Name: Hado #81 Daini no dai hendō (Second Cataclysm) Class: Kido Tier: VI Type: Offensive Range: 100m diameter upon impact zone Incantation: Demons of the four corners of the earth, I beseech thee to erase this cycle of creation, the end of the world, broken and lost, destruction of the world, the realm of extinction Description: This technique travels at cero speed and gives off the feeling of death and makes it irritating to breath in the air and causes animals to run away in fear or collapse. This technique causes a massive high damage explosion similar to Hado #44 Saisho no dai hendō (First Cataclysm) except that its tier VI damage that would be able to burn to ash and seer parts of the body with a direct hit. The technique detonates once it reaches the target location and covers a fifty meter radius around the target point. The caster of this technique is unaffected by this technique as it destroys those with reiatsu that does not match his.
The range this technique can reach from caster is up to fifty meters away. This technique burns the area where it strikes for a duration of up to 4 posts if incantation is used, 2 posts if no incantation is used. The cooldown is 4 posts without incantation and 8 posts with incantation
Name: Hansha ketsugō (Reflection Binding) Class: Shikai Tier: III - IV Type: Binding Range: 20 meter radius at tier III, 40 meter radius at tier IV Description: The technique requires the user to capture the opponents reflection in his blade and causes the enemy to be bound by his reflection which has its movement stopped and affects those around that are within his blade's reflection. The user may not turn their blade and can not use their blade for direct attacks during the technique, however shikai techniques that do not require movement are an exception. This technique is the most powerful technique of his zanpakuto and is used to lock down enemies who are swift. The technique also limits the user's movements as well but the opponent is in a paralyzed state giving him the advantage of being able to still move as long as the technique's rules are not broken. Tier III paralysis can last up to 1 post and has no cooldown Tier IV paralysis lasts up to 2 posts and has a 2 post cooldown

Are these your own creations or frim the Kidou tech list?
If they your creations, you can't create numbered Kidou spells that are already taken, such as Hado #2 and Bakudo #1; Wich are Ken (Tug) and Sai (restrain). I think even the first binding Kidou was shown by Rukia in the series on our beloved human Ichigo.
Besides that, let's go down the list.
Hado #81 Daini no dai hendō - If you make a numbered Kidou for the canon list, add the English translation. As seen with most, if not all, other canon Kidou techniques. - massive high damage explosion similar to Hado #44 - Specifically state what 'massive high damage' is, in this case, tier VI damage. - 50 meter radius, please state in 100 meter diameter. - "Cero x2" - What is this. This is not a speed valid for a tier VI. And faster than tier VI allowed speed. Even if this is an eighties Kidou. - State cooldown.
Hansha ketsugō (Reflection Binding) - Max duration of paralys and cooldown
Hado #2 Senkō Bakudan - Minor damage is tier II damage in this case - "Lights up the area hurting your eyes and making it impossible to look directly passed as it leaves a large trail at bala speeds and does minor damage if hitting the target", rewrite to, "This Kidou lights up the area, hurting the victim's eyes and making it veru detrimental to even look past it. Since the technique leaves a trail of blinding light behind it. The technique deals tier II damage upon hitting the victim and travels at Bala speed." - State in diameter - Number is also already taken in the list - Add translation aswell
Bakudo #1 Baizā - How is this a binding kidou? This is a passive buff for oneself, not for others. - Number one is already taken - Translation required here aswell. - If it's a passive, it doesn't need an incantation. Since it always works.
I'm not a stickler for grammar and punctuation, but if we're to add these to the list, they have to be grammatically correct.

Second Cataclysm You state in your second paragraph that the range the target can reach is 100 meters away, but with this being an area of affect technique (basically a tech that is circular) this needs to be 50 meters (because 100 meters away from you is the radius, which would give it a diameter of 200 meters). The cooldown would be at minimum 8 posts with incantation and 4 posts without incantation because cooldown is always double that of the duration.
Reflection Binding You're gonna have to lower the range, you're not gonna be able to catch a reflection from that far away.
Flash Light Bomb The range doesn't make sense to me, how does a tech have a 40 meter diameter yet have a 100 meter range?
Visor This won't be able to be a passive because all kidou are tiers II-VII, and this one won't be an exception. So fix this, and you're gonna have to re-add in the incantation.

Second Cataclysm : It means the impact zone for the technique can be selected over a range of 100 meters, then it detonates in target location for a 50m radius which in total is 100m. Think of it as a large projectile which gets a specific target location... The cooldown I edited so hope that makes things more clear
Reflection Binding : Ranges lowered
Flash Light Bomb : Think of it as a light projectile with a trail like those missile flares so the radius refers to the size of the projectile while the range is the actual distance it covers when moving
Visor : Removed to undergo private reworking

Second Cataclysm Alright, now I understand what it's saying. There's only one issue I have with this, is clarification. Right now it states "The range this technique can reach from caster is up to one hundred meters away." but it doesn't clarify where your point of origin is. If it's at the center of the technique, that would give you a range of 150 meters (your center would be at the 100 meter mark, ergo you have an extra 50 reach).
