a cold wind blew across the almost lifeless white sands of Hueco Mundo: the nightmares that commit atrocities against humans laid below the feet of all of this land's residents. the reason for this fact was simple in theory and practicality: humans were too weak to provide sustenance for the adjhuchas and vasto lordes that called this desolate wasteland home; although we ignore the arrancars that sometimes roam the sands because they live in Las Noches, even after Aizen's fall it still remained the arrancar's home instead of going back to a vasto lordes. there was one peculiar adjhuchas wandering the rolling waves of sand, being able to be seen easily due to the large glowing blue eye looking around as well as the traces of sonido that he used, practising it while he was not facing enemies although not too much that it would hinder him in battle if one surprisingly came up. this hunched and chitinous but relatively humanoid being allowed his sight to roam across everywhere he could see: aiming for something he could hunt and devour or better yet: a strong opponent he could fight and gain power from. at that time he did another sonido, moving forwards to move his sight forwards in an attempt to find someone
Sometimes Theocelese found himself enjoying the eternal night of Hueco Mundo out in the dunes. In his previous life, he would have found this place one never ending trail to ride a sand buggy on, but now it was just a means to achieve some piece and quiet. Although he would have preferred to be next to an ocean, hell, he'd take a lake or a small pond at this point, the current area would suffice. Despite the fact it was just the same all around in the next ten miles, anywhere he went, it was just sand. There would be the occasional quarrel, but that was natural, and even if he wanted to watch the gladitorial beasts combat one another, his presence would probably either kill them or scare them off. That's why he took to the desert when he couldn't stand the light fixtures and concrete dome. It was so...restful. On a rare occasion, a Hollow would saunter on by. Either one who knew him, or didn't know well enough to not start trouble. When the large-eyed Adjuchas came within viewing distance, he lit up a cigarette and folded his notebook closed and the pen inside it. With some eagerness hidden in his permanently half-scowl, he watched and waited. It was either another kill, or a conversation...and Theocelese was finding himself well wanting conversations these days.
the adhjuchas saw the being about the same time as his newfound target. through instinct he headed towards the man but in his mind he was confused. there is no hollow like him? and the items he is using give rise to no distant memory... so they've got to be from the world of the living. is he an arrancar? a vasto lordes? he looked more... human than what he'd expect a vasto lordes or arrancar to be... could he be some kind of special human? he wasn't a soul reaper because he wasn't clothed like one... who was this new entity? with that the adjuchas stepped the rest of the way to the man only to be assaulted with a higher spiritual pressure than he had felt before. staring at the man since his right eye didn't close he thought how he should address the man. "you're a vasto lordes right?" honestly he could've thought of something better but that question just sort of came out... probably due to the mental instability of going through being a gillian for at least a century "may we... what was the word? okay I can't think of it. may we fight but not kill each other? I want to become a vasto lordes so I will need to fight one later on but I want to learn about fighting more powerful opponents since a vasto will always be more powerful so I must beat one with skill when I am stronger."
“First lesson, you get for free.” Theocelese began with a look and tone of unamusement. “You, as you are, and you as you will be, will never see combat with those of the pinnacle of a Hollow’s evolution.”
Theocelese eyed the Hollow, his own squinting to size up the being before him and internally, thinking how much he would have had to hold back to keep the thing from perishing. A slip of the arm, or something too powerful wouldn’t set the Hollow on the right path. Without word, Theocelese stood up and dusted himself off from the sand of the vast desert. With a brow now raised, Theocelese held out one finger, aimed at the Hollow in a silent accusation. Whatever was going through his head, the Hollow may never know, but for the time being, this Hollow was in luck. Theocelese found himself in...higher spirits than normal.
