So, if I use Soul Synchro while my release is active, I know I lose the release advantages, but do I keep the Shikai level construct and the x3 passive buffs that are part of my human powers? If not, do I need to make some sort of toned-down version of those buffs that takes effect during Soul Synchro, or do I just not have the human power passives during Synchro?

Been meaning to clear this up for a while. I know this is somewhat confusing the guides and we're actually working to fix it. Passives are always tier I, including in release. The reason we let people note that their passive are II and III in the various stages of release is to signify that they can be more complex and have higher effects. So when losing your release advantages these return to being tier I passives with all the downgrading that entails.

Alright. What about the weapon construct that human powers get on release? Does that maintain the same durability that it had before Soul Synchro or is it downgraded as well? It doesn't have a technique tier so I'm not sure what that does.

I believe it maintains its release construct status.
