user is also capable of using this shadowy cover to trap an opponent at half bala speeds, using the target's shadow. The shadow can only rise up 7 feet from the ground to engulf either the user or the target, however once it comes in contact with what it is meant to cover, it can stretch over even the largest Gillian.
NAME: Misil [Missiles] CLASS: Hollow Technique TIER: III TYPE: Offensive RANGE: 100 meters DESCRIPTION: Gathering reiatsu on the hand, the user can fire off five different reiatsu missiles, at a size equal to arrows. As the missiles are fired off, they will fly, at half bala speeds, in a wide area, before meeting together on the targeted area and exploding on a two yards range.
NAME: Repulsión [Repulse] CLASS: Hollow Technique TIER: III TYPE: Offensive RANGE: 100 meters DESCRIPTION: Thrusting a limb toward the target, it sends a force of suppressed reiatsu that pushes the target back.
CERO / BALA
NAME: Bala [Hollow Bullet] CLASS: Cero/Bala TIER: I TYPE: Offensive RANGE: 100 Meters DESCRIPTION: A weaker but quicker alternative to regular Cero blasts. The technique hardens the user's spiritual pressure and fires it at around twenty times the speed of a Cero.
NAME: Cero [Hollow Flash] CLASS: Cero/Bala TIER: IV TYPE: Offensive RANGE: 100 Meters DESCRIPTION: Are high-powered energy blasts that can be fired from various places on the body. Only Menos, Arrancar, and Vizard have so far been shown to use Cero attacks, and it appears that stronger entities can use it more efficiently.

NAME: Pyrovoló ex Enédras Mk I [Snipe] CLASS: Weapon Skill TIER: III TYPE: Offensive RANGE: 50 meters DESCRIPTION: Natalia concentrates her Reiryoku into a small, hard, pointed ice crystal in the barrel of her sealed Pagetonas. She then compresses a bubble of Reiryoku right behind the bullet in the barrel for one post, before setting up and steadying her sights. Pulling Pagetonas' trigger causes a pin in the barrel to 'pop' the bubble of Reiryoku and make it push the bullet out, shooting the bullet at Bala speeds.
STEPPING TECHNIQUES
NAME: Sonido [Resounding Revolution] CLASS: Stepping TIER: I TYPE: Stepping RANGE: N/A DESCRIPTION: Is the Arrancar equivalent of the Shinigami flash steps; it allows the user to travel at incredibly high speeds for short distances. Use of Sonido is punctuated by a brief static sound, in contrast to the "swish" sound used for Shunpo.
Pagetonas' sealed form appears as a black-and-silver hunting rifle. While not necessarily useful in melee combat, she mostly uses it as a catalyst for her Cero and Bala, as well as potentially other techniques.
RESURRECCIÓN APPEARANCE
When Natalia enters Resurreccion form, her mask fragments recover to a full, rounded visor over her eyes with large fin-like wings expanding to entirely cover her ears. Her entire body from about an inch below her Hollow hole down is covered in a skin-tight black suit. The Hollow hole itself grows an inch in diameter. High, slim boots of bone-like material form over her feet, shaped like bird-like talons, the boots reaching up almost to her knees. White lines frame the sides of her black suit, leading up her sides and down her arms to large, paw-like gauntlets of bone that encompass her hands and a majority of her forearms. Each gauntlet has a large hole in the palm, similar to her Hollow hole but roughly five inches in diameter. The gauntlets extent an extra 1.5 inches beyond that, with five sharp claws at the end each. From her back sprouts two wings of bone, frames alone with thin films of ice stretching beneath them, elastic like the wings of a bat.
Underneath her visor, her left eye, usually covered otherwise, turns a pale pink color.
RESURRECCIÓN ABILITIES
NAME: Arktikós [Arctic] Class: Resurreccion Tier: II Type: Passive Range: Long (100 meters) Description: Upon release of Natalia's Resurreccion, the temperature in a 100-meter radius around her drops to a temperature of -20°C over the course of four posts, causing frost and ice to almost immediately begin to coat everything within range. This technique stays active for as long as Natalia remains in a released state, and thus the ice and frost only spread further and further with time. This technique incurs a 0.5x Speed debuff on all other than herself within range of this technique.
Name: Anatínaxi [Blast Chilling] Class: Resurreccion Tier: IV Type: Binding Range: 100 meters Description: To use this technique, Natalia creates an orb of ice roughly six inches in diameter between the holes in her palms. She then launches this orb at Cero speeds towards a chosen target. The orb may, with Natalia's direct control, curve to follow movements of the target, and will continue to pursue the target until it either strikes its mark or has traveled 100 meters. Upon contact with the target or an obstruction, it will explode, creating a rough crystal of ice roughly 1.5 meters in diameter in an attempt to freeze part of the target and limit their movements between the frozen portion and the weight of the crystal. While this technique doesn't necessarily damage the target, it is intended to line up the target for a more aggressive follow-up.
Name: Kryopágima [Frostbite] Class: Resurreccion Tier: IV Type: Offensive / Binding Range: Melee/100 meters Description: A more offensive twist on Anatínaxi, this technique has Natalia fire up to three large spikes of ice from the holes in her palms. These travel at half Bala speeds but only bring about the full damage of the technique if all three strike the target. If one spike hits the target, it strikes for Tier II damage and momentarily halts the target. A second spike brings the damage level up to Tier III, and incurs a 0.25x (quarter) speed debuff on the target for two posts (does not stack with her Ress's passive debuff). If all three spikes strike the target, it hits with Tier IV force, and its effects vary based on advantages. If Natalia is at a disadvantage of 1 point or more, the Speed debuff is extended another two posts. If Natalia is at an advantage of no more than 1 point, the duration of the Speed debuff is extended by three posts, and if the spike pierces the target, it works to freeze the entire body, including the bloodstream and organs, over a duration of two posts. At 2+ advantages, the effects are the same as at equal or one advantage, except that the cold may seep through skin-based defenses like Hierro and Blut, freezing the target completely over a duration of three posts if the condition is not treated properly. The spikes can curve and follow targets like Anatínaxi can, but only when controlled directly by Natalia.
Name: Kósmo tou Págou [World of Ice] Class: Resurreccion Tier: III Type: Defensive/Illusion Range: 100 meters Description: Using this technique, Natalia can retreat into surfaces of ice or frost created through the use of her Resurreccion. While within, her form appears on the surface of the ice, and can be damaged if struck the same as if she had her normal physical form, however she is able to create any number of images or visual illusions on surfaces of ice and frost within the range of the technique, making it hard to find her real body as her Reiatsu seems to spread throughout the ice and frost within her domain. If there is no ice in the area by some means, Natalia will not be able to use this technique due to lack of its catalyst. If her ice is suddenly melted while she is inside the ice, she will simply exit the ice as it melts wherever her original form happens to be within the ice.