“Move back ten paces. No, make that twenty. I tell you this now, don’t you dare cower before me or beg for mercy. You get none of that here. I will go at you with a level I deem appropriate, and since you are asking me for aid...and I in turn can gain nothing from you, I do not want to hear babbling. The only thing that I can ask from you is you give it your all. But..before we can even begin, Hollow, what name or moniker do you assume?”
the hollow listened to Theoclese talk, stating that he would never be able to fight someone at the level of a vasto which he intended to change, the thought of one of the beings he wanted to become stating he would never reach that point honestly irritated him, he doubted that the man could gauge his potential from just one small interaction like this so underestimating him would be bad in the long run if the hollow in front of him took offense to this but he was patient, he was asking a lot of the hollow in front of him after all, especially if the level that separated them seemed to be that huge. it was then that the pinnacle of hollow evolution pointed to the weakling to take twenty paces back which he did in a single sonido, preparing for him to begin only to get an explanation of what Theocles didn't want him to do, no cowering and no begging for mercy which he didn't want anyway. "thank you for giving me the chance to discover the power of a vasto, I hope that I entertain you even slightly in this battle. as for cowering or begging for mercy, I will not do any such thing as it would make it impossible later if I cower in a spar... oh that's the word. but anyway, should I start in release or not?"
“You do as you wish, but know this, we're all different. That is a good place to start, what you encounter with me will be extremely different than any Vasto Lorde you face. I am a...unique breed, amongst our kind. I am blessed with the shield of my people, where many other Arrancar are born into such a form with a sword. I will not be using it, you are of no threat to me, Hollow. Now, let us begin. Make your way to me, that is your first objective.” He spoke with disappointment. The only thing that mattered to him at this point in time was what he would call the Adjuchas. No name was given, not even some miniscule title. He'd get it out of the Hollow, either way. Theocelese swiped at the air, launching a torrent of Bala at the Adjuchas. Hundreds of fast, but very weak attacks meant to eliminate the ability to just dodge everything that came at the Hollow's way. If he wished to go unscathed, he would have to push himself and his ability to use Sonido to do so. Though that was the very first, initial wave. At the halfway mark, Theocelese would send another barrage of the energy bullets twice in number. If the Adjuchas would up taking a few, or even many hits, as long as he could stand afterwards all that he need do is walk the rest of the way.
It was another day, she was on a stroll through the horrid desert she lived in. Well not horrid, she didn't mind it here but it was often dreadfully boring unless she ran into other hollow. At that point they were either food, or would mouth off and end up dying a meaningless death. Well maybe not meaningless, as long as they managed to give her some small amount of entertainment. More often than not though it was usually an unclassified mouthing off to her because of her size then she would simply get angry and destroy them out of rage.
Lately though she hadn't come by any hollows, which would usually be a bad thing, but she'd eaten not that long ago and at the moment didn't really crave anything else to stave off the souls within her trying to pull her back down into the masses. This wasn't something she couldn't allow. Being that ever since she became a hollow she was being looked down on because of her size, her personality took a turn where she desired most on their knees when in her presence. That included the souls within her and any who dared to stand against her would face her wrath.
Her train of thought broke as a volley of bala flew by right in front of her face. Being caught off guard and stunned by surprise she didn't notice the one that came and struck her in the side of the head. She went flying a few meters, the rest flying above of her tiny body now laying on the ground of course after being pummelled by a few more bala before she even landed. As the barrage came to an end she stood to her feet, injured and angered. It seems she would be getting into a fight today after all. She turned into the direction the bala came from and sensed two reiatsu signatures from that direction, though one was a might larger than the other. Well more than a might, the gap was huge, but she didn't care. No one hit her and just got off like that.
She ran towards the beings she sensed her horn already glowing red as she charged her cero. She wouldn't show mercy, she wanted them to feel pain. She moved as fast as her tiny legs would carry her, which was surprisingly fast for any stranger watching. It didn't take her long to see the two figures. As soon as she was within range her head lowered slightly and the red burst of light erupted as the deadly beam shot across the sands at the two beings. She would make them suffer for their insolence.
{Spoiler}Name: Cero (Hollow Flash) Class: Cero/Bala Type: Offensive Range: 100 Meters Tier: IV Description: Are high-powered energy blasts that can be fired from various places on the body. Only Menos, Arrancar, and Vizard have so far been shown to use Cero attacks, and it appears that stronger entities can use it more efficiently.
