I used to have a CC sub-shini. She was Toshi's boss. She is an NPC atm as I didn't bring over over during site switch up.
I doubt it'll ever come up but is she still allowed to be a legal sub-shini? I never make posts or anything as her I mean more for Toshi's lore, like "he has a boss who is a sub-shini". I'd just rather not have inconsistencies.
