I've counted it thrice to make sure I wasn't miscalculating, but you have 24 tech points for reishi techs, you need 28 to be bumped up to advanced.
I didn't make the other change yet, in case you wanted to add something or change something. So just post right back in the notif thread with changes to the thread and we'll check it out.
