HISTORY
"You want to know about 'Rose Killer' Carmilla? Fine, boy. Take a seat."
The hooded woman beckons the young child to a nearby alleyway. There he seats himself down upon a dumpster, whilst the woman finds herself content to rest against the opposite wall. With a grin hidden by the shadows, she begins to spin the tale of the infamous killer.
No records exist of Carmilla's early life. None know her birth name, and even she claimed to have forgotten it years later. Dropped off at an orphanage in London, the young girl was picked up by a prestigious, rich family known as the Chevalier family line. Her adoptive father was a sweet, kind man who frequently deposited vast amounts of his fortune into building and maintaining the very kind of orphanage that he found his daughter in. She was named Carmilla, and given every advantage a child of Victorian England could be given. She was taught to speak properly, carry herself with a regal air, and only be dressed in the finest of clothes. But there was always something... off about Carmilla. Something that caused her adopted siblings to stay away from her. She frequently expressed a detachment with the world around her, and even the doctors of Victorian England were unable to tell what was wrong with her. When she attempted to explain her ability to see ghostly figures around her, her adoptive parents merely attributed it to fatigue and told her to get some rest. But rest wasn't what she would be getting at night. Instead, she roamed the streets of London, and began to devour these souls as instincts decreed. This wouldn't last for too much longer, as Carmilla came across a group of black robed figures each armed with weapons. Though they drew their swords and attempted to kill her, one by one they would fall due to the interruption of a large man clad in a dark cloak. Carmilla was soon whisked away from her home, and a call went out to the local police that the young girl had been kidnapped.
The man introduced himself as Vladimir, "Vlad" for short, and began to explain what he was and what that mystical creature he had summoned alongside himself to fight the black robed figures - labeled "Shinigami" - was. Carmilla learned more in the company of Vlad, who became a surrogate father figure of hers, than she ever would have learned alongside her real parents. After several decades passed, Carmilla began to realize that her body was no longer aging. Eternal beauty at the minimal price of devouring souls? An easy trade, no doubt. During the first decade, Carmilla came across a constable that recognized her as the woman the Chevalier family head was looking for. As he approached her, beckoning her over with a kind smile and an extended hand, Carmilla's psychosis overtook her. Vladimir handed her a small dagger, and before the man had a chance to question who Vladimir was, Carmilla drove the knife right into his chest and leaped on top of his body as it fell down, stabbing him over and over and over, well past the required amount of stabs needed to kill him. Something inside of her vibrated intensely, and before she knew it she was grinding her teeth into the man's neck, draining him not only of his blood but also of his soul. The feeling was a euphoric high that Carmilla had never experienced before, and Vladimir informed her that this is what it meant to be a Bount. They called them vampires, after all, so it was only fitting. As Vladimir and Carmilla cruised on through the decades, they gained a strong bond that was borderline romantic. Vladimir would assist Carmilla in defending herself from Shinigami and police alike, while Carmilla would repay him by luring in victims that the pair could attack and drain, while also paying him in sexual favors. The two resumed their life of murder and lust until Carmilla's hundredth birthday.
Carmilla's hundred birthday was the day Vladimir decided that she was finally ready to summon her own Doll. The ritual was complex, and it took a great deal of time before Carmilla could acquire the necessary items, but summoning her own Doll for the first time felt like a brand new accomplishment in her life. It was a small lion cub whose essence became tied to a rosary worn around Carmilla's neck, which she loved and cared for deeply. Naming it "Leo", Carmilla would spend a great many years training her powers while also consistently dragging in victims alongside Vladimir. As Carmilla's powers grew, so too did her reputation. She became known as the "Rose Killer" due to constantly leaving freshly picked roses upon the dried husks that had become of her victims, and legends of a "beautiful seductress vampire" spread all across England and even extended to other far reaches of the United Kingdom. Leo also appeared to have a human form he was able to shift into, showing up as a child no older than eight years old. As Leo grew into a large lion, as well as the form of a twenty-year old male in a butler's uniform whom served Carmilla as her faithful assistant, Vladimir began to grow jealous of the bond between Carmilla and her Doll. Claiming that Carmilla was "his", Vladimir attempted to attack Leo but was stricken down by Carmilla. Claiming that she had always wanted to kill Vlad, saving "the best for last", Carmilla unleashed the full fury of her powers and defeated Vladimir, but let Leo devour him, letting Leo savor the "seasoned" victim. Saddened that she was unable to drain Vlad's soul, for it dissipated into thin air, Carmilla let out a loud shriek of laughter that was followed be a fierce roar from Leo. Satisfied, the two left Whitechapel for good, deciding to start anew in England's countryside.