Ryth listened to the vasto intently, despite how he may appear he deeply respected the vasto for giving him the chance to learn how to deal with an overpowering force so when he found that the being was of a special breed he inwardly beamed. to find a special case would be especially good considering he needed to learn how to use his skills to outmatch others with more power so to have someone with technique it would be excellent with that his memory finally kicked him about forgetting to tell the vasto his name thing is that's when the balas came causing the adjuchas to sonido forward out of the way of the first wave of balas only to have theocles start forming another wave. with that he crossed his arms over his eye, summoning ice weapons to take the brunt of the other bala as his cero charged in his eye "You may also call me Ryth. forgot you asking for that for some reason before" he was hit with a few bala that made it past the ice weapons and was about to release his cero when he felt another impending cero. he barely sonido'd away before it went past him and he fired the charged cero at the origin point of the cero interrupting their fight
“Hm? What is this?” The Arrancar mused to himself, the glint of the charging Cero in the distance caught his eye. For all Theocelese knew, this was some kind of ploy enacted by the Adjuchas who originally came to him. With a skyward Step, Theocelese found himself in the air, hovering a hundred meters or so above the two Hollow. A loud cackle rang out against the ground of Hueco Mundo, as he realized that this newcomer was not some form of backup, let alone a surprise attack. Ryth, as the first Adjuchas admitted to being his name, fired his own Cero at the being firing the one towards them. With a half-grin, Theocelese held his right palm up towards the sky and his arm cocked as if holding something. A mere moment would reveal a spear made of energy now formed in his hand, and his body mimicked the stance made when one was going to throw such a weapon.
“Change of plans. There are now more options available to the both of you. You can either choose to ally yourselves against me, fight amongst another while I have a drink...or...” His grin grew wider. “I can find myself in this little scrap. I think I will, which means there is only one logical answer you two must know to pick!”
The Arrancar's arm launched the single spear forward. At a first glance, it seemed like its trajectory was aimed right in between the two Adjuchas. Would it explode upon impact? No. Half way to its mark, the spear split into a multitude of spears now raining down upon both of the other Hollow.
A singular energy spear is formed upon usage. When thrown, the spear splits into twenty additional spears much like hundred step rail. Spears move at half bala speed.
Terra heard the tell tale sound of another cero firing shortly after hers. In her current state she wouldn't be able to dodge in time before her own cero was fully discharged but she was more than far enough away to put up her own defences. Her reiatsu surged and immediately the sand around her drew itself onto her body covering her and compacting itself. It all happened quickly, though if one weren't paying attention they wouldn't notice besides the fact that most of the sand had gone missing leaving a bit of a cavern around her, as whatever covered her blended in with her natural look. Though even the cavern would probably be explained away under another reason.
It wasn't long after the sand covered her that she surrounded herself with even more sand. Creating a ball of sorts to block the oncoming cero the only opening being the one her own cero fired through. Though that closed immediately as the energy dispersed, blocking her off completely. As the opposing cero struck her defences she stood firm, her other senses already keeping track of the situation. She could see most, if not everything around her. One being, a hollow stood ahead of her about 100m away, though the other she had seen earlier before she fired her cero was gone. Still it didn't mean he just disappeared, she could still sense his reiatsu above her, it simply meant he moved and changed locations. If that weren't enough proof the sudden booming voice from above gave her all she needed.
She could feel the stronger one, the man above them both charging his reiatsu and this told her she needed to distance herself. The back of her dome opened up just enough to allow her to exit while the rest remained up for defence still. The sand beneath her feet hardened and pushed her up and away from the two hollow, just in time for her to see the man in the sky throw what seemed to a lance of energy at them. It was only one, there was no need for her to worry right? Wrong. The lance separated into multiple parts making it even more troublesome than before. While she hadn't expected this to be a cake walk, she didn't really think that they would both dodge her initial attack just like that though. Especially since she was faster at prepping her cero than your average run of the mill Adjuchas.
As she stepped back she summoned random pillars of earth to block most of the spears coming her way the rest she attempted to dodge though one or two did manage to strike her. If it weren't for her armour, chances are she would be more than down for the count at this point. He had something about joining together to take him out... she wasn't sure she could do that given she wasn't sure which of them had attacked her in the first place, but clearly taking them both on would be suicidal and she was anything but that. With that she opened the ground beneath her and dove into a hole that closed after she entered. She made her forward, back towards the man floating in the sky waiting until she was close enough to him before several pillars of sand shot out at half bala speed at him from all sides. Should they make contact, he would realize that these weren't the soft grains he had been in before, they had been hardened greatly with every intention to crush him in a sandy grave.
