MASTERY IMPROVEMENT TEMPLATE
Mastery: Fullbring Current Mastery Level: Above Average Desired Mastery Level: Advanced Thread Links: Reason: Gage has show through many threads his use, and control of his fuolbring. He has also on several occasion been assisted in sealing the portions of his fullbring that would have made it difficult to control. While he has not gained his fifth technique he has gained access to it so he can learn it later on. His fullbring has also developed from being an outward blast of energy to a more confined, inward torrent of energy. No longer a molten Iron he is now more of a hardened steel. His other techniques have increased in strength also, ranging from one Tier V to two Tier VII's. GENERAL IMPROVEMENT

He even was able to get his Reiyoku Techniques to Above Average and learn several techniques through the manipulation of reiatsu. Kickboxing is incredibly popular, acting as both a self-defense martial art and a incredibly praised sport. American Kickboxing, while second to Muay Thai in power, is quick and agile, pronouncing enough power to knock out even the most of elder fighters. American Kickboxing focuses more on the fists and punching, the kicks and kneeling techniques only being used as a follow up to a group of punches.
American Kickboxing is common in most gyms, and is easily picked up by somebody with no knowledge. Training Kickboxing doesn't always require a second person, but it is best for blocks, and dodging to have two people rather then just you and a punching bag.

With assault the user manipulates his own energy and draws on the destructive energies of the world around him creating effects like fire, wind, earth manipulation, water control and varying degrees of each of those combined with practice. As a Tier II ability the fastest that he can create these offensive abilities is at Bala Speeds, Tier III being Half Bala and Tier IV+ being Cero.

The fastest that a defense can be erected is Bala at Tier II, Half Bala at Tier III and Cero at Tier IV+.

Be that style binding the target with a cave of earth, lightning zapping their system, flaming handcuffs, water ropes tying them in place or even ice to freeze them in place. All of these effects follow the same rules for binding that can leave the target a little tied up all the way to frozen in space until released based on advantages.

By coating a body with a variety of elements the user is able to increase their strength and speed by varying amounts up to a maximum of x3. While the appearance of this technique can be different with each use its effects must follow the same rules. Tier I gives a x2 to either speed or strength, Tier II give x2 to both stats, Tier III would give a x2 to one and a x3 to the other while Tier IV gives a x3 to both. Tier IV's duration cannot extend beyond three posts, the cool down being double the duration of the technique. This ability can be used on a nearby ally should they be willing to accept the boost to power.

However sometimes one can breath life into an object or element that he can manipulate with their Soul Communication to accomplish a task on their own as a being of their own mind. Summons here can be sustained at Tier IV for up to 6 posts, each Tier lower being easier to sustain at Tier III-7 posts and Tier II-8 posts. The Tier I summons have no maximum duration with bare minimum masteries. With each summon the base mastery focus can change as per element so while styles and appearance of the summons may be different they will always have one mastery at the same level as their creation Tier. Tier I is beginner, Tier II is Below Average, Tier III is Average and Tier IV is Above Average. All other masteries are two levels below this mastery. All Summons in this technique are able to make ranged attacks as long as they are at Tier IV or above, anything less being restricted to melee fighting.

It’s at first initiated by pulling on the soul of the ground or air beneath their feet, in which Fullbringers can increase its elasticity to bounce off objects, turn quickly, enhance jumping ability or slightly boost physical strikes as well as the ordinary high-speed movement. This allows the user to wield their weapon using their energy if they choose but when damage is dealt from a weapon attack the weaker of the two masteries deals the damage. This also allows the user to wield more than one weapon at a time, doubling the amount of weapons by taking a -1 advantage to damage without a technique. [Two weapons at -1 advantage, four weapons at -2 advantages, 8 weapons at -3 advantages, 16 weapons at -4 advantages, 32 weapons at -5 advantages...]
Note: This technique does itself not deal damage, it merely wields the weapons that deal the damage and as such there is no technique associated to the damage.

This technique can only heal a Tier II damage per use such as minor bruising and small cuts this would take a great deal of time to heal major lacerations from a blade or even a broken bone. As such this technique cannot be performed in the heat of battle.

Just before contact the second half of this tech is completed activating the shield. Exerting the energy in the direction of the incoming attack the energy forms a three foot wide shield that is .5 meters away with a Tier III strength to intercept the attack.

This flame can be fueled to make a bolt of fire, a flame thrower if the fire is constantly fueled, a exploding orb of energy is charged into the flame and thrown out to contact the target and a variety of other forms all decided by how the user inserts his energy into the fire and manipulates its end form to include walls of fire, flame arrows and even a hand held flame weapon that can only exist for one post. Any time that this technique is used in an AoE form it takes on the disadvantages of being an AoE. This techniques maximum speed is Bala, dealing at max a Tier II damage.