As time passed, Carmilla began to amass a large "coven" of fellow Bounts, as well as rogue Shinigami and even a few escaped Mod Souls. Each of the ones who swore allegiance to the mystifying Carmilla only referred to her by the title of "Countess", with those slipping up by referring to her as the "Rose Killer" being killed on the spot. Nowadays, Carmilla resumes living as the head of her own personal coven, living in her manor erected in the contrasting countryside of the European country. Currently she resumes her life as a mass killer, frequently making excursions around the world and to a variety of different locations, with a great deal of her victims being captured by those under her command and brought back to her manor where she gleefully tortures them before slaughtering them in a variety of cruel, deadly methods. Most of the time, however, she will torture them until they've hit their limit, force them to succumb to fear, then drain them of their blood while devouring their soul, feeding their corpses to her Doll. It is rumored that those who speak out against the Countess herself end up nothing more than food for her Doll, and it is also rumored that a group of Bounts attempted a coup d'état and utterly failed, which required at least twenty years to rebuild parts of the manor that had been destroyed while also seeking out new members of the coven to fill the spots of the ones who died in the bloody "civil war" between those loyal to Carmilla and those disgusted with her twisted ways.
"'Rose Killer' Carmilla sounds dangerous. I hope I never meet her..."
The boy hops down from the dumpster and smiles nervously, but soon finds his shirt grasped by a thrusting hand coming from the cloaked figure. Slowly the hood comes down, and the boy finds himself face to face with the Countess herself, fangs she fashioned herself out of her teeth glistening in the moonlight. An ear piercing shriek fills the night air as Carmilla digs those fangs into the boy's supple neck, splattering blood across the walls of the alleyway. After she devours the boy's soul, she turns toward her Doll, whom grins maliciously in his human-looking form.
"Well, Leo, will you clean this up for me?"
"Gladly, Countess."
All that can be heard by any passerby is a feminine giggle as Carmilla's Doll transmogrifies itself into it's true form, devouring the corpse of the young boy messily.
Name: Kamizaiten (Godly Veil of Unsightly Flesh) ** Class: Reishi Technique Tier: II Type: Supplementary Range: Self Description: With this technique, one is able to form a field of spirit particles that reflects any kind of reiatsu-sensing skill. In addition, it also masks any kind of item or power one possesses, making them look like a weak, powerless human, thus becoming virtually invisible to any spiritual being.
Name: Tokukonki (Protective Light Wall) ** Class: Reishi Technique Tier: III Type: Defensive Range: 20 Meters Description: This technique allows one to gather spirit particles into a tough shield that protects them from many kinds of attacks. Although the shield does not last very long (around 2 posts), it is an invaluable technique that has saved the lives of countless reishi users.
Name: Ablenkung (Deflect) ** Class: Reishi Technique Tier: III Type: Offensive Range: 20 Meters Description: Pointing with any selected finger, the user fires off a blast of compressed Reishi, at the half the speed of Bala. This technique is designed to push back the opponent with a strong gust of energy, making it hard on the opponent to resist the continuous force against their entire body.
Name: Kujo (Expulsion) ** Class: Reishi Technique Tier: III Type: Defensive Range: 25 Meter Radius Description: A simple defensive technique in which a short area around the user has its reishi tampered with for two posts, so that the spirit particles become extremely dense and heavily weigh down anyone else who comes within range, allowing them to make a quick escape or get a free shot in. Opponents suffer a x2 decay in their overall Speed and maneuverability when coming into range of this effect.

