Plot details: Having previously visited an old library and bought a map from a sketchy old man, Kvothe takes a trip into a dessert that he's never heard of before in order to find out more information about a series of books named "The Axiem Chronicles" these books are supposedly based in fact and detail events that happened in the past involving Quincies and Shinigami and a group named Axiem. Though the spiritual races aren't mentioned by name and the book is presented as a fantasy series, Kvothe sees the similarities and embarks on the quest, though he is urged to not use his powers. These 10 posts detail his first "encounter" with the blanks and mysterious weapons known as etchers. This small plot is the genesis for a larger plot that I'm attempting to get rolling and am currently recruiting for. More details on Blanks, Etchers, and Axiem will be available in the events following this small exposition.