When the flame grows to this level it can no longer be formed into handheld weapons as it is too hot to the touch. This technique can still be used in Flame throwers, lazers, walls of fire, exploding flame orbs and even flame arrows. This techniques max speed is Half Bala and deals a maximum of Tier III damage.

At this point the flame can still be manipulated into walls and flamethrowers but finite control, like making a flame arrow, is too dangerous as that would require pulling the flame too close to the body. This technique still is able to be fired off as an exploding orb but not as a lazer anymore, the energy being too volatile to contain in a sharp edged lazer. This technique moves at Cero speeds and deals a Tier IV damage on contact with its target.

Conforming to the back's natural shape it is both as hard as steel but at the same time flexible in all its joints losing no mobility in the torso, no more than two inches thick while stored. The plating on the surface of this back mounted unit is colored blue with chromed accents. When Gage wishes to have it be discrete he is able to mount it inside a backpack out of sight, shredding the cloth of the backpack when he dons it. Through the use of hundreds of high powered servos and numerous micro motors he is able to grab two small handles mounted to the back of the shoulders and pull the plating and motors out in a long strand, one for each arm. Once both his arms are extended the plating on each strand's rotate around and bolt themselves into place to cover all exposed skin on the arms and hands like a futuristic plate armor. Along with the armor a pair of barrels mount themselves to the back of his left arm with two one and a half foot long 1" thick rods inside them. On the back of his right arm a single five inch long 50 cal barrel with a breach at its rear allows separate ammunition to be fired from in a single shot fashion, having to be reloaded after each shot. On top of this plating coming up and over his shoulders along with plating coming around from under his arms both cover cover his torso. In all this conversion takes only a couple of seconds providing 100% coverage of his hands, arms, shoulders and lower neck down to the bottom of his rib cage. This transformation takes a maybe three seconds, or less than one post to perform.
The power source of this item is 'Harmonized Boracite' each set into two rings, in the Fullbringer symbol on his back, producing both heat and a low green light. This single power source produces four Giga Joules of energy, just shy of a barrel of oil a second. Around the power cell is a layer of photo-voltic cells turning the light coming from the power cell into straight electricity while the second layer is a thermo-voltic cell, turning the heat radiation from the power cell into electricity leaving no light or heat coming from the power cell. The Boracite produces nearly eight times as much energy when heated with a Tier III worth of heat. That heat can be redirected directly from the Boracite to fuel itself into a never ending controlled reaction. By venting the heat the energy production can be dialed back to safe proportions, this can also be done through soul communication, directly cooling the Boracite.
The actual armor plating is made of ultralight thin Harmonized steel that has been spiritually reinforced so that it is still durable and mobile [Material- Harmonized Steel]. The wiring and servos are all made of a mixture of Harmonized Steel and Harmonized Copper [Material- Harmonized Copper]. Activating this pile driver places it in its weaponized mode, locking both of the rods to the rear. Upon connecting with a punch this weapon fires, launching both rods forward with devastating force before locking them in the forward position until a one post cool down passes. Sized for a 50 Cal AE weapon it has no shell. Its base is a Harmonized Steel disk, .5" across with four steel wires extending up to a wire ring that houses a red Copper Boracite gem. Around all of that is a thin layer of strengthened Harmonized Copper made so that it is clear. When the hammer from the weapon impacts the base of the firing cap a small amount of kinetic energy is energy is imparted to the Boracite crystal. Boracite being a gem that is Piezoelectric, produces electricity when it is subject to mechanical stress. This small insertion of kinetic electricity is able produce enough energy for the Harmonized copper to convert that electricity into spiritual energy. That spiritual energy is released in the form of a red bolt similar to that of a bullet, traveling at Bala speeds but does not do Tier'ed damage. The only part of this item that requires materials of note is the Copper Borocite Gem. This was accomplished through the melding of the copper with borocite at a 10%/90% ratio. To achieve maximum adhesion the two souls must be purified and then coalesced together under a flame exceeding temperatures of 1,000C. This round travels at Bala speeds and has the piercing qualities of a sealed zanpakto. For Gage that item is his hands, the thing that he believes that he can reach out and 'grasp' his future, able to make a true difference in the world. While not uniquely special in their own right Gage thinks that with his hands he is able to manipulate his gift of being a Fullbringer into a blessing even though all through his past it has been nothing but a curse on him and his parents. A couple of things to note of his hands however is that from his youth and having to get into the occasional fist fight he has left white scars on