DOLL PERSONALITY
Staunchly loyal and silent unless spoken to, Leo at first appears to be a very loyal lion/butler servant of Carmilla's. It's only when Carmilla addresses him or that something piques his interest that one notices a dark shift in his personality. Leo is just as dark as his master, and shows this in the ominous way he speaks. It's mainly the tone of his voice, but other subtle nuances such as the way he lifts his sleeve to his mouth when speaking of something downright evil or the way he will close the distance between himself and a victim slowly while taunting them. Leo also exhibits his savagery when in his lion form, always having an irritable expression while swiping with his claws or attacking with overtly vicious bites.
Name: Transmogrify. Class: Zeige Dich. Tier: I. Type: Supplementary. Range: 200m maximum, self minimum. Description: "Transmogrify" is the ability Leo uses to change between his "Human" looking form and his "Lion"/"True" form. It's instant with no CD. It's also important to note that within his Human form, Leo's nails become "claws" reminiscent of in his lion form.
Name: Bloodmage. Class: Zeige Dich. Tier: III. Type: Offensive. Range: 100m maximum. Description: "Bloodmage" is the main ability utilized by Carmilla's doll, Leo, and is only usable when he is in his "Human" form. By moving his hands around, Leo is able to manipulate his own blood and turn it into a weapon. Through this technique, Leo is able to send out crescent shaped waves of blood that strike an opponent for Tier III blunt damage provided advantages calculate properly. Leo is able to fire out three of these before the ability goes on CD, and the CD is reliant on how many he uses. (Each time he uses one counts as 1 post, meaning that if the duration is instant (one crescent) the CD is 1 post, if it is two posts (two crescents) the CD is 4 posts, and if it is three posts (all three crescents) the CD is 6 posts.) Each crescent moves at half-bala speed.
Name: Bloodsucker. Class: Zeige Dich. Tier: IV. Type: Offensive. Range: Melee. Description: "Bloodsucker" is the strongest offensive ability used by Carmilla's doll, Leo, when in his "Human" form and is only usable within this form. Blood vessels fire out of the tips of Leo's fingers (one per finger) and should they attach themselves to an opponent, they begin to suck the opponent's blood at Cero speed provided the advantages add up. The vessels themselves also move at Cero speed. The ability's duration can range from 1 post to the maximum allowed of 6, and the CD is dependent on how long the ability is used for. (If the ability is used for the minimum 1 post duration the CD is 2 posts, if used for 2 then 4, if used for 3 then 6, if used for 4 then 8, if used for 5 then 10, and if used for the maximum duration of 6 the CD is a whopping 12 posts)
Name: Blood Wall. Class: Zeige Dich. Tier: IV. Type: Defensive. Range: 20m maximum. Description: "Blood Wall" is a defense ability used by Carmilla's doll, Leo, when in his "Human" form. Leo creates a 20m by 10m wall made out of solidified blood, protecting those behind it from attacks Tier IV and below provided advantages calculate properly. This wall is able to stay up for a maximum of 6 posts and suffers a CD proportionate to how long the wall was up. (So if it was up only instantly it would suffer 1 post, for 2 posts it would suffer a 4 post CD, for 3 posts it would suffer a 6 post CD, for 4 posts a 8 post CD, for 5 posts a 10 post CD, and for the full 6 posts the maximum 12 post CD)
If all three are used, wouldn't the Cool Down duration be six posts? And what is the speed of the technique? Tier IV and above cap at Cero speed
Name: Sonic Roar.
If this is an area of effect, then range is limited to 50 radial meters... at which point the potency of the damage for the area of effect is decreased by at least one tier. Also, if you are in cooldown for one offensive technique, you will be in cool down for all offensive techniques. You might think about lowering this to tier III so you have at least one offensive technique you can use while the others are in cooldown. Also, you need a speed for this technique. Please clarify the concerns and make the appropriate adjustments.
At a tier III or lower, no cooldown is needed since you decreased this techs tier.
Name: Bloodsucker.
So what kind of effects or damage will the opponent suffer? Blood sucking isn't really an effect, doesn't tell me anything... the "Average" human body holds approximately 6-8 pints of blood... so what are we looking at in terms of how this would really affect the opponent.
