PERSONALITY Clayton is a chaotic menace who would rather draw on someone than talk things out. When it comes to planning for a job, Clayton has a very clear head and generally absorbs information and detail quickly as he's learned that acting recklessly will get you killed, however, when there isn't a prize on the line or when provoked too much Clayton will fire on anyone and anything that gets in his way.
Likes: The smell of gunpowder, stealing, generally causing chaos, bar fights, money, women, fast cars
Dislikes: Rules, talking, inaction, "heroes", gun control

| BATTLE SKILLS Name: Train Hopping Class: Reiryoku Tech Tier: III Type: Supplementary Range: 25 meters Description: The user chooses two objects, after contact has been made (from either either Clayton or a non-release attack he's made) and a short duration the user's hand and the objects chosen begin to glow and then the two objects become bound to one another. Damage will be shared between the two object equally, meaning that (after damage calculation) a tier 3 attack for example will hurt both parties as though it were tier 1.5 (this will always round down), if used on a person they will feel a tugging sensation. This can be resisted at equal advantages or higher. ITEMS Clayton carries a revolver named Sandstorm that is airbrushed to look dull yellow similar to the color of desert sand; it's strapped to his left side. REIATSU FEATURES Clayton's reiatsu is dull yellow like desert sand and it smells of spent gunpowder. HUMAN POWERS |

RELEASE APPEARANCE As Clayton releases sand swirls around his left hand and a second identical revolver appears. HUMAN ABILITIES Name: Sidearm Class: Release Tier: III Type: Offensive. Range: Self Description: Clayton's second gun, Money Shot, is loaded with special "Mirage Bullets" these bullets have the potential to change properties when acted upon by another ability; at their base though they are reiatsu based bullets that travel at half-bala speeds and deal damage which is calculated normally. Clayton can fire six shots before he needs to reload which can be done simply by taking a moment to pump the gun with spiritual energy.
Name: Watch Your Step Class: Release Tier: III Type: Supplementary Range: 25 meters Description: Clayton fires two shots at half-bala speeds, one from each of his guns, that are charged spiritually. As the bullets travel they are attracted to each other and begin to rotate around one another. These bullets deal no damage, but they do siphon wind resistance and friction in their wake in at the end of their range. This allows for faster movement in the air and on the ground (equivalent to a x2 speed buff) but takes away the ability to stop yourself when moving on the ground seeing as there's no friction to interfere.
Name: The Quick and the Dead Class: Release Tier: III Type: Offensive/Defensive Range: 15 meters Description: Clayton fans the hammer on Sandstorm, as the bullets hit their max range they explode into a 10 meter cloud of sand. Clayton can reactive this tech to harden the sand trapping opponents for up to 4 posts or blocking incoming attacks based on advatages. These bullets travel at half-bala speeds.
Name: Don't Blink Class: Release Tier: III Type: Offensive Range: 25 meters Description: Clayton fires a "Mirage Bullet" from Money Shot that moves at half-bala speeds, by uttering the phrase "Don't Blink" the bullet will change properties into a "Blink Shot". When this shot hits an enemy, it will then dissipate and reappear 3 meters away in front of the target before attempting to do damage a second time, though travelling at cero speeds.

Name: Train Hopping
- You would either need to make it so that you have to have made a connection with the object, or person, or what have you, to be affected by this technique. This can either be done by touch, or by hitting/striking your opponent with an attack. Since this is a reiryoku technique, you cannot make connections using your release.
Name: Russian Roulette
- If I am reading Blink correctly, this will make your opponent teleport back 3 meters? As per the guide rules, Teleportation techniques are disallowed for releases. Boom seems to Augment the damage for your next shot, which the guide states the only things you can augment are speed, natural speed, and agility
"Augmentations do not affect techniques or normal attacks directly. Instead they give a number of advantages to either Hand-to-Hand (strength) or Stepping mastery (speed), determined by the multiplier used as shown below."
And finally, Bank would be too much to consider to have an effect that lasts three posts. Given that you only fire it once and the other effects seem to only have a one time use kind of thing.
All in all for this technique, having multiple unique effects for one technique is disallowed since we operate on a limit for techniques across all the ranks, yes, there is a limit to how many techniques a character at cap rank can have, having three separate effects for one technique of which are not directly related is strictly disallowed.

- How long do these clouds stay up? How long can you keep your opponent enclosed? What is the radius of the clouds when the bullets explode?

Edits to the pictures have been made.
Train Hopping- Edits made
Russian Roulette- Reworked the entire ability and as such the edits requested are no longer required. The tech is more simplistic in nature.
The quick and the dead- Edits made
Don't Blink- Removed a previous ability and replaced it with the blink shot itself. The Blink shot doesn't teleport enemies, sorry for that miscommunication, it essentially moves itself to the previous location and tries to hit again, although at lessened speed.

Watch your step ~ do the bullets hover around you or something? i dont understand how firing bullets gives you a 2x speed buff here.

Wowwee it's been a bit. I've no idea if this is arched or not, but Watch Your Step doesn't hover around me; it moves forward in straight line. The speed buff comes from the fact that friction and wind resistance disappear in the wake of the bullets, so anything that moves while in there is buffed.
