An interesting question popped up in the cbox a while back. Can a Quincy with Item Creation seal other Masteries?
I ask this due to two reasons. First off, Quincy have an odd relationship with Item Creation. Due to being able to start with it and being able to use it to rank up. Similar to a 12th Squad Shinigami (And mod souls? Or that might just be Soul Engineering. Not entirely sure on the matter) After all this effeminate fucker. demonstrated some sealing capabilities.
The second reason is due to the rather interesting item that is Glazen Grund. The lulzy seal on any and all Stepping that isn't GLORIOUS QUINCY HIRENKYAKU. Provided they are weaker or of equal strength to the Quincy in question. (Its also the one item that seems to be able to unwillingly force another character to lose a mastery rank. Which is usually a big no-no)
So I'm just wondering if a staff could chime in due to the odd Items. And the fact that Quincy in Canon were able to seal Bankai. Although I'm willing to admit that the Bankai sealing on this site would be a heavily moderated thing. Possibly unavailable to an OC unless they somehow got one of those Medallions from a Vandereich member personally. But I feel it still holds some merit that a Quincy Alchemist could theoretically seal other Masteries like Kido or Cero with a specialized Item. Especially with the whole theme that Quincy seem to rely on items more than the other races. What with Ginto tubes, the Cross, the Sanrei Glove and the Bankai medallions.