{Spoiler}Name: Predominio de la Tierra (Dominance of Earth) Class: Hollow Powers Tier: II-IV (Tier III) Type: Various Range: 100m Description: The heart of Terra's release, upon activation she gains complete control over any form of earth (sand, mud, rocks, dust in the air, even metals containing traces of earth such as gold, lead, copper etc.) and earth within techniques as well so long as she has advantage. She can manipulate and shape any earth under the influence of her release as far her imagination allows her, giving her a near infinite number of ways to utilize the earth for offence, defence, binding or any other situation or need that may arise. She can also increase and decrease the density of the earth, making it light as a feather if need be or as strong as steel. The earth moves at the speed dictated by the tier of the technique being used at that time (bala - cero) and CDs are as stated in the tech guide. The is controlled by either or both mental control and physical movements.
Name: Piel Roca (Rock Skin) Class: Hollow Powers Tier: II/III-IV (II) Type: Passive/Defensive Range: Self Description: Upon the activation for her release all forms of earth around Terra becomes crushed into sand and covers her entire body, compacting into an armour of sorts. The sand being filled with her reiatsu usually takes on the colour of her skin, mask and everything else so she looks no different. When the armour is broken and the sand falls away more is immediately used to replace the break into the armour at bala speed making it hard to completely break through her defences. Duration is as stated in the guide as well as Cool Downs. She can increase the density and hardness of her armour by raising the tier therefore increasing her defence. If used in duration at tier IV she incurs a x2 speed debuff until she enters Cool Down. While the sand is travelling towards her at bala speed it will always be tier II durability regardless of which tier is being used at the time, at the point when the sand comes into contact with her it will change to match the tier of the technique being used.
Name: Desecar (Desiccate) Class: Hollow Powers Tier: II/III (Tier II) Type: Passive/Offensive Range: Self - 100m Description: Upon contact with any earth influenced by Terra's release, including anything used in her other techniques the earth saps away moisture from the whomever touches it besides Terra. If the sand, dust, dirt etc. is left on an opponent it will continuously drain away any moisture with the opponent causing tier II damage over time, unless the the active version of the tech is used then it's tier III damage that is caused. Duration for the active tech is 7 posts before resetting to the passive.
Name: Ubicación Temblor (Tremor Location) Class: Hollow Powers Tier: II/III (Tier III active) Type: Passive/Supplementary Range: 25m/50m centered on Terra Description: Similar to echolocation this technique gives Terra the ability to see everything around her for 25m passively, this includes above and below ground (though she can increase the range up to 50m for a duration of 7 posts maximum before going back to the passive) through the use of vibrations through any form of earth. This is accomplished by emitting reiatsu through her body and injecting it into the earth, forming a network made of her spiritual pressure that is carried through the air as vibrations similar to sound waves. It gives her a precise visual of her surroundings, allowing her to see everything within her range.
Ryth waited there staring in the direction that the cero had come from but that didn't mean he was doing nothing, no his mind was intently evaluating the new situation as his senses heightened, he was always good at picking up the details he wanted when he tried so he applied that to this situation. from what he could tell his cero hit the mark but was deflected, it was far wider at the point of impact than he expected which means something got in the way of his attack, expecting long range to no longer be favourable he was about to sonido when theocles told him about the new situation. doubt was clear in his eye at that situation but he took what theocles' situation into light and knew in either situation he'd need to power up. he almost missed theocles' ability as his eye seemed to grow bigger and turn into an angry red, the sand around him seeming to be moving as the wind picked up in support of his movements. by the time that was done the spears were nearly upon him so he did one of the two things he did best and sonido'd around the area to dodge them, his enhanced speed helping him so only one spear got a blow, he turned back to the man he was originally going to fight alone to see the spears coming up, seems that he had an ally in this after all
“Coordinate your efforts and strike together as one! In the second Great War, many armies were outnumbered and outgunned. You can do this. I'm going to come at you both, and you're either going to fend me off begrudgingly as allies, or fall separate!” Theocelese screamed at the two Hollow, his words more of a command than actual advice on the situation. In these lands, in this world, if a being who represented the pinnacle of what you wished to become, you had best heed the words given to you and be damn sure to follow them to the letter.
