Description: Through a genetical instability in his genomes. Mikhail has gotten the ability to exert his reiatsu in liquid form. This is a technique that can be used to negate other energy or melee based techniques of the same tier. Mikhail's reiatsu forms around a technique or attack like a thick goo and slows it down so it loses any effect or forces it to dissipate within ten meters of him. This exerted liquid drops to the floor after blocking one technique, and is rendered unusable. Yet, whether it blocked a technique or not, the goo of Mikhail's reiatsu can also be used as a fuel in machinery designed with the thick and sticky texture in mind.