his knuckles from missing and skinning them on walls. He also has a three inch scar on his left hand where he cut himself with a kitchen knife trying to slice an apple. To release now red energy like flames spread from his knuckles over his body like he was doused in spiritual gasoline that ignited. His eyes are red glints of light, no mouth or nose to be seen along with no ears on the side of his head. His clothing has all become black, no longer being burnt off, matching the pitch black shade of his skin and hair. In the middle of his chest a hole is formed, similar to that of a hollows. Finally whispy black smoke floats upwards off him in tufts as it appears that his body is smouldering. When ever he speaks rather than a mouth forming a red light shines from where his mouth would have been as a sign that he is speaking. Similar to both Blut and Heirro it grants damage reduction and protection but not durability so the body will not be more resistant to re-percussive damage. This gives Gage's body a passive Tier III defense that manifests in the hardening of his entire body including skin, muscle, bone and organs as he surges Reiatsu through his body making him more resistant to melee damage as well as spiritual attacks. This ability stacks with his spiritual potency mastery so that it counts as Soul Resilience when it is mastered while his Fullbring is active. This perk also grants him a +2 tier boost to his Spiritual Potency defensive damage reduction but at no point can the damage reduction exceed Tier IV.
This changes his Spiritual Potency mastery description as follows while Fullbring is active. This energy, attaching to the foreign energy, cancels it out so that neither is left, nullifying all techniques with the strength of a Tier III passively from foreign sources when ever they enter within the 25m radius. This ability can also be throttled up to a supplementary form so that it can effect Tiers IV and V. This technique has no effect on techniques that are within a targets body however when the energy exits the body it is immediately under the effects of this technique.
[b]Name[/b]: Demonic Impact [b]Class[/b]: Release [b]Tier[/b]: III-VII [b]Type[/b]: Defensive [b]Range[/b]: Personal [b]Description[/b]: The body is a sturdy thing, resilient and powerful when it needs to be. While in his Fullbring Release Gage's body becomes harder, sturdier and more resistant to damage whenever struck. Gages body gains the defensive properties of a Tier III defense tech until he is no longer able to either sustain this technique or willingly deactivates it. This resistance to injury is calculated before his Spiritual Potency, damage counting as if it had to pass through a shell to do any damage. While this technique is active Gages skin fades slightly to black, growing darker with his mastery, currently a deep black. This ability has a duration of seven posts where at the end of its duration it demands another payment of Tier III strength or it fades away. Gage is also able to spike the strength of this technique all the way up to Tier VII adjusting the cool down duration accordingly.
[b]Name[/b]: Blood Claws 'Ketsueki Tsume' [b]Class[/b]: Release [b]Tier[/b]: II-VII [b]Type[/b]: Offensive/Binding [b]Range[/b]: 10m [b]Description[/b]: By activating this ability blood surges from Gage's body in large volumes in what seems like an endless amount. This blood seeming to defy gravity, floats about in what appears to be a gravitational well around him, slowly circling his body. This blood is apart of Gage's body, able to be manipulated and controlled by his instinct to lash out and cut, whip, bash, drown and even form into a massive hand that you can grasp with binding the target. While in release this blood also is able to form a weapon that he can use in melee, its form being reminiscent to that of a sword with a bright green glowing gem set in its cross guard. While wielding this blade as a release weapon he is not able to use Ketsueki Tsume at all. [b]Drawback[/b]: Using the melee weapon makes it impossible to use this weapon but the can be switched between in an instant. They just cannot be used simultaneously. If this technique is performed it places the Release Offensive type or the Release Binding into the appropriate cool down.
[b]Name[/b]: Hollows Roar 'Yūrei no hōkō' [b]Class[/b]: Release [b]Tier[/b]: IV-V [b]Type[/b]: Offensive [b]Range[/b]: 100m [b]Description[/b]: By charging an orb of red energy into the palm or mouth Gage is able to unleash a blast of energy in the form of a beam. This beam is able to be anything from 1 foot wide in a concentrated beam to a straight 90 degree cone taking on the disadvantages of an AoE when used as such. This attack moves at Cero Speeds and deals the same damage as its tier.

Passively this is shown as a x3 speed and strength as it is a Bankai level release. By paying a Tier IV he is able to increase that to a x4 stats for 3 posts. By paying a Tier VI he is able to increase that to a x5 for both stats for 3 posts. Both of these cause a six post cooldown of the supplementary release techniques but the passive version of this technique can still be used.
BATTLE NOTE : CLAD Damage self restriction - Using the Item Creation as a general guide line for damage taken I am giving my fullbring '+7' durability points for my ADVANCED Release mastery level. When ever he takes a Tier IV damage he loses a single durability point, the count going up by one for each level higher tier he takes damage from. As his 'durability' decreases his armor coverage decreases on his body.