Theocelese wasted no time in his efforts to bring the two Adjuchas together. With the radiation of his Reiatsu pressing tightly against the sands beneath him, the two Hollow would hear the thundering footsteps and clinking of armor, weapon and shield of an army thick in their ears. The Arrancar's eyes began to glow brightly as waves of purple washed violently around his form. Kicking off like a marathon runner, Theocelese darted diagonally at the ground in between with the intention of bulldozing right on through the pillars, but disappeared into the sands as wanted by Terra, yet he would not be stilled here. After a few brief moments of silence, the sands coloration turned to a dark red before an inevitable explosion blew the entrance way for him to escape. With a Sonido, Theocelese landed at his original intended point, both his arms were held out straight and on queue with his arrival on the ground, torrents of Bala were firing off like anti-aircraft batteries. One arm's waves were directed at Ryth and the other, at Terra. What Theocelese would have been guilty of, if asked at a later time, was the fact he was actually doing his damndest to unleash Hell and then some with his Bala. Theocelese pressed the two Adjuchas with rapid, long ranged attacks and knowingly left himself open to potential attacks up close and personal. This, in itself, was just a ploy to get the two where he really wanted them to be.
Her attacks were utterly useless. Hmm, seems the man was no weakling, not that she didn't know that. But to see his actual speed and strength, it was ridiculous. Absurd to think there was a level that high, could she ever hope to reach it? No, she would definitely reach those heights. She moved underground keeping a steady track on both the other hollows. The arrancar came to stop and proceeded to fire bala in her direction. It was all she could to keep moving and harden the surface above her to protect against the onslaught. She noticed he was leaving himself open. Was he just careless, over confident, or was he planning a trap?
It didn't matter to her either way, she had very little hand to hand capabilities so she wouldn't rush in to take the bait. However. She focused and caused to shoot up from the ground all around Theo. The first bits of grabbing hold to his feet and hardening immediately to hold him in place. The rest quickly travelled up his body and did the same. She doubted that she could hold him there for long if she did manage to catch him, but she could at least attempt to slow him down for that other hollow to get a shot in. Hopefully he wouldn't miss the opening if she managed to create one.

She can manipulate and shape any earth under the influence of her release as far her imagination allows her, giving her a near infinite number of ways to utilize the earth for offence, defence, binding or any other situation or need that may arise. She can also increase and decrease the density of the earth, making it light as a feather if need be or as strong as steel. The earth moves at the speed dictated by the tier of the technique being used at that time (bala - cero) and CDs are as stated in the tech guide. The is controlled by either or both mental control and physical movements.

Name: Piel Roca (Rock Skin) Class: Hollow Powers Tier: II/III-IV [II] Type: Passive/Defensive Range: Self Description: Upon the activation for her release all forms of earth around Terra becomes crushed into sand and covers her entire body, compacting into an armour of sorts. The sand being filled with her reiatsu usually takes on the colour of her skin, mask and everything else so she looks no different. When the armour is broken and the sand falls away more is immediately used to replace the break into the armour at bala speed making it hard to completely break through her defences. Duration is as stated in the guide as well as Cool Downs. She can increase the density and hardness of her armour by raising the tier therefore increasing her defence. If used in duration at tier IV she incurs a x2 speed debuff until she enters Cool Down. While the sand is travelling towards her at bala speed it will always be tier II durability regardless of which tier is being used at the time, at the point when the sand comes into contact with her it will change to match the tier of the technique being used.
Name: Desecar (Desiccate) Class: Hollow Powers Tier: II/III [II] Type: Passive/Offensive Range: Self - 100m Description: Upon contact with any earth influenced by Terra's release, including anything used in her other techniques the earth saps away moisture from the whomever touches it besides Terra. If the sand, dust, dirt etc. is left on an opponent it will continuously drain away any moisture with the opponent causing tier II damage over time, unless the the active version of the tech is used then it's tier III damage that is caused. Duration for the active tech is 7 posts before resetting to the passive.
Name: Ubicación Temblor (Tremor Location) Class: Hollow Powers Tier: II/III [III] Type: Passive/Supplementary Range: 25m/50m centered on Terra Description: Similar to echolocation this technique gives Terra the ability to see everything around her for 25m passively, this includes above and below ground (though she can increase the range up to 50m for a duration of 7 posts maximum before going back to the passive) through the use of vibrations through any form of earth. This is accomplished by emitting reiatsu through her body and injecting it into the earth, forming a network made of her spiritual pressure that is carried through the air as vibrations similar to sound waves. It gives her a precise visual of her surroundings, allowing her to see everything within her range.
