Vessel Name: Black Golem
Vessel Appearance: In its base state the black golem is nothing more than a large mass of black iron, usually in the shape of an orb. This form changes via the vessel’s abilities, but normally Seran appears as the form of his original gigai (see FC). The normal location for his soul pill when in his humanoid form is the center of his chest.

Description: Because the black golem vessel is a solid mass of Seran’s black iron it can be manipulated in a similar fashion (see other black iron abilities). He can alter and change the body’s form at will, but because it is his vessel there is no cost. Seran can also increase and decrease his overall size while in the form, decreasing can be done fairly quickly, but growing more than 3x his original size would take 1-2 posts focusing on gathering the energy needed and the shape (basically he wouldn't be able to use techs while he prepares). The actual cost of getting larger is covered in Black Iron Creation. The maximum size the vessel can be is equivalent to a giant sized character (Koma Bankai Size) while smallest he can shrink to is around the size of a small mammal like a mouse or rat.Transformation can be done pretty much on the fly but anything incredibly complex will take 1-2 of focus depending on complexity (mimicking the appearances of others, incredible color detail, chameleon-like colors transformation etc...)

Description: The black golem lacks a normal skeletal structure, instead having a botanical core that fills in a similar area. This botanical skeleton is made mainly from a flexible plant substance similar to vines, which contains genetic material from the plants Seran collected from his experiment in growing plants in Las Noches. The structure can grow and shrink to accommodate the vessel’s black iron transformations. The main benefit of this augment is that it gives Seran the base material to make other botanical based soul engineering abilities.

Description: Because his body it literally a mass of solid metal, Seran’s physical strikes are treated as though he is using shikai equiv tools. This mainly means he suffers no negative repercussions when striking an opponent with a high durability mastery, with his bare fists (or other bare hand to hand strikes); along with appropriate damage for a shikai equivalent weapon.

Augment Name: Beyond the Veil

Range: Long
Description: Special modifications to Seran’s eyes that let him peer beyond the physical and spiritual bodies of those within his sight and see directly into their soul. Designed through his research of souls and their structure, this special vision gives him a clear picture of the souls structure, with which he can determine some basic information about what he is looking at. Information gains is entirely plot based such as race, age, possibly generalizations about personality etc… This gives him no information about a person’s skill, techniques, or any other combat related information.

Description: Seran’s steam-like reiatsu no longer seems just for show. Within the black golem’s stomach there is an incredible heat source. This is generally only used by Seran as a means to forge items, but is also has some offensive benefit. This heat can be focused through his body, into any weapon he is holding, causing it to heat up and cause additional burning damage through its physical strikes. Also, any enemy unfortunate enough to pierce Seran into stomach with a weapon will have their weapon heated, causing burns to the hands.
