Blut Template

So, I was recently asked to add Blut as a technique to my Profile but as I was searching for the Technique Template filled Blut entry, I found that it did not exist in any easily accessible guide or document (It does not exist in the Quincy Guide or the Reishi Technique List). 

I'm not sure if this is an oversight or on purpose, but I thought it was important enough to at least bring up.
