Who says I'm not worthy.

20-20 hindsight and all that. He should have seen it coming, he should have known the kid had something new up his sleeve. He did not expect it to be quite so...flamboyant. The mirror clone, now that was a nice touch. He thought from a tactical standpoint, a clone that makes you stick or bound would be better for the combo as it held them still. But eh, it was not his.

The first 'step' was easy, his blade bouncing off the form in front of him. His first clue that it was not the real one was the lack of movement. The second clue was the shattering, and the third was the real person, standing a distance behind whatever it was he just hit. Or was that the second one. Or the third. They all contributed. The red glow and reiatsu surge that had caught his eye as he recoiled from the sudden impact.

However the second one, the second one he did not quite see coming. There was little warning as he came out of the 'step' moving 10meters to the left(your right) of the shattered clone. Before another kido came flying at him, way to fast, he heard no incantation. No cast time. It threw a new respect towards the boy, his powers were obviously growing. Maybe enough to handle what was about to come. He threw up a defensive layer of power in case he was not fast enough, and hastily stepped another 10m to the left. Feeling the power of the ability as it flew past, he had no idea if it had effected him, the defence taking any if it had.

Turning in the step towards the boy. He felt a large bubble of reiatsu around the boy, there was also a glowing aura around him. Probably a side effect of a buff he assumed, but as he stepped inside of it and nothing changed, he 'stepped' closer to the boy. He had no doubt that the bubble was something special from the reiatsu in there, but he had no idea what it did. The defence either holding strong or keeping up with the effect of saftet it gave him in aoe's. Grabbing the boy's blade with his hand(allowed by the defensive), he would send a hail of punches into the kids stomach and face. He hoped his strength was more than the kids, meaning it would not be easy to shake him off. Forcing the kid to release his blade and back off or keep hold on his blade and take the hits.

Yorishou's eyes widened as his opponant sealed his zan, the blade fading out of his hands. He stumbled forwards where his fist met thin air, a soft blow to his stomach, showing the boys blade just pulling away. The dregs of his defensive ability had caught it just before fading, saving a cut on his gut.

Turning to face his opponant, who was now a reasonable distance away, Yorishou started towards him. The little kid could move, that was for sure. Time to show him he was more than an 11th musclehead who was only goid for tanking stuff. He was tired of this fight, his back still ached and the crowd looked on with something bordering on inpatience. They wanted blood, and there was a very low amount of that.

As he got nearer and the slavs were not moving, thier use became clear. These slabs were meant to be a defence. Not much of a defence if they only cover less than one side of him. He 'stepped' to the side, turning mid step behind all three slabs and going for the boys back, if he did not cancel the slabs quickly enough then this next part would send him crashing into his own defensive wall.

His swords power morphed, adding a strong effect to it, pouring the very nature of his reiatsu into the attack. Swinging at the boys small of his back from left to right, it did not matter if the boy blocked. His extra speed and the boys own defensive meaning the boy could not outrun him. With the limited vision ths boy could have through the slabs, he would not be suprised if the boy was taken completly by suprise. If contact was made, then the boy would shoot backwards, regardless of if he released. Yorishou would step forwards, hit again, then again. Before waiting to see the state of the boy. From the angle, the boy would probably smash into the floor each time unless it hit the slabs, in which case he would still smash the boy against them three times and he would not even have to chase him.

If 4+ advantages then just a slight nudge to the opponent. Lasts 2 posts and can be used by any part of his anatomy or weapon, 4post cooldown.

There is one simple rule to traps as far as Yorishou was concerned. Don't get caught in your own. The boys tactic was above its station and relied on one thing, being faster than him. Unfortunatly for the boy, he was not. Easily keeping up with his step and travelling over the slabs, the boy would raise them and catch himself as well or flip up after Yorishou went past them.

His blade still swinging from the previous blow, he aimed it at the boys chest once more. It was a fools errand to think the boy could outrun or power him in the release. It was almost as if, Yorishou smirked at the thought, it was almost as if the boy could not understand him. It was more an under or overestimation, but that was not nearly as ironic.

As his blade would near the opponant, regardless of dodge, block, parry or techniques. A hell butterfly would flutter past his face and land on his shoulder. His blade circling around, sealing the zan and landing in his sheath.

The butterfly relayed its message and left, leaving Yorishou panting, his back still aching and limbs sore. He turned, pausing mid way and looking back at the boy, the crowd moving quickly towards them but he had no intention of awnsering thier questions. "I guess you are the mouse then. I look forward to chasing you again sometime." before stepping to the entrance of the grounds, and out into the exciting world of paperwork and duty.
