HISTORY
In the days of old those of Anton's culture revered him as a sage for his wisdom and supernatural abilities. In his culture he was known as a Loom Watcher. Loom Watchers were renowned for their ability to read the strings that the weavers of the village created. Watchers would then speak prophecies and the will of their gods "the makers". It was believed that each generation produced a watcher that would go on to lead the village: Anton Newl was not this person. Before he became the sage that everyone looked up to, Anton was a lonely child; he was born into a family that didn't have much in the way of prospects. His father was a hunter gatherer who was killed in an excursion. The beast that killed him was invisible according to those that made it back with their lives (not their bodies per say) intact. Anton wept for a time, but before long a new pang of grief thrust itself through his heart. When Anton was 17 his mother was taken from their village by the chief of a a village that was comprised primarily raiders. As he was old enough to be considered a man, Anton accompanied the retrieval party. It was on this scouting mission that he first realized he had the ability to see the paths of fate. Using it, he navigated those from his village around the battlefield with ease. Upon returning he met with village elder, Tut, who spoke with him at length about what it meant to be a Loom Watcher, satisfied with his demeanor Tut trained Anton in the ways of the loom. With the teachings of his village elder, Anton went on to overcome his life of poverty. He climbed the ranks against all odds and eventually became the elder of the village that had once seen him as nothing more than a poor orphan. Under his careful, watchful eye the village prospered until the day he saw something unspeakable within the loom. The strings read that a tragedy would befall them caused by none other than Anton himself. Anton followed the string that bound him to the tragedy, abandoning his village only to realize all too late that it was the act of leaving in and of itself that caused the village to fall. Without his guiding hand the village fell to chaos before being attacked by raiders; everything he knew was gone and it was his fault. Feeling that there was no way to atone for this, but also being the last of his kind, Anton wandered the world taking care to never get to close for fear of tragedy befalling the people and the world he had come to care about. It wasn't long until Anton found himself at death's door. He had learned much in his lifetime, but one thing he still knew nothing about was what waited for him after this world no longer needed him. Would he meet the makers or would he be banished for keeping his power a secret due to his own insecurities regarding the fate of his village? No matter what happened he could not stop it so it was better for him to just accept it. He was surprised at what the afterlife held for him. A second chance to remain a step ahead of cataclysm was worth any amount of practice and training, and thus, Anton became a Shinigami.

League of Legends - Ryze – @theraptorgod
Description: A simple healing spell used to heal injuries. Costing Reiatsu depending on the wound, this Kidou surrounds the target in a flash of green light, before starting to heal their injuries. Some internal injuries can be healed, while injuries like cuts in the heart cannot. This technique cannot heal poisons and other ailments.
Name: Meiyu (Luminous Healing) *
Class: Kido
Type: Healing
Tier: II - VI
Range: 10 Meter Radius
Incantation: Unknown
Description: Taking the idea of Keikatsu, Meiyu is another healing technique that functions on an area of effect. This is able to heal up to five people around the caster. The restrictions, costs and durations for healing are the same as Keikatsu, but for each person that is within the area, the cost is not spread over everyone but for each person that needs healing. Thus this is a technique that saves time for healing multiple people, adding a total of 2 posts to each duration for each person.
Incantation: A gentle rain calls forth autumn straw. Sprout and surround.
Description: Creates a thin barrier of green reiatsu around a target. While within the coat, the target's wounds and vitals are numbed and fixed at a stable level, allowing transportation without risk of further injury. However, this kido does not heal or restrain them: that would require use of other techniques.
Eishōhaki (詠唱破棄, "Incantation Abandonment"): is the skill in which a Kidō practitioner skips using a spoken incantation completely, but it drastically weakens the spell. This is applied as a 1-2 tier drop in the spells power depending on ones Kidou mastery, 2 for Beginner up to Advanced, and 1 for Mastered and above. However this also lowers the spells cooldown to match the lowered tier, to a minimum of Tier I.e.g A Tier IV Kidou be cast with Eishohaki as a tier II, its cooldown will also be the same at 0 posts.

The strings that are normally invisible to normal people become visible when Ay enters Shikai, however, if someone is making their presence their string will be masked as well.
SHIKAI ABILITIES
Name: Spirit Stitching Class: Release Tier: IV Type: Healing Range: 55 meters Description: Ay gathers as many strings of fate as he chooses and attaches them to a target of his choosing, including himself, turning them blue. So long as he takes no offensive actions, the targets will be healed to the same level as the target or for the duration of this tech (6 posts) whichever comes first. If he attempts to heal more than four people at a time the time it takes to heal will be increased by 1 post per person according to the healing guide. These strings attach automatically through contact with Ay or his Zanakuto. He can also "fire" them at cero speeds at which point they attach when contact is made. The healing on this tech extends up to 3rd degree burns and lacerations and the strings can be cut at equal or higher advantages.
Name: Soul Mates Class: Release Tier: IV Type: Offensive Range: 50 meters Description: Ay can grab a string attached to anyone, turn it red and attach to himself causing the two of them to become "fated". A fated target receives the same effects (damage, debuff, etc) that Ay receives based on advantages for up to 4 posts. (At higher advantages the target receives 2x the effect, at equal advantages the effects are the same and at lower advantages the target receives .5x the effect.) These strings can be applies via contact with Ay or his Zanpakuto or fired at cero speeds and can be cut at equal or higher advantages.
Name: Impending Storm Class: Release Tier: IV Type: Offensive Range: 50 meters Description: Ay attaches a yellow string to his target(s) these strings are connected via spiritual energy, and Ay can send a shockwave through them that deals damage and arcs to nearby opponents (up to 3 opponents within 5 meters of the target). Ay can only affect up to 3 people with the strings at a time and they can be connected via contact with Ay himself, his Zanpakuto or fired at cero speeds.
Name: Set in Stone Class: Release Tier: IV Type: Defensive/Binding Range: 50 meters Description: Ay attaches a green string to his opponent that is extremely conductive. Each time an opponent uses a spritual attack the string pulses a brighter green and fires reiatsu back at equal force up to tier IV in an attempt to clash with the incoming tech, while also generating charges. Once 3 charges have been generated, Ay can reactivate this tech to incur an advatage based stun within his target for the remainder of the post duration,or 3 posts depending on which is greater. This tech has a duration of 6 posts. Strings utilized in this tech can be applied via contact with Ay or his Zanpakuto or fired at Cero speeds; they can only be cut at equal or higher advantages.
You cannot reconfigure the technique as both a defensive and then a healing technique. As you are putting your complete tier of power to the defensive nature of this tech, what power is left to heal an ally(ies), not to mention at expedited speeds.
Name: Give and Take
You won't be able to move at these high speeds, just letting you know... please fix.
Name: Spirit Stitching
Please indicate what can be healed within this duration. Are we talking about simple cuts, bruises, broken bones, damaged organs? I know there's a lot in the guide, but your techniques will still need to have these things clarified especially at a release level. Also, how would you attach the strings? Is it automatic?
Name: Spirit Stitching
Feeding off the last question from the above technique, you would not be able to attach a connection to yourself and an opponent automatically. You would need to make some kind of contact it, via physical touch, or by striking your opponent with your zanpakuto. Also, how long does this connection last, and can it be broken by any other means other than a reiatsu burst?
Name: Weaving Destiny
While it is not exactly predicting your opponent's movements or actions, you are still setting up a reaction to automatically take place when one of your presumed conditions have been met. For something like this to even work, you would have to presume the opponent's abilities and arsenal of techniques, something that under normal circumstances is not something your character would be able to even discern. He does not have knowledge of every single technique or every single release. As is, this technique will be denied due to being able to set up automatic reactions/defenses to your opponent's actions.
Name: Set in Stone
The ability to weaken or completely negate attacks before they happen is considered "Seal" type techniques, which can only be learned upon reaching Specialized Mastery in Racial Specific Skills (Kido, Cero/Bala, Soul Absorption... etc) - This is not allowed as a release technique.
We proud few- The tech itself doesn't heal; it's a defensive tech that makes it easier to heal others. I changed the wording so that the way the tech functions is more clear.
Give and Take- Removed that character movement aspect. I think that fixes things.
Spirit Stitching- Added health levels according to the guide, string speeds and strength.
Soul Mates- Added string speeds and durabilities
Weaving Destiny- I was aware that precognition was disallowed. The tech is actually impossible to use unless you have knowledge of the other players techniques. This doesn't give me knowledge of them, simply rewards me for taking the time to understand my opponent. I'm not trying to difficult haha I'm sorry if it appears that way. I'm just unsure why it's disallowed. Would the tech be more in line if I simply made it fire off attacks at a specified time rather than in response to an opponent or is buffering disallowed altogether? (I did change the wording of the tech so that there was no "move reading" of any sort.)
Set in stone- The wording on this tech probably isn't clear; I wasn't attempting to weaken the attack before it happened. This functions more like a shield that responds to a tech and clashes with it. Wording has been changed so hopefully that takes care of that.
I understand what you are saying, but you cannot accelerate the process of healing, as healing is strictly dictated by your healing mastery. You cannot augment/buff healing as per our guides.
Name: Weaving Destiny
Once again, I know it isn't given you that precognitive skill, but it is giving you some kind of preconceived auto reaction to specific events. I don't mind trap type techs that activate upon proximity, but to give it those kinds of specific stipulations and to react with your own techniques to add on to it would not be acceptable.
Not trying to be hard either, just making sure that things are to the standard
Soul Mates ~ can the opponent cut this string themselves or is it only you who can cut them, also if you inflict damage on yourself does your opponent also take damage?